ถึง คน_เหล่า_นั้น_ที่_มี_ความ_เชื่อ_ที่_มี_ค่า_เท่า_กัน_กับ_ของ_เรา เพราะ_พระเจ้า_ของ_เรา_คือ_พระ_เยซูคริสต์_พระผู้ช่วย_ให้_รอด_นั้นt_ยุติธรรม

2 ขอ_พระเจ้า_ให้_ความ_เมตตา_กรุณา และ_สันติสุข_กับ_พวก_คุณ_มาก_ยิ่งๆ_ขึ้น เพราะ_พวก_คุณ_รู้จัก_พระเจ้า_และ_พระ_เยซู_เจ้า_ของ_เรา_อย่าง_แท้จริง

พระเจ้า_ได้_ให้_ทุก_สิ่ง_ที่_เรา_ต้อง_การ

3 ด้วย_ฤทธิ์_อำนาจ_ของ_พระองค์ พวก_เรา_ได้_รับ_ทุก_สิ่ง_ทุก_อย่าง_ที่_จำเป็น_สำหรับ_ชีวิต_ที่_จะ_ให้_เกียรติ_พระเจ้า เรา_ได้_รับ_สิ่ง_เหล่า_นี้ ก็_เพราะ_เรา_รู้จัก_พระองค์ ผู้ที่_เรียก_เรา_มา_ด้วย_เกียรติ_และ_ฤทธิ์_เดช_ของ_พระองค์

4 และ_ด้วย_เกียรติ_และ_ฤทธิ์_เดช_นี้_แหละ พระเจ้า_ได้_ให้_สัญญา_ต่างๆ_ที่_มี_ค่า_และ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_กับ_เรา_แล้ว พระองค์_ให้_สิ่ง_เหล่า_นี้_เพื่อ_คุณ_จะ_ได้_หลุดพ้น_จาก_ความ_เสื่อม_ทราม_ที่_อยู่_ใน_โลก_นี้ เนื่อง_จาก_กิเลส_ตัณหา_ของ_คน เพื่อ_เรา_จะ_ได้_รับ_สภาพ_ที่_เหมือน_พระเจ้า

5 ด้วย_เหตุ_นี้ คุณ_จะ_ต้อง_พยายาม_อย่าง_เต็มที่ ที่_จะ_ใช้_ความ_เชื่อ_สร้าง_ความ_ดี ใช้_ความ_ดี_สร้าง_ความ_รู้ ใช้_ความ_รู้_เพื่อ_บังคับ_ตน

7 ใช้_ความ_ผูกพัน_ฉัน_พี่_น้อง_สร้าง_ความ_รัก

8 เพราะ_ถ้า_คุณ_มี_สิ่ง_เหล่า_นี้_อยู่_ใน_ตัว มัน_ก็_จะ_เพิ่ม_ขึ้น_เรื่อยๆ คุณ_จะ_ได้_ไม่_เป็น_คน_ที่_เฉยเมย_หรือ_ไร้_ประโยชน์_ใน_ฐานะ_คน_ที่_รู้จัก_พระ_เยซู_คริสต์_เจ้า

9 แต่_คน_ที่_ไม่_มี_สิ่ง_เหล่า_นี้_อยู่_ใน_ตัว ก็_เป็น_คน_สายตา_สั้น_จน_เหมือน_บอด และ_ได้_ลืม_ไป_ว่า_บาป_ที่_เขา_ได้_ทำ_ใน_อดีต_นั้น พระเจ้า_ได้_ล้าง_ให้_แล้ว

10 ดัง_นั้น พี่_น้อง_ครับ พยายาม_เต็มที่ เพื่อ_จะ_ได้_แน่ใจ_ว่า_คุณ_จะ_ได้_ใน_สิ่ง_ที่_พระเจ้า_ได้_เรียก_และ_เลือก_ให้_คุณ_มา_รับ_นั้น เพราะ_ถ้า_คุณ_ทำ_อย่าง_นี้ คุณ_จะ_ไม่_มี_วัน_สะดุด_และ_ล้ม_หาย_ไป

11 แล้ว_คุณ_ยัง_จะ_ได้_รับ_การ_ต้อนรับ_อย่าง_เต็มที่_เข้า_ไป_ใน_แผ่นดิน_นิรันดร์_ของ_พระ_เยซูคริสต์_องค์_เจ้า_ชีวิต_และ_พระผู้ช่วย_ให้_รอด_ของ_เรา

12 ด้วย_เหตุ_นี้ ผม_จะ_คอย_เตือน_คุณ_อยู่_เรื่อยๆ_เกี่ยว_กับ_เรื่อง_พวก_นี้ ถึง_แม้_คุณ_จะ_รู้_และ_ตั้ง_มั่นคง_อยู่_ใน_ความ_จริง_นี้_แล้ว_ก็_ตาม

