1. Korinther 3

1 Und ich, Brüder, konnte nicht zu euch reden als zu Geistlichen, sondern als zu Fleischlichen, als zu Unmündigen in Christo.2 Ich habe euch Milch zu trinken gegeben, nicht Speise; denn ihr vermochtet es noch nicht; aber ihr vermöget es auch jetzt noch nicht, denn ihr seid noch fleischlich.3 Denn da Neid und Streit unter euch ist, seid ihr nicht fleischlich und wandelt nach Menschenweise?4 Denn wenn einer sagt: Ich bin des Paulus; der andere aber: Ich des Apollos; seid ihr nicht menschlich?5 Wer ist denn Apollos, und wer Paulus? Diener, durch welche ihr geglaubt habt, und zwar wie der Herr einem jeden gegeben hat.6 Ich habe gepflanzt, Apollos hat begossen, Gott aber hat das Wachstum gegeben.7 Also ist weder der da pflanzt etwas, noch der da begießt, sondern Gott, der das Wachstum gibt.8 Der aber pflanzt und der begießt, sind eins; ein jeder aber wird seinen eigenen Lohn empfangen nach seiner eigenen Arbeit.9 Denn wir sind Gottes Mitarbeiter; Gottes Ackerfeld, Gottes Bau seid ihr.10 Nach der Gnade Gottes, die mir gegeben ist, habe ich als ein weiser Baumeister den Grund gelegt; ein anderer aber baut darauf; ein jeder aber sehe zu, wie er darauf baut.11 Denn einen anderen Grund kann niemand legen, außer dem, der gelegt ist, welcher ist Jesus Christus.12 Wenn aber jemand auf diesen Grund baut Gold, Silber, köstliche Steine, Holz, Heu, Stroh,13 so wird das Werk eines jeden offenbar werden, denn der Tag wird es klar machen, weil er in Feuer geoffenbart wird; und welcherlei das Werk eines jeden ist, wird das Feuer bewähren.14 Wenn das Werk jemandes bleiben wird, das er darauf gebaut hat, so wird er Lohn empfangen;15 wenn das Werk jemandes verbrennen wird, so wird er Schaden leiden, er selbst aber wird gerettet werden, doch so wie durchs Feuer.16 Wisset ihr nicht, daß ihr Gottes Tempel seid und der Geist Gottes in euch wohnt?17 Wenn jemand den Tempel Gottes verdirbt, den wird Gott verderben; denn der Tempel Gottes ist heilig, und solche seid ihr.18 Niemand betrüge sich selbst. Wenn jemand unter euch sich dünkt, weise zu sein in diesem Zeitlauf, so werde er töricht, auf daß er weise werde.19 Denn die Weisheit dieser Welt ist Torheit bei Gott; denn es steht geschrieben: "Der die Weisen erhascht in ihrer List".20 Und wiederum: "Der Herr kennt die Überlegungen der Weisen, daß sie eitel sind".21 So rühme sich denn niemand der Menschen, denn alles ist euer.22 Es sei Paulus oder Apollos oder Kephas, es sei Welt oder Leben oder Tod, es sei Gegenwärtiges oder Zukünftiges:23 alles ist euer, ihr aber seid Christi, Christus aber ist Gottes.

Immaturity and Self-deception

1 So, brothers and sisters,t I could not speak to you as spiritual people, but instead as people of the flesh,t as infants in Christ.2 I fed you milk,s not solid food, for you were not yet ready. In fact, you are still not ready,3 for you are still influenced by the flesh.t For since there is still jealousy and dissension among you, are you not influenced by the flesh and behaving like unregenerate people?t

4 For whenever someone says, “I am with Paul,” or “I am with Apollos,” are you not merely human?t
5 What is Apollos, really? Or what is Paul? Servants through whom you came to believe, and each of us in the ministry the Lord gave us.t6 I planted,s Apollos watered, but God caused it to grow.7 So neither the one who plants counts for anything,t nor the one who waters, but God who causes the growth.8 The one who plants and the one who waters work as one,t but each will receive his reward according to his work.9 We are coworkers belonging to God.t You are God’s field, God’s building.10 According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master-builder I laid a foundation, but someone else builds on it. And each one must be careful how he builds.11 For no one can lay any foundation other than what is being laid, which is Jesus Christ.12 If anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw,s13 each builder’st work will be plainly seen, for the Dayts will make it clear, because it will be revealed by fire. And the firess will test what kind of work each has done.14 If what someone has built survives, he will receive a reward.

15 If someone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss.t He himself will be saved, but only as through fire.
16 Do you not know that you are God’s temples and that God’s Spirit lives in you?

17 If someone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, which is what you are.
18 Guard against self-deception, each of you.t If someone among you thinks he is wise in this age, let him become foolish so that he can become wise.19 For the wisdom of this age is foolishness with God. As it is written, “He catches the wise in their craftiness.”s20 And again, “The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.”s21 So then, no more boasting about mere mortals!t For everything belongs to you,22 whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or the present or the future. Everything belongs to you,

23 and you belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God.
