コロサイ人への手紙 4

四

1 奴隷の主人は、奴隷全員を正しく、公平に扱いなさい。　あなたがたにも天に主人がいて、その行動は全部見られていることを、忘れてはなりません。
2 祈りに飽いてはいけません。　熱心に祈り続けなさい。　神様は祈りに答えてくださると信じて待ち、それが聞き入れられたら、感謝するのを忘れてはなりません。　3 また、私たちのことも忘れないでください。　キリスト様の良い知らせを伝える機会が多く与えられるように、祈ってほしいのです。　この良い知らせのために、いま私は投獄されているのです。　4 どうか、私がこの良い知らせを、勇気をもって、自由に、完全に、しかもわかりやすく〔当然そうすべきなのですが〕語れるように祈ってください。
5 与えられた機会を最大限に生かして、あなたがたも、この良い知らせを人々に伝えなさい。　彼らとは、いつも賢く慎重に接しなさい。　6 あなたがたの会話が、良識的であり、善意にあふれるよう心がけなさい。　そうすれば、相手の一人一人に適切な答えができます。
7 愛する信仰の友テキコが、私の様子を知らせてくれるでしょう。　テキコは共に主に仕えている、熱心な働き人です。　8 彼に行ってもらうのは、そちらの様子も知りたいし、また、あなたがたを慰め、力づけもしたいからです。　9 彼に、あなたがたの仲間の一人、忠実な愛する信仰の友オネシモを同行させます。　オネシモとテキコが、こちらの現状をみな知らせることでしょう。
10 私といっしょに牢につながれているアリスタルコと、バルナバの親類のマルコが、よろしくとのことです。　前にもお願いしたように、もしマルコがそちらへ行ったら、心から歓迎してやってください。　11 イエス・ユストもまた、よろしくと言っています。　以上が、こちらで共に神の国のために働く、ユダヤ人のクリスチャンです。　彼らから、どんなに励まされたことでしょう。
12 あなたがたの町から来た、キリスト・イエスのしもべエパフラスも、よろしくと言っています。　彼はいつも、あなたがたが強く完全な者となり、何事においても、神様が望まれるとおりに行動できるようにと、熱心に祈り求めています。　13 あなたがたのために、またラオデキヤやヒエラポリスのクリスチャンのために祈る彼の熱意のほどは、私がよく知っています。
14 愛する医者ルカ、それにデマスが、よろしくとのことです。
15 どうか、ラオデキヤに住むクリスチャンの友人たちに、また、ヌンパと、礼拝のためにヌンパの家に集まっている人たちに、よろしく伝えてください。　16 それから、この手紙を読み終えたら、ラオデキヤの教会にも回してください。　また、ラオデキヤの教会あての私の手紙も、そちらに回覧されたら読んでください。　17 アルキポに、「主から命じられたことをすべて、忠実に果たすように」と伝えてください。
18 このあいさつは、私の自筆です。　私が獄中にいることを忘れないでください。　どうか神様の祝福が、あなたがたに満ちあふれますように。

Colossians 4

1 Masters, render unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.2 Continue stedfastly in prayer, watching therein with thanksgiving;3 withal praying for us also, that God may open unto us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds;4 that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.6 Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer each one.7 All my affairs shall Tychicus make known unto you, the beloved brother and faithful minister and fellow-servant in the Lord:8 whom I have sent you for this very purpose, that ye may know our state, and that he may comfort your hearts;9 together with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things that are done here.10 Aristarchus my fellow-prisoner saluteth you, and Mark, the cousin of Barnabas (touching whom ye received commandments; if he come unto you, receive him),11 and Jesus that is called Justus, who are of the circumcision: these only are my fellow-workers unto the kingdom of God, men that have been a comfort unto me.12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, saluteth you, always striving for you in his prayers, that ye may stand perfect and fully assured in all the will of God.13 For I bear him witness, that he hath much labor for you, and for them in Laodicea, and for them in Hierapolis.14 Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas salute you.15 Salute the brethren that are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church that is in their house.16 And when this epistle hath been read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye also read the epistle from Laodicea.17 And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.18 The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you.
