1 Kana mumwe wenyu ane mhosva nomumwe, angatsunga here kumukwirira kumatare avasakarurama pano kumukwirira kuvatsvene?2 Hamuzivi here kuti vatsvene vachatonga nyika? Zvino kana muchazotonga nyika, ko, hamungagoni kutonga mhosva duku duku here?3 Ko, hamuzivi here kuti muchatonga vatumwa? Ko, kuzoti zvinhu zvoupenyu huno!4 Naizvozvo, kana mukapokana pamusoro pezvinhu zvakadai, gadzai savatongi kunyange vanhu vano kutenda kuduku vari mukereke.5 Ndinodaro kuti munyadziswe. Ko, pangashayikwa munhu akachenjera pakati penyu here anogona kutonga mhosva pakati pavatendi?6 Asi panzvimbo yokuti mudaro, hama inokwirira hama kumatare avasingatendi!
7 Izvi zvokuti makatokwidzana kumatare pakati penyu zvinoreva kuti makatokundwa kare. Munoregerereiko kubvuma kukanganisirwa? Munoregereiko kubvuma kubirwa?8 Asi imi, pachenyu munoba uye munoita zvisakarurama, muchizviitira kuhama dzenyu.
9 Ko, hamuzivi here kuti vasakarurama havagari nhaka youmambo hwaMwari? Musanyengerwa: Nokuti mhombwe kana vanonamata zvifananidzo, kana zvifeve, kana varume vanoita zvoufeve, kana varume vanodanana navamwe varume,10 kana mbavha, kana vana madyo, kana zvidhakwa, kana vanochera vamwe, kana makororo, havangagari nhaka youmambo hwaMwari.
11 Uye izvozvo ndizvo zvakanga zvakaita vamwe venyu. Asi makashambidzwa, mukaitwa vatsvene, mukaruramiswa nezita raIshe Jesu Kristu, uye noMweya waMwari.

12 Ndinotenderwa zvinhu zvose, asi hazvisi zvose zvinobatsira. Kwandiri zvinhu zvose zvinotenderwa, asi handidi kutongwa kana nechimwe.13 Zvokudya ndezvedumbu uye dumbu nderezvokudya, asi Mwari achaparadza zvose zviri zviviri. Muviri hauzi woupombwe, asi ndowaShe, uye naShe ndowomuviri.14 Mwari akamutsa Ishe kubva kuvakafa nesimba rake uye achatimutsawo.15 Hamuzivi here kuti miviri yenyu mitezo yaKristu? Zvino ndingatora here mitezo yaKristu uye ndigoiita mitezo youpombwe? Kwete napaduku pose!16 Hamuzivi here kuti uyo anosangana nechifeve naiye ava muviri mumwe naye? Nokuti zvinonzi, “Vaviri ava vachava nyama imwe.”17 Asi uyo akasanganiswa naShe ava mumwe naye mumweya.
18 Tizai upombwe. Zvimwe zvivi zvose zvingaitwa nomunhu zviri kunze kwomuviri wake, asi uyo anoita chivi choupombwe anotadzira muviri wake.19 Hamuzivi here kuti muviri wenyu itemberi ya-Mweya Mutsvene, ari mamuri, uyo wamakagamuchira kubva kuna Mwari? Hamuzi venyu;
20 makatengwa nomutengo. Naizvozvo kudzai Mwari nomuviri wenyu.
1 Corinthians 6
Lawsuits
1 When any of you has a legal dispute with another, does he dare go to court before the unrighteous rather than before the saints?2 Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you not competent to settle trivial suits?3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? Why not ordinary matters!4 So if you have ordinary lawsuits, do you appoint as judges those who have no standing in the church?t5 I say this to your shame! Is there no one among you wise enough to settle disputes between fellow Christians?t6 Instead, does a Christian sue a Christian,t and do this before unbelievers?7 The fact that you have lawsuits among yourselves demonstrates that you have already been defeated. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated?
8 But you yourselves wrong and cheat, and you do this to your brothers and sisters!t
9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived! The sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, passive homosexual partners,t practicing homosexuals,t10 thieves, the greedy, drunkards, the verbally abusive,t and swindlers will not inherit the kingdom of God.
11 Some of you once lived this way.t But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christs and by the Spirit of our God.
Flee Sexual Immorality
12 “All things are lawful for me”s – but not everything is beneficial. “All things are lawful for me” – but I will not be controlled by anything.13 “Food is for the stomach and the stomach is for food, but God will do away with both.”ts The body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.14 Now God indeed raised the Lord and he will raise us by his power.15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Should I take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never!16 Or do you not know that anyone who is united witht a prostitute is one body with her?t For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.”s17 But the one united witht the Lord is one spirit with him.t18 Flee sexual immorality! “Every sin a person commits is outside of the body”s – but the immoral person sins against his own body.19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you,t whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
20 For you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.
