Diversità dei doni spirituali

1 ORA, intorno a'~ doni spirituali, fratelli, io non voglio che siate in ignoranza. 2 Voi sapete che eravate Gentilit, trasportati dietro agl'idoli mutolit, secondo che eravate menati.

3 Perciò, io vi fo assapere che niuno, parlando per lo Spirito di Dio, dice Gesùt essere anatemat; e che altresì niuno può dire Gesù esser il Signore, se non per lo Spirito Santot.
4 Or vi sono diversità di donit; ma non vi è se non un medesimo Spiritot. 5 Vi sono ancora diversità di ministerit; ma non vi è se non un medesimo Signore.

6 Vi son parimente diversità d'operazioni; ma non vi è se non un medesimo Iddio, il quale opera tutte le cose in tutti.
7 Ora a ciascuno è data la manifestazion dello Spirito per ciò che è utile e spediente. 8 Poichè ad uno è data, per lo Spirito, parola di Sapienzat; e ad un altro, secondo il medesimo Spirito, parola di scienzat; 9 e ad un altro fedet, nel medesimo Spirito; e ad un altro doni delle guarigionit, per lo medesimo Spirito; e ad un altro l'operar potenti operazionit; e ad un altro profeziat; e ad un altro discernere gli spiritit; 10 e ad un altro diversità di linguet; e ad un altro l'interpretazion delle lingue.

11 Or tutte queste cose opera quell'uno e medesimo Spirito, distribuendo particolarmente i suoi doni a ciascunot, come egli vuolet.

L'unità del corpo nella diversità delle membra

13 Poichè in uno stesso Spirito noi tutti siamo stati battezzatit, per essere un medesimo corpo; e Giudei, e Greci; e servi, e franchit; e tutti siamo stati abbeverati in un medesimo Spiritot.
14 Perciocchè ancora il corpo non è un sol membro, ma molti. 15 Se il piè dice: Perciocchè io non son mano, io non son del corpo, non è egli però del corpo? 16 E se l'orecchio dice: Perciocchè io non son occhio, io non son del corpo; non è egli però del corpo? 17 Se tutto il corpo fosse occhio, ove sarebbe l'udito? se tutto fosse udito, ove sarebbe l'odorato? 18 Ma ora Iddio ha posto ciascun de'~membri nel corpo, siccome egli ha voluto. 19 Che se tutte le membra fossero un sol membro, dove sarebbe il corpo? 20 Ma ora, ben vi son molte membra, ma vi è un sol corpo. 21 E l'occhio non può dire alla mano: Io non ho bisogno di te; nè parimente il capo dire a'~piedi: Io non ho bisogno di voi. 22 Anzi, molto più necessarie che le altre son le membra del corpo, che paiono essere le più deboli. 23 Ed a quelle, che noi stimiamo esser le mano onorevoli del corpo, mettiamo attorno più onore, e le parti nostre meno oneste son più onestamente adorne. 24 Ma le parti nostre oneste non ne hanno bisogno; anzi Iddio ha temperato il corpo, dando maggiore onore alla parte che ne avea mancamento; 25 acciocchè non vi sia dissensione nel corpo, anzi le membra abbiano tutte una medesima cura le une per le altre.

26 E se pure un membro patisce, tutte le membra patiscono con lui; e se un membro è onorato, tutte le membra ne gioiscono insieme.
27 Or voi siete il corpo di Cristot, e membra di esso, ciascuno per parte sua. 28 E Iddio ne ha costituiti nella chiesa alcunit, prima apostoli, secondamente profeti, terzamente dottori; poi ha ordinate le potenti operazioni; poi i doni delle guarigioni, i sussidii, i governi, le diversità delle lingue. 29 Tutti sono eglino apostoli? tutti sono eglino profeti? tutti sono eglino dottori?

30 Tutti hanno eglino il dono delle potenti operazioni? tutti hanno eglino i doni delle guarigioni? parlano tutti diverse lingue? tutti sono eglino interpreti?
31 Or appetite, come a gara, i doni migliori; e ancora io ve ne mostrerò una via eccellentissima.

1 Corinthians 12

Spiritual Gifts

1 With regard to spiritual gifts,t brothers and sisters,t I do not want you to be uninformed.t2 You know that when you were pagans you were often led astray by speechless idols, however you were led.

3 So I want you to understand that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
4 Now there are different gifts, but the same Spirit.5 And there are different ministries, but the same Lord.6 And there are different results, but the same God who produces all of them in everyone.7 To each person the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the benefit of all.8 For one person is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, and another the message of knowledge according to the same Spirit,9 to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,10 to another performance of miracles, to another prophecy, and to another discernment of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues.

11 It is one and the same Spirit, distributing as he decides to each person, who produces all these things.

Different Members in One Body

12 For just as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body – though many – are one body, so too is Christ.13 For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body. Whether Jews or Greeks or slavest or free, we were all made to drink of the one Spirit.14 For in fact the body is not a single member, but many.15 If the foot says, “Since I am not a hand, I am not part of the body,” it does not lose its membership in the body because of that.16 And if the ear says, “Since I am not an eye, I am not part of the body,” it does not lose its membership in the body because of that.17 If the whole body were an eye, what part would do the hearing? If the whole were an ear, what part would exercise the sense of smell?18 But as a matter of fact, God has placed each of the members in the body just as he decided.19 If they were all the same member, where would the body be?20 So now there are many members, but one body.21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I do not need you,” nor in turn can the head say to the foot, “I do not need you.”22 On the contrary, those members that seem to be weaker are essential,23 and those members we consider less honorable we clothe with greater honor, and our unpresentable members are clothed with dignity,t24 but our presentable members do not need this. Instead, God has blended together the body, giving greater honor to the lesser member,25 so that there may be no division in the body, but the members may have mutual concern for one another.

26 If one member suffers, everyone suffers with it. If as member is honored, all rejoice with it.
27 Now you are Christ’s body, and each of you is a member of it.28 And God has placed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, gifts of healing, helps, gifts of leadership, different kinds of tongues.29 Not all are apostles, are they? Not all are prophets, are they? Not all are teachers, are they? Not all perform miracles, do they?30 Not all have gifts of healing, do they? Not all speak in tongues, do they? Not all interpret, do they?s

31 But you should be eager for the greater gifts.
And now I will show you a way that is beyond comparison.t
