Первое послание апостола Иоанна 5

1 Всяк веруяй, яко Иисус есть Христос, от Бога рожден есть: и всяк любяй рождшаго любит и рожденнаго от него.2 О сем вемы, яко любим чада Божия, егда Бога любим и заповеди его соблюдаем.3 Сия бо есть любы Божия, да заповеди его соблюдаем: и заповеди его тяжки не суть.4 Яко всяк рожденный от Бога побеждает мир: и сия есть победа, победившая мир, вера наша.5 Кто есть побеждаяй мир, токмо веруяй, яко Иисус есть Сын Божий?6 Сей есть пришедый водою и кровию и Духом, Иисус Христос, не водою точию, но водою и кровию: и Дух есть свидетелствуяй, яко Дух есть истина.7 Яко трие суть свидетелствующии на небеси, Отец, слово и святый Дух: и сии три едино суть.8 И трие суть свидетелствующии на земли, дух и вода и кровь: и трие во едино суть.9 Аще свидетелство человеческое приемлем, свидетелство Божие более есть: яко сие есть свидетелство Божие, еже свидетелствова о Сыне своем.10 Веруяй в Сына Божия имать свидетелство в себе: не веруяй Богови лжа сотворил есть его, яко не верова во свидетелство, еже свидетелствова Бог о Сыне своем.11 И сие есть свидетелство, яко живот вечный дал есть нам Бог, и сей живот в Сыне его есть.12 Имеяй Сына Божия имать живот: а не имеяй Сына Божия живота не имать.13 Сия писах вам верующым во имя Сына Божия, да весте, яко живот вечный имате, и да веруете во имя Сына Божия.14 И сие есть дерзновение, еже имамы к нему, яко аще чесо просим по воли его, послушает нас:15 и аще вемы, яко послушает нас, еже аще просим, вемы, яко имамы прошения, ихже просихом от него.16 Аще кто узрит брата своего согрешающа грех не к смерти, да просит, и даст ему живот, согрешающым не к смерти. Есть грех к смерти: не о том, глаголю, да молится.17 Всяка неправда грех есть, и есть грех не к смерти.18 Вемы, яко всяк рожденный от Бога не согрешает: но рожденный от Бога блюдет себе, и лукавый не прикасается ему.19 Вемы, яко от Бога есмы, и мир весь во зле лежит.20 Вемы же, яко Сын Божий прииде и дал есть нам (свет и) разум, да познаем Бога истиннаго и да будем во истиннем Сыне его Иисусе Христе: сей есть истинный Бог и живот вечный.21 Чадца, храните себе от треб идолских. Аминь.

1 John 5

1 Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christt has been fatheredt by God, and everyone who loves the fathers loves the child fathered by him.s2 By thist we know that we love the children of God: whenever we love God and obey his commandments.3 Fort this is the love of God:t that we keep his commandments.t And his commandments do not weigh us down,

4 becauset everyonet who has been fathered by Gods conquerst the world.s
Thist is the conquering powert that has conqueredt the world: our faith.

Testimony About the Son

5 Now who is the person who has conquered the world except the one who believes thatt Jesus is the Son of God?6 Jesus Christ is the one who came by water and blood – not by the water only, but by the water and the blood. And the Spirit is the one who testifies, becauset the Spirit is the truth.7 Fort there are three that testify,sss

8 the Spirit and the water and the blood, and these three are in agreement.
9 If we accept the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, becauset thist is the testimony of God thatt he has testified concerning his Son.10 (The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself; the one who does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has testified concerning his Son.)s11 And this is the testimony: Godt has given us eternal life,s and this life is in his Son.

12 The one who has the Sons has thist eternalt life; the one who does not have the Son of God does not have thist eternalt life.

Assurance of Eternal Life

13 I have written these thingst to you who believet in the name of the Son of God so thatt you may know that you have eternal life.
14 And this is the confidence that we have before him: thatt whenevert we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.15 And if we knowt that he hears us in regard to whatever we ask, then we know that we have the requests that we have asked from him.16 Ift anyone sees his fellow Christiant committing a sin not resulting in death,t he should ask, and Godt will grantt life to the person who commits a sin not resulting in death.t There is a sin resulting in death.t I do not say that he should ask about that.

17 All unrighteousnesst is sin, but there is sin not resulting in death.t
18 We know that everyone fatheredt by God does not sin, but Godt protectst the one he has fathered, and the evil one cannot touch him.19 We know that we are from God,t and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.20 And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us insight to knowt him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This ones is the true God and eternal life.

21 Little children, guard yourselves from idols.ss
