1 TIMOTHY 1

7 Ngara raan jadi bara gurū ukum-adat Tapa, pak ngara dŭh mirati pinganang adŭp-i, bait-i kayuh adi-i nang darŭm bandar sabah nang sawŭ.
8 Kieh puan Ukum-adat taŭn kana kambŭi-i dog pakai ngga aran adi batur. 9 Patut dog ingat, ukum ukum-adat dog ndai, dŭh-i yŭn daya adi kana, pak yŭn daya adi miranggar ukum-adat ngga daya adi arap, yŭn daya adi dŭh stabi di Tapa ngga adi bidosa, yŭn daya adi dŭh biyŭn adat ngga adi udip puno ngga tibiat ong, yŭn bara pinyiŭ adi siŭ ndŭg ka sindŭ sama adŭp-i, 10 yŭn daya adi dŭh tatu urah rakah-i, yŭn daya adi nyibŭŭs ngga dingan-i adi samah dari, yŭn daya adi nakap daya ngga bu an-i jua, yŭn daya adi pingadong ka yŭn daya adi nggen taksi kadong, puan kah adi ndai kayuh adi dŭh nanyam ka ajar adi batur.

Pak Tapa masi di aku sabab nganŭ aku gibayuh sabah buang dŭh puan kayuh adi ndai ku. 14 Ka Tuhan ta ren pinyirasi mandis-I di tunduh ku ka nggen di aku pinyabah samŭn pinyirindu adi mbŭh tung jata darŭm ata udip ndi ngga Kristus Jesus. 15 Pinganang ati agi sawŭ, patut dog trima ka dog sabah: Kristus Jesus mandŭg ka ong di nyiramat daya adi bidosa. Aku ati adi rabis arap, 16 pak Tapa mbŭh raru masi di aku siŭn Kristus Jesus bisa sukup sabar darŭm-I ngatur aku, adi siabo bidosa, yŭn suto danding di sopŭrŭg ngara adi re sabah di Ayŭh ka adi re dapŭd udip adi sawŭ adi tan adu adu.
17 Di Raja adi udip adu adu ka adi dŭh bisa kabŭs buang adi dŭh tatŭng, Ayŭh adi ndi adŭ; di Ayŭh inŭh stabi ngga bragah ndŭg situi tui! Amen.

1 Timothy 1
Salutation
1 From Paul,t an apostle of Christ Jesus by the command of God our Saviors and of Christ Jesus our hope,
2 to Timothy, my genuine child in the faith. Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord!
Timothy’s Task in Ephesus
3 As I urged you when I was leaving for Macedonia, stay on in Ephesuss to instructt certain people not to spread false teachings,t4 nor to occupy themselves with myths and interminable genealogies.s Such things promote useless speculations rather than God’s redemptive plansts that operates by faith.5 But the aim of our instructiont is love that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and a sincere faith.t6 Some have strayed from these and turned away to empty discussion.
7 They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not understand what they are saying or the things they insist on so confidently.t
8 But we know that the law is good if someone uses it legitimately,9 realizing that laws is not intended for a righteous person, but for lawless and rebellious people, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,10 sexually immoral people, practicing homosexuals,t kidnappers, liars, perjurers – in fact, for any who live contrary to sound teaching.
11 Thist accords with the glorious gospel of the blessed Godt that was entrusted to me.t
12 I am grateful to the one who has strengthened me, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he considered me faithful in putting me into ministry,13 even though I was formerly a blasphemer and a persecutor, and an arrogantt man. But I was treated with mercy because I acted ignorantly in unbelief,14 and our Lord’s grace was abundant, bringing faith and love in Christ Jesus.t15 This sayingt is trustworthy and deserves full acceptance: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” – and I am the worst of them!t16 But here is why I was treated with mercy: so thatt in me as the worst,t Christ Jesus could demonstrate his utmost patience, as an example for those who are going to believe in him for eternal life.
17 Now to the eternal king,t immortal, invisible, the onlys God, be honor and glory forever and ever!t Amen.
18 I put this charges before you, Timothy my child, in keeping with the prophecies once spoken about you,s in order that with such encouragementt you may fight the good fight.19 To do thist you must hold firmly to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck in regard to the faith.
20 Among these are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I handed over to Satans to be taught not to blaspheme.
