コリント人への第一の手紙 6

六

1 クリスチャン同士の争いが生じた場合、どちらが正しいかを、他のクリスチャンに判断してもらおうとせず、異教徒の法廷に訴え出るとは、いったいどういうつもりですか。　2 いつか、私たちクリスチャンがこの世をさばき、支配する日が来ることを知らないのですか。　この世こそあなたがたにさばかれる運命にあるのに、どうしてあなたがたは、内輪のそんなささいな事件さえ解決できないのですか。　3 クリスチャンは、天の御使いさえもさばくようになることがわからないのですか。　この地上での自分たちの問題をさばくくらい、朝飯前のはずです。　4 それなのに、なぜ、教会外の、クリスチャンでもない裁判官のもとへ出向くのですか。　5 あえてあなたがたに恥をかかせようと、私はこう言うのです。　いったい教会には、こうした争いを解決できる賢明な人が、一人もいないのですか。　6 それで、クリスチャンがクリスチャンを訴え、しかも、それを異教徒の前に持ち出すようなまねをするのですか。
7 そもそも、訴え合うこと自体が、クリスチャンにとって、すでに敗北です。　なぜ、不正な仕打ちに甘んじようとしないのですか。　むしろ、だまされるほうが、もっと主に喜ばれるでしょう。　8 ところが、あなたがたは不正を行ない、だまし取り、しかも兄弟（信仰を同じくする人）に対して、そんなことをしているのです。
9-10 こんな者が神の国を相続できないのは、当然ではありませんか。　思い違いをしてはいけません。　不道徳な生活をしている者、偶像を拝む者、姦淫する者や同性愛にふける者は、神の国を相続できません。　どろぼう、貪欲な者、酒に酔う者、人をそしる者、強盗も同様です。　11 あなたがたの中にも、そんな過去をもつ人がいます。　しかし、主イエス・キリストと神の御霊のおかげで、今や罪は洗い流され、あなたがたは神様のために聖なる者とされ、神様に受け入れられているのです。　12 キリスト様が禁じておられること以外、私には、何でもする自由があります。　しかしその中には、自分のためにならないこともあります。　たとい、してよいことであっても、それに捕らえられたら最後、やめようとしても簡単にやめられないことには、手を出しません。　13 たとえば、食べることについて考えてみましょう。　神様は、物を食べるために食欲を与え、消化するために胃を備えてくださいました。　しかし、だからといって、必要以上に食べてよい、ということにはなりません。　食べることが第一だなどと考えてはいけません。　なぜなら、いつの日か神様は、胃も食べ物も取り上げるからです。
しかし、性的な罪は絶対にいけません。　私たちの体は、そんなことのためにではなく、主のために造られたのです。　そして、主ご自身が、私たちの体に住もうと願っておられます。　14 神様は、主イエス・キリストを復活させたのと同じ力で、私たちの体をも、死人の中から復活させようとしておられます。　15 あなたがたの体は、事実、キリスト様の体の一部であることが、わからないのですか。　キリスト様の体の一部と売春婦とを結びつけるようなことをしてよいでしょうか。　とんでもないことです。　16 もし人が売春婦と結びつくなら、その人と彼女は一心同体になることが、わからないのですか。　というのは、神様が聖書の中で言われるとおり、神様の目には、二人の者は一人とみなされるからです。　17 しかし、自分を主にささげるなら、その人とキリスト様は、一人の人として結び合わされるのです。
18 性的な罪とは無縁になりなさいと、私が言うのは、そのためです。　これほど体に悪影響を及ぼす罪は、ほかにありません。　この罪を犯すことは、自分の体に対して罪を犯すことです。　19 体は、神様があなたがたに与えてくださった聖霊の家であって、聖霊様がそこに住んでおられることが、まだわからないのですか。　あなたがたの体は、自分のものではありません。　20 神様が多額の代価を払って、あなたがたを買い取ってくださったからです。　ですから、あなたがたの体のどの部分も、神様の栄光を現わすために用いなさい。　その所有者は神様だからです。

1 Corinthians 6

1 Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbor, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?2 Or know ye not that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world is judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more, things that pertain to this life?4 If then ye have to judge things pertaining to this life, do ye set them to judge who are of no account in the church?5 I say this to move you to shame. What, cannot there be found among you one wise man who shall be able to decide between his brethren,6 but brother goeth to law with brother, and that before unbelievers?7 Nay, already it is altogether a defect in you, that ye have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather take wrong? why not rather be defrauded?8 Nay, but ye yourselves do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.9 Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men,10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.11 And such were some of you: but ye were washed, but ye were sanctified, but ye were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.12 All things are lawful for me; but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me; but I will not be brought under the power of any.13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall bring to nought both it and them. But the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body:14 and God both raised the Lord, and will raise up as through his power.15 Know ye not that your bodies are members of Christ? shall I then take away the members of Christ, and make them members of a harlot? God forbid.16 Or know ye not that he that is joined to a harlot is one body? for, The twain, saith he, shall become one flesh.17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.19 Or know ye not that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have from God? and ye are not your own;20 for ye were bought with a price: glorify God therefore in your body.
