1 t Daga Bulus, manzon Almasihu Yesu bisa ga umarnin Allah Mai Cetonmu, da kuma na Almasihu Yesu abin begenmu,
2 t zuwa ga Timoti, ɗana na hakika, ta wajen bangaskiya.
Alheri, da jinƙai, da salama na Allah Uba, da na Almasihu Yesu Ubangijinmu su tabbata a gare ka.Faɗaka a kan Wata Koyarwa Dabam
3 t Kamar yadda na roƙe ka, ka dakata a Afisa sa'ad da za ni ƙasar Makidoniya, ka gargaɗi waɗansu mutane kada su koyar da wata koyarwa dabam, 4 t kada kuma su ɓata zarafinsu a wajen almara da yawan ƙididdigar asali marar iyaka, waɗanda sukan haddasa gardandami, a maimakon riƙon amanar al'amuran Allah da bangaskiya. 5 t Alhali kuwa manufar gargaɗinmu ƙauna ce, wadda take bulbulowa daga tsarkakakkiyar zuciya, da lamiri mai kyau, da kuma sahihiyar bangaskiya. 6 Waɗansu sun kauce wa waɗannan al'amura, har sun bauɗe, sun shiga zancen banza.
7 Suna burin zama masanan Attaura, ba tare da fahimtar abin da suke faɗa ba, balle matsalar da suke taƙamar haƙiƙicewa a kai.
8 t To, mun san Shari'a aba ce mai kyau, in mutum ya yi aiki da ita yadda ya wajaba, 9 t yana kuma tunawa, cewa ita Shari'a ba a kafa ta domin masu adalci ba, sai dai kangararru, da marasa biyayya, da marasa bin Allah, da masu zunubi, da marasa tsarkaka, da masu saɓon Allah, da masu kashe iyaye maza da mata, da masu kisankai, 10 t da fasikai, da masu luɗu, da masu sace mutane, da maƙaryata, da masu shaidar zur, da kuma duk sauran abin da ya sāɓa sahihiyar koyarwar nan,
11 t bisa ga bishara mai daraja ta Allah abar yabo, wadda aka danƙa mini.Godiyar Bulus domin Jinƙai
12 t Ina gode wa Almasihu Yesu Ubangijinmu, wanda ya ƙarfafa ni, saboda ya amince da ni, har ya sa ni aikinsa, 13 t ko da yake dā can sāɓo nake yi, ina tsanantarwa, ina wulakantarwa, duk da haka, sai dai aka yi mini jinƙai, domin na yi haka ne da jahilci saboda rashin bangaskiya. 14 t Alherin Ubangijinmu kuma ya kwararo mini ƙwarai da gaske, a game da bangaskiya, da kuma ƙaunar da take ga Almasihu Yesu. 15 t Maganar nan tabbatacciya ce, ta kuma cancanci a karɓe ta ɗungum cewa, “Almasihu Yesu ya shigo duniya ne domin ceton masu zunubi,” ni ne kuwa babbansu. 16 t Duk da haka an yi mini jinƙai musamman, don ta kaina, ni babbansu, Yesu Almasihu yă nuna cikakken haƙurinsa, in zama gurbi ga waɗanda a nan gaba za su gaskata da shi su sami rai madawwami.
17 t Girma da ɗaukaka su tabbata ga Sarkin zamanai, marar mutuwa, marar ganuwa, Allah Makaɗaici, har abada abadin. Amin, amin.
18 t Na danƙa maka wannan umarni, ya ɗana Timoti, bisa ga annabce-annabcen da dā aka faɗa a kanka, domin ka ƙarfafu ta wurinsu, ka yi yaƙi mai kyau, 19 t kana riƙe da bangaskiya da lamiri mai kyau. Gama waɗansu mutane, saboda ƙin kasa kunne ga lamirinsu, suka lalatar da bangaskiyarsu. 20 t Cikinsu har da Himinayas da Askandari, waɗanda na miƙa wa Shaiɗan, don su horo su bar yin sāɓo.
1 Timothy 1
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus according to the commandment of God our Saviour, and Christ Jesus our hope;2 unto Timothy, my true child in faith: Grace, mercy, peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.3 As I exhorted thee to tarry at Ephesus, when I was going into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge certain men not to teach a different doctrine,4 neither to give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questionings, rather than a dispensation of God which is in faith; so do I now.5 But the end of the charge is love out of a pure heart and a good conscience and faith unfeigned:6 from which things some having swerved have turned aside unto vain talking;7 desiring to be teachers of the law, though they understand neither what they say, nor whereof they confidently affirm.8 But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully,9 as knowing this, that law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and unruly, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,10 for fornicators, for abusers of themselves with men, for menstealers, for liars, for false swearers, and if there be any other thing contrary to the sound doctrine;11 according to the gospel of the glory of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.12 I thank him that enabled me, even Christ Jesus our Lord, for that he counted me faithful, appointing me to his service;13 though I was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: howbeit I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief;14 and the grace of our Lord abounded exceedingly with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.15 Faithful is the saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief:16 howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me as chief might Jesus Christ show forth all his longsuffering, for an ensample of them that should thereafter believe on him unto eternal life.17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.18 This charge I commit unto thee, my child Timothy, according to the prophecies which led the way to thee, that by them thou mayest war the good warfare;19 holding faith and a good conscience; which some having thrust from them made shipwreck concerning the faith:20 of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I delivered unto Satan, that they might be taught not to blaspheme.
