1 Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Jehovah.2 Lord, hear my voice:3 If thou, Jehovah, shouldest mark iniquities,4 But there is forgiveness with thee,5 I wait for Jehovah, my soul doth wait,6 My soul waiteth for the Lord7 O Israel, hope in Jehovah;8 And he will redeem Israel

1 Jehovah, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty;2 Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul;3 O Israel, hope in Jehovah

1 Jehovah, remember for David2 How he sware unto Jehovah,3 Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house,4 I will not give sleep to mine eyes,5 Until I find out a place for Jehovah,6 Lo, we heard of it in Ephrathah:7 We will go into his tabernacles;8 Arise, O Jehovah, into thy resting-place;9 Let thy priest be clothed with righteousness;10 For thy servant David’s sake11 Jehovah hath sworn unto David in truth;12 If thy children will keep my covenant13 For Jehovah hath chosen Zion;14 This is my resting-place for ever:15 I will abundantly bless her provision:16 Her priests also will I clothe with salvation;17 There will I make the horn of David to bud:18 His enemies will I clothe with shame;
