Pinyiken Pasar Pinguman adi Dog Jugan Ka Tibudo
1 Di surat ngan angān siken aku pasar pinguman adi ko dog jugan ka tibudo.
Taŭn-i sawŭ, “sopŭrŭg ata biyŭn pinyipuan,” sak adi nang ngara. Pinyipuan anŭ, ayŭh bada daya bakak ngga atin gambung, pak pinyirindu pijog ata. 2 Ngara adi pikir adŭp-i puan kayuh sibandar-i dŭh puan kayuh adi-i patut puan.
3 Pak daya adi rindu Tapa mbŭh dog puan Tapa.
4 Jadi pasar man pinguman adi ko dog jugan ka tibudo: ata puan nang tibudo taŭn-i gambar yŭn kayuh adi dŭh sawŭ agi; ata puan Tapa agi ndi adŭ. 5 Agi bait kani “bara tapa,” bait-i di shorga puan kah di ong, ka sunggu mbŭh bagŭ “bara tapa” ngga “bara tuan,”
6 ata biyŭn ndi adŭ Tapa, adi Sama, adi pinapa sopŭrŭg kayuh, ka ata udip yŭn-I; ka mbŭh agi ndi Tuhan adŭ, Jesus Kristus, so ka Ayŭh sopŭrŭg kayuh dog napa ka so Ayŭh ata udip.
7 Pak dŭh sopŭrŭg daya puan kayuh anŭ. Agi kada daya mbŭh kanyet ngga tibudo, ka ndŭg andu ati kan ngara man pinguman adi ko dog jugan ka tibudo ngara babŭ pikir-i pinguman tibudo; pikir-kira atin ngara ramah, ka kinyam adŭp-i mbŭh sembar da pinguman anŭ.
8 Pak pinguman dŭh-i bisa taban ata da rabis sindŭk Tapa; ani re mating ta biyŭn kambŭi ata dŭh man, dŭh gŭh ata re dapŭd ani ani kambŭi ata man.
9 Pak nakit ingat, sunggu angān bisa ndai tadŭ tadŭ kayuh, dŭhnyah bada urah ngan bada dingan ngan adi ramah darŭm pinyabah rabu darŭm dosa. 10 Nyamtadar-i ndi naan daya adi ramah pikir-kira atin-i kiris angān adi biyŭn “pinyipuan,” man di bari-sambah tibudo; dŭh kah urah ngan anŭ re ngatat ayŭh da man pinguman adi ko dog jugan ka tibudo? 11 Ka daya adi ramah anŭ, dingan mu adi ko dog nubos Kristus, re manyap sitagar “pinyipuan” mu! 12 Ngga simŭnŭ inŭh meh kuu mbŭh bidosa rawan Kristus darŭm kuu bidosa di tunduh dingan mu adi samah Kristen buang kandam pikir-kira atin-i adi ramah. 13 Jadi meh, kambŭi pinguman bada dingan ku bidosa, aku dŭh re tia man dagin, ramŭn ku dŭh an bada dingan ku bidosa.

Food Sacrificed to Idols
1 With regard to food sacrificed to idols, we know that “we all have knowledge.”s Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.2 If someone thinks he knows something, he does not yet know to the degree that he needs to know.
3 But if someone loves God, het is known by God.t
4 With regard then to eating food sacrificed to idols, we know that “an idol in this world is nothing,” and that “there is no God but one.”s5 If after all there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords),
6 yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we live, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we live.t
7 But this knowledge is not shared by all. And some, by being accustomed to idols in former times, eat this food as an idol sacrifice, and their conscience, because it is weak, is defiled.8 Now food will not bring us close to God. We are no worse if we do not eat and no better if we do.9 But be careful that this liberty of yours does not become a hindrance to the weak.10 For if someone weak sees you who possess knowledge dining in an idol’s temple, will not his conscience be “strengthened”t to eat food offered to idols?11 So by your knowledge the weak brother or sister,t for whom Christ died, is destroyed.t12 If you sin against your brothers or sisterst in this way and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ.
13 For this reason, if food causes my brother or sister to sin, I will never eat meat again, so that I may not cause one of themt to sin.
