1 Korint 10

Jaku Tangkan Pasal Engkeramba

1  t Aku enggai ke kita enda nemu, menyadi, semua aki ini kitai di baruh remang magang, lalu semua sida bejalai nengah tasik, 2 t lalu semua sida dibaptisa magang nyadi nembiak Moses dalam remang enggau dalam tasik nya, 3 t lalu semua sida makai roti roh nya 4 t lalu ngirup siti aja ai roh, laban sida ngirup ari sigi batu roh ti nitihka sida, lalu batu nya Kristus.

5 t Tang taja pia, Allah Taala enda lantang ati ngagai nyau ka semua bala sida, lalu bangkai sida ngachir ba sebelah menua puangt
6  t Semua utai tu nyadi chunto ke kitai, ngambika kitai enda inginka utai ti jai, baka sida. 7 t Anang nyembah engkeramba, baka sekeda sida. Munyi ti udah ditulis, “Orang mayuh duduk makai ngirup lalu angkat betanda.” 8 t Kitai enda tau ngereja pengawa ti kamah, baka sekeda sida, lalu dua puluh tiga ribu iku sida mati dalam sehari. 9 t Kitai enda tau nguji Tuhan,t baka sekeda sida, lalu sida mati dipantuk ular.

10 t Lalu anang mutap, baka sekeda sida, lalu sida dibunuh Melikat Pemati.

11 Semua utai tu nyadi ba sida ngambika nyadika chunto ke kitai, lalu utai nya dituliska kena ngajar kitai, laban pengujung dunya udah datai ba kitai.
12 Nya alai enti kita ngumbai diri bediri tegap, bejaga kita ngambika kita enda rebah.

13 t Nadai penguji ti udah diasaika kita enda udah diasaika semua orang. Allah Taala endang tau dikarapka, lalu Iya enda nejuka kita diuji lebih ari ti ulih ditatka kita; tang lebuh kita diuji, Iya deka meri kita jalai kena kita ngelepaska diri, ngambika kita tan natka penguji nya.
14  t Nya alai, pangan ke dikerinduka aku, anang nyembah engkeramba. 15 Aku bejaku ngagai orang ke pintar. Peratika utai ti disebut aku. 16 t Mangkuk berekat ti diberekatka kitai, kati nya enda nunjukka kitai bekunsi ngirup darah Kristus? Lalu roti ti dipechahka kitai, kati nya enda nunjukka kitai bekunsi makai tubuh Kristus?

17 t Laban roti endang siti aja, kitai ke mayuh tu endang setubuh, laban semua kitai bela makai roti siti nya aja.
18  t Peratika orang Israel. Kati orang ke makai piring nya ukai orang ke sama besaup ngereja pengawa ba alta? 19 Nama utai ti ku aku? Kati aku ngumbai pemakai ti diberi ngagai engkeramba nya bisi reti, tauka engkeramba empu bisi reti? 20 t Ukai! Utai ti ku aku nya, piring ti diberi orang ke enda nangika Allah Taala, diberi sida ngagai antu, ukai ngagai Allah Taala. Aku enda nyagi kita besaum enggau antu. 21 t Kita enda tau ngirup ari mangkuk Tuhan, lalu ngirup mega ari mangkuk antu. Kita enda tau makai ba mija Tuhan, lalu makai mega ba mija antu.

22 t Tauka kitai endang sengaja nyungkak Tuhan chemburu?t Kati kitai kering agi ari Iya?
23  t “Semua utai tau dikereja magang,” tang ukai semua utai nya pulai ke penguntung. “Semua utai tau dikereja magang,” tang ukai semua utai nya ulih ngemansangka pengidup kitai.

24 Anang berundingka diri empu aja, tang berunding ke orang bukai.
25 Empa aja sebarang utai ti dijual ba kedai dagin, lalu anang betanyaka pasal utai nya ketegal pengasai ati kita,

26 t laban “Dunya enggau semua utai ti dalam dunya endang enggi Tuhan.”
27 Enti orang ke enda arapt mai kita makai, lalu kita deka makai enggau iya, empa aja sebarang utai ti dibantaika orang di mua kita, lalu anang betanyaka pasal utai nya ketegal pengasai ati kita. 28 t Tang enti orang nyebut ngagai kita, “Utai tu udah dienjuk nyadika piring,” anang kita makai utai nya, ketegal orang ke udah madahka utai nya ngagai kita, enggau ketegal pengasai ati, 29 ketegal pengasai ati iya, nya utai ti ku aku, ukai ketegal pengasai ati kita. Laban nama kebuah aku ke tau makai sebarang utai, diperintah pengasai ati orang bukai?

