1 Ma okwu bayere onyinye nke Mọ Nsọ, umu-nnam, achọghi m ka unu ghara imara. 2 Unu matara na mb͕e unu buri ndi mba ọzọ, anēdufu unu iso arusi ahu dara ob͕i, n'uzọ ọ bula anēdu unu.

3 N'ihi nka emem ka unu mara na ọ dighi onye ọ bula nke nēkwu okwu nime Mọ nke Chineke nāsi, Jisus bu anathema; ọ dighi kwa onye ọ bula puru isi, Jisus bu Onye-nwe-ayi, ma-ọbughi nime Mọ Nsọ.
4 Ma òkìkè nke onyinye-amara di, ma ọ bu otù Mọ Nsọ ahu. 5 Òkìkè nke ije-ozi di kwa, otù Onye-nwe-ayi ahu di kwa. 6 Òkìkè ihe alutaworo n'ọlu di kwa, ma ọ bu otù Chineke ahu, Onye nālusi ihe nile ike nime ayi nile. 7 Ma anēnye madu nile n'otù n'otù n'etiti ayi ngosi nke Mọ Nsọ ka o we ba urù. 8 N'ihi na anēsite n'aka Mọ Nsọ nye otù onye okwu amam-ihe; anēnye kwa onye ọzọ okwu ọmuma, di ka Mọ ahu nāchọ: 9 nye kwa ibe-ya okwukwe, nime otù Mọ ahu; nye kwa onye ọzọ onyinye-amara nile ime ka aru madu di ike, nime otù Mọ nka; 10 nye kwa onye ọzọ nluputa nke ọlu di ike; nye kwa onye ọzọ obubu-amuma; nye kwa onye ọzọ itule mọ di iche iche; nye kwa ibe-ya aha asusu di iche iche; nye kwa onye ọzọ isughari asusu: 11 ma ihe ndia nile ka otù Mọ ahu nālusi ike, nání Ya, nēkère madu nile n'otù n'otù, ebe onye ọ bula nọ O kère ya dika Ọ nāchọ. 12 N'ihí na dika aru-ayi bu otù, nwe kwa ọtutu ihe di ya nime, ma ihe nile nke di n'aru, ọ bu ezie na ha di ọtutu, ma ha bu otù aru; otú a ka Kraist di kwa. 13 N'ihi na nime otù Mọ Nsọ ka emere ayi onwe-ayi nile baptism ibà n'otù aru, ma ayi bu ndi-Ju ma-ọbu ndi-Grik, ma ayi bu ndi-orù ma-ọbu ndi nwere onwe-ha; eme-kwa-ra ka ayi nile ṅua nime otù Mọ Nsọ. 14 N'ihi na aru-ayi abughi nání otù ihe nke di ya nime, kama ọ bu ọtutu ihe. 15 Ọ buru na ukwu gāsi, N'ihi na abughi m aka, abughi m nke aru; ọ bughi ihe nābughi nke aru n'ihi nka. 16 Ọ buru kwa na nti gāsi, N'ihi na abughi m anya, abughi m nke aru; ọ bughi ihe nābughi nke aru n'ihi nka. 17 Ọ buru na aru dum bu anya, òle ebe ka ihe-ọnunu di? Ọ buru na aru dum bu ihe-ọnunu, òle ebe ka ihe inu isìsì di? 18 Ma otú ọ di, Chineke debere ihe di n'aru, ha nile n'otù n'otù, nime aru, dika Ọ chọrọ. 19 Ma asi na ha nile bu otù ihe di n'aru, òle ebe ka aru di? 20 Ma otú ọ di, ha di ọtutu ihe di n'aru, ma ha bu otù aru. 21 Ọzọ, anya apughi isi aka, Nkpà gi akpaghi m: ọzọ kwa, isi apughi isi ukwu, Nkpà unu akpaghm. 22 Kama ọ bu ihe ahu di n'aru nke anēchè na ha adighi ike kari bu ihe di nkpà kari nke-uku: 23 akuku ahu nke aru, nke ayi nēchè na adighi-asọpuru ha dika akuku ọzọ, akuku ndia ka ayi nēnyebiga kwa nsọpuru ókè kari; akuku aru nke ayi nke nādighi kwa nma n'anya bu nke mabigara ókè kari; 24 ma nkpà akpaghi akuku aru nke ayi nke mara nma: kama Chineke tigwara aru n'otù, akuku aru ahu nke nsọpuru fọduru ya inwe ka Ọ nēnyebiga nsọpuru ókè kari; 25 ka nkewa we ghara idi n'aru; kama ka ihe di n'aru we nēcheb͕u onwe-ha nye ibe-ha n'otù uzọ ahu. 26 Ọ buru kwa na otù ihe nke di n'aru nāhu ahuhu, ihe nile di n'aru ahu soro ya nāhukọ ahuhu; ọ buru kwa na anēnye otù ihe di n'aru otuto, ihe nile di n'aru ahu soro ya ṅurikọ ọṅu. 27 Ma unu onwe-unu bu aru nke Kraist, buru kwa ihe di n'aru, onye ọ bula n'akuku nke ya. 28 Chineke debe-kwa-ra ufọdu nime nzukọ-Ya, nke-mbu ndi-ozi, nke-abua ndi-amuma, nke-atọ ndi-ozizí, nke so ha ọlu di ike, nke so ha onyinye-amara di iche iche ime ka aru madu di ike, iye-aka, ichi-isi, aha asusu di iche iche. 29 Ọ̀ gābu na ha nile bu ndi-ozi? ọ̀ gābu na ha nile bu ndi-amuma? ọ̀ gābu na ha nile bu ndi-ozizí? ọ̀ gābu na ha nile bu ndi nālu ọlu di ike? 30 ọ̀ gābu na ha nile nwere onyinye-amara ime ka madu di ike? ọ̀ gābu na ha nile ji asusu di iche iche nēkwu okwu? ọ̀ gābu na ha nile nāsughari asusu? 31 Ma werenu obi nānu ọku chọ onyinye-amara ndia nke kari uku. Tukwasi ihe ndia anamegosi kwa unu uzọ nke kachasi nma.

1 Corinthians 12

1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.2 Ye know that when ye were Gentiles ye were led away unto those dumb idols, howsoever ye might led.3 Wherefore I make known unto you, that no man speaking in the Spirit of God saith, Jesus is anathema; and no man can say, Jesus is Lord, but in the Holy Spirit.4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.5 And there are diversities of ministrations, and the same Lord.6 And there are diversities of workings, but the same God, who worketh all things in all.7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.8 For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom; and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit:9 to another faith, in the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healings, in the one Spirit;10 and to another workings of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discernings of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; and to another the interpretation of tongues:11 but all these worketh the one and the same Spirit, dividing to each one severally even as he will.12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.13 For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all made to drink of one Spirit.14 For the body is not one member, but many.15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; it is not therefore not of the body.16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; it is not therefore not of the body.17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?18 But now hath God set the members each one of them in the body, even as it pleased him.19 And if they were all one member, where were the body?20 But now they are many members, but one body.21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of thee: or again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.22 Nay, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be more feeble are necessary:23 and those parts of the body, which we think to be less honorable, upon these we bestow more abundant honor; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness;24 whereas our comely parts have no need: but God tempered the body together, giving more abundant honor to that part which lacked;25 that there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.26 And whether one member suffereth, all the members suffer with it; or one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and severally members thereof.28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondly prophets, thirdly teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, divers kinds of tongues.29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?30 have all gifts of healings? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?31 But desire earnestly the greater gifts. And moreover a most excellent way show I unto you.