13 ผม_ว่า_ผม_ทำ_ถูก_แล้ว_นะ_ที่_จะ_เตือน_ความ_จำ_พวก_คุณ_อยู่_เรื่อยๆ_ใน_ขณะ_ที่_ผม_ยัง_มี_ชีวิต_อยู่

14 เพราะ_รู้_ว่า_อีก_ไม่_นาน ผม_จะ_ต้อง_จาก_ร่าง_นี้_ไป_แล้ว ตาม_ที่_พระ_เยซู_คริสต์_เจ้า_ของ_เรา_ได้_บอก_กับ_ผม_ไว้_อย่าง_ชัด_เจน

15 ดัง_นั้น ผม_จะ_ต้อง_ทำ_อย่าง_ดี_ที่สุด เพื่อ_ที่_ว่า_เมื่อ_ผม_จาก_โลก_นี้_ไป_แล้ว คุณ_ก็_ยัง_จะ_จำ_เรื่อง_นี้_ได้_อยู่_ตลอด_เวลา

ความ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_ของ_พระ_เยซู

16 เมื่อ_เรา_ประกาศ_เรื่อง_พระ_เยซู_คริสต์_เจ้า_ของ_เรา_กับ_พวก_คุณ ว่า_พระองค์_จะ_กลับ_มา_ด้วย_ฤทธิ์_เดช_นั้น เรา_ไม่_ได้_เล่า_ตาม_นิยาย_ต่างๆ_ที่_คน_แต่ง_ขึ้น_มา_อย่าง_เก่งกาจ แต่_เรา_ได้_เห็น_ความ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_ของ_พระองค์_เอง_กับ_ตา

17 เรา_เห็น_พระองค์_ได้_รับ_เกียรติ_และ_ความ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_จาก_พระเจ้า_พระบิดา ตอน_ที่_มี_เสียง_พิเศษ_จาก_ผู้_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_สูงสุดt_มา_ถึง_พระ_เยซู_ว่า “นี่_เป็น_ลูก_ที่_เรา_รัก เรา_พอใจ_เขา_มาก”

18 เมื่อ_เรา_อยู่_กับ_พระ_เยซู_บน_ภูเขา_อัน_ศักดิ์สิทธิ์_นั้น เรา_ก็_ได้_ยิน_เสียง_นั้น_ที่_มา_จาก_สวรรค์

19 เรา_ยัง_เห็น_อีก_ว่า คำ_ทำนาย_ของ_ผู้_พูด_แทน_พระเจ้า_นั้น_เชื่อ_ถือ_ได้_มาก_จริงๆ ที่_พวก_คุณ_สนใจ_เรื่อง_นี้_ก็ดี_มาก เพราะ_มัน_เป็น_เหมือน_แสงสว่าง_ที่_ส่อง_เข้า_ไป_ใน_ความ_มืด จน_กว่า_จะ_เช้า_และ_มี_ดาว_รุ่ง_ผุด_ขึ้น_ใน_ใจ_ของ_พวก_คุณ

20 แต่_ก่อน_อื่น_คุณ_ต้อง_เข้า_ใจ_เรื่อง_นี้_เสีย_ก่อน_ว่า คำ_ของ_ผู้_พูด_แทน_พระเจ้า_ใน_พระคัมภีร์_นั้น ไม่_ใช่_คำ_ที่_พวก_เขา_คิด_ขึ้น_มา_เอง

21 หรือ_อยาก_จะ_พูด_ก็_พูด_เอา_เอง แต่_พระ_วิญญาณ_บริสุทธิ์_ได้_ดลใจ_คน_เหล่า_นี้_ให้_พูด_สิ่ง_ที่_มา_จาก_พระเจ้า

2 Peter 1

Growth in Christian Virtue

1 Simon Peter, a bond-servant and apostle of Jesus Christ,
To those who have received a faith of the same kind as ours, by the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ:2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord;3 seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.4 For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.5 Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge,6 and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness,7 and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love.8 For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.9 For he who lacks these qualities is blind or short-sighted, having forgotten his purification from his former sins.10 Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble;11 for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you.

12 Therefore, I will always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them, and have been established in the truth which is present with you. 13 I consider it right, as long as I am in this earthly dwelling, to stir you up by way of reminder,14 knowing that the laying aside of my earthly dwelling is imminent, as also our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me.15 And I will also be diligent that at any time after my departure you will be able to call these things to mind.

Eyewitnesses

16 For we did not follow cleverly devised tales when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty.17 For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such an utterance as this was made to Him by the Majestic Glory, "This is My beloved Son with whom I am well-pleased"-18 and we ourselves heard this utterance made from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain.

19  So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts.20 But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation,21 for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
