提摩太後書 4

1 我在上帝面前，並在將來審判活人死人的基督耶穌面前，憑著他的顯現和他的國度囑咐你： 2 務要傳道，無論得時不得時，總要專心，並用百般的忍耐、各樣的教訓責備人，警戒人，勸勉人。 3 因為時候要到，人必厭煩純正的道理，耳朵發癢，就隨從自己的情慾增添好些師傅， 4 並且掩耳不聽真道，偏向荒渺的言語。 5 你卻要凡事謹慎，忍受苦難，做傳道的工夫，盡你的職分。

6 我現在被澆奠，我離世的時候到了。 7 那美好的仗我已經打過了，當跑的路我已經跑盡了，所信的道我已經守住了。 8 從此以後，有公義的冠冕為我存留，就是按著公義審判的主到了那日要賜給我的；不但賜給我，也賜給凡愛慕他顯現的人。

私事的囑咐

9 你要趕緊地到我這裏來。 10 因為底馬貪愛現今的世界，就離棄我往帖撒羅尼迦去了；革勒士往加拉太去；提多往撻馬太去； 11 獨有路加在我這裏。你來的時候，要把馬可帶來，因為他在傳道t的事上於我有益處。 12 我已經打發推基古往以弗所去。 13 我在特羅亞留於加布的那件外衣，你來的時候可以帶來，那些書也要帶來，更要緊的是那些皮卷。 14 銅匠亞歷山大多多地害我；主必照他所行的報應他。 15 你也要防備他，因為他極力敵擋了我們的話。

16 我初次申訴，沒有人前來幫助，竟都離棄我；但願這罪不歸與他們。 17 惟有主站在我旁邊，加給我力量，使福音被我盡都傳明，叫外邦人都聽見；我也從獅子口裏被救出來。 18 主必救我脫離諸般的凶惡，也必救我進他的天國。願榮耀歸給他，直到永永遠遠。阿們。

19 問百基拉、亞居拉，和阿尼色弗一家的人安。 20 以拉都在哥林多住下了。特羅非摩病了，我就留他在米利都。 21 你要趕緊在冬天以前到我這裏來。有友布羅、布田、利奴、革老底亞，和眾弟兄都問你安。

2 Timothy 4

Charge to Timothy Repeated

1 I solemnly charge you before God and Christ Jesus, who is going to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom:2 Preach the message,t be readyt whether it is convenient or not,t reprove, rebuke, exhortt with complete patience and instruction.3 For there will be a time when peoplet will not tolerate sound teaching. Instead, following their own desires,t they will accumulate teachers for themselves, because they have an insatiable curiosity to hear new things.t4 And they will turn away from hearing the truth, but on the other hand they will turn aside to myths.s5 You, however, be self-controlledt in all things, endure hardship, do an evangelist’s work, fulfill your ministry.6 For I am already being poured out as an offering, and the time for me to departt is at hand.7 I have competed well;s I have finished the race; I have kept the faith!

8 Finally the crown of righteousness is reserved for me. The Lord, the righteous Judge, will award it to me in that day – and not to me only, but also to all who have set their affection ont his appearing.

Travel Plans and Concluding Greetings

9 Make every effort to come to me soon.10 For Demas deserted me, since he lovedt the present age, and he went to Thessalonica.s Crescens went to Galatia and Titus to Dalmatia.11 Only Luke is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, because he is a great helpt to me in ministry.t12 Now I have sent Tychicus to Ephesus.s13 When you come, bring with you the cloak I left in Troas with Carpas and the scrolls, especially the parchments.14 Alexander the coppersmith did me a great deal of harm.tThe Lord will repay him in keeping with his deeds.s15 You be on guard against himt too, because he vehemently opposed our words.16 At my first defense no one appeared in my support; instead they all deserted me – may they not be held accountable for it.17 But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the messaget would be fully proclaimedt for all the Gentiles to hear. And so I was delivered from the lion’s mouth!

18 The Lord will deliver me from every evil deed and will bring me safelyt into his heavenly kingdom. To himt be glory for ever and ever!t Amen.
19 Greetings tot Prisca and Aquilas and the family of Onesiphorus.20 Erastus stayed in Corinth.s Trophimus I left ill in Miletus.21 Make every effort to come before winter. Greetings to you from Eubulus, Pudens, Linus, Claudia, and all the brothers and sisters.t