30 Enti aku meri terima kasih ngagai Allah Taala ke utai ti diempa aku, nama kebuah orang tau mantah aku enti aku makai pemakai nya ngena sampi terima kasih?
31 Nya alai, nemuka kita makai tauka ngirup, tauka ngereja sebarang utai, kereja semua utai nya ke mulia Allah Taala. 32 t Anang ngenusahka ati orang Judah tauka ati orang bansa bukai, tauka ati raban eklisia Allah Taala. 33 t Tunda aja aku. Aku nguji ngelantangka ati semua orang dalam semua utai ti dikereja aku, ukai berundingka diri empu, tang berundingka semua orang, ngambika sida diselamatka.

1 CORINTHIANS 10

Don't Worship Idols

1  t Friends, I want to remind you that all our ancestors walked under the cloud and went through the sea. 2 This was like being baptized and becoming followers of Moses. 3 t All of them also ate the same spiritual food 4 t and drank the same spiritual drink, which flowed from the spiritual rock that followed them. That rock was Christ.

5 t But most of them did not please God. So they died, and their bodies were scattered all over the desert.
6 What happened to them is a warning to keep us from wanting to do the same evil things. 7 t They worshiped idols, just as the Scriptures say, “The people sat down to eat and drink. Then they got up to dance around.” So don't worship idols. 8 t Some of those people did shameful things, and in a single day about 23,000 died. Don't do shameful things as they did. 9 t And don't try to test Christ, t as some of them did and were later bitten by poisonous snakes. 10 t Don't even grumble, as some of them did and were killed by the destroying angel.

11 These things happened to them as a warning to us. All this was written in the Scriptures to teach us who live in these last days.
12 Even if you think you can stand up to temptation, be careful not to fall.

13 t You are tempted in the same way that everyone else is tempted. But God can be trusted not to let you be tempted too much, and he will show you how to escape from your temptations.
14 My friends, you must keep away from idols. 15 I am speaking to you as people who have enough sense to know what I am talking about. 16 t When we drink from the cup we ask God to bless, isn't that sharing in the blood of Christ? When we eat the bread we break, isn't that sharing in the body of Christ?

17 By sharing in the same loaf of bread, we become one body, even though there are many of us.
18  t t Aren't the people of Israel sharing in the worship when they gather around the altar and eat the sacrifices offered there? 19 Am I saying that either the idols or the food sacrificed to them is anything at all? 20 t No, I am not! This food is really sacrificed to demons and not to God. I don't want you to have anything to do with demons. 21 You cannot drink from the cup of demons and still drink from the Lord's cup. You cannot eat at the table of demons and still eat at the Lord's table.

22 t We would make the Lord jealous if we did this. And we are not stronger than the Lord.

Always Honor God


23  t Some of you say, “We can do whatever we want to!” But I tell you not everything may be good or helpful. 24 We should think about others and not about ourselves. 25 However, when you buy meat in the market, go ahead and eat it. Keep your conscience clear by not asking where the meat came from.

26 t The Scriptures say, “The earth and everything in it belong to the Lord.”
27 If an unbeliever invites you to dinner, and you want to go, then go. Eat whatever you are served. Don't cause a problem for someone's conscience by asking where the food came from. 28-29 But if you are told it has been sacrificed to idols, don't cause a problem by eating it. I don't mean a problem for yourself, but for the one who told you. Why should my freedom be limited by someone else's conscience?

30 If I give thanks for what I eat, why should anyone accuse me of doing wrong?
31 When you eat or drink or do anything else, always do it to honor God. 32 Don't cause problems for Jews or Greeks or anyone else who belongs to God's church. 33 I always try to please others instead of myself, in the hope that many of them will be saved.
