اِفسِیوں 1
تمہید
1 پَولُس کی طرف سے جو خُدا کی مرضی سے مسِیح یِسُو ع کا رسُول ہے
اُن مُقدّسوں کے نام جو اِفِسُس میں ہیں اور مسِیح یِسُوع میں اِیمان دار ہیں۔
2 ہمارے باپ خُدا اور خُداوند یِسُو ع مسِیح کی طرف سے تُمہیں فضل اور اِطمِینان حاصِل ہوتا رہے۔مسِیح کے وسیلہ سے رُوحانی برکات
3 ہمارے خُداوند یِسُو ع مسِیح کے خُدا اور باپ کی حمد ہو جِس نے ہم کو مسِیح میں آسمانی مقاموں پر ہر طرح کی رُوحانی برکت بخشی۔
4 چُنانچہ اُس نے ہم کو بنایِ عالَم سے پیشتر اُس میں چُن لِیا تاکہ ہم اُس کے نزدِیک مُحبّت میں پاک اور بے عَیب ہوں۔
5 اور اُس نے اپنی مرضی کے نیک اِرادہ کے مُوافِق ہمیں اپنے لِئے پیشتر سے مُقرّر کِیا کہ یِسُو ع مسِیح کے وسِیلہ سے اُس کے لے پالک بیٹے ہوں۔ 6 تاکہ اُس کے اُس فضل کے جلال کی سِتایش ہو جو ہمیں اُس عزِیز میں مُفت بخشا۔ 7 ہم کو اُس میں اُس کے خُون کے وسِیلہ سے مخلصی یعنی قصُوروں کی مُعافی اُس کے اُس فضل کی دَولت کے مُوافِق حاصِل ہے۔
8 جو اُس نے ہر طرح کی حِکمت اور دانائی کے ساتھ کثرت سے ہم پر نازِل کِیا۔
9 چُنانچہ اُس نے اپنی مرضی کے بھید کو اپنے اُس نیک اِرادہ کے مُوافِق ہم پر ظاہِر کِیا ۔ جِسے اپنے آپ میں ٹھہرا لِیا تھا۔
10 تاکہ زمانوں کے پُورے ہونے کا اَیسا اِنتِظام ہو کہ مسِیح میں سب چِیزوں کا مجمُوعہ ہو جائے ۔ خواہ وہ آسمان کی ہوں خواہ زمِین کی۔
11 اُسی میں ہم بھی اُس کے اِرادہ کے مُوافِق جو اپنی مرضی کی مصلحت سے سب کُچھ کرتا ہے پیشتر سے مُقرّر ہو کر مِیراث بنے۔
12 تاکہ ہم جو پہلے سے مسِیح کی اُمّید میں تھے اُس کے جلال کی سِتایش کا باعِث ہوں۔
13 اور اُسی میں تُم پر بھی جب تُم نے کلامِ حق کو سُنا جو تُمہاری نجات کی خُوشخبری ہے اور اُس پر اِیمان لائے پاک مَوعُودہ رُوح کی مُہر لگی۔
14 وُہی خُدا کی مِلکِیّت کی مخلصی کے لِئے ہماری مِیراث کا بَیعانہ ہے تاکہ اُس کے جلال کی سِتایش ہو۔پَولُس کی دُعا
15 اِس سبب سے مَیں بھی اُس اِیمان کا جو تُمہارے درمِیان خُداوند یِسُو ع پر ہے اور سب مُقدّسوں پر ظاہِر ہے حال سُن کر۔ 16 تُمہاری بابت شُکر کرنے سے باز نہیں آتا اور اپنی دُعاؤں میں تُمہیںیادکِیا کرتا ہُوں۔ 17 کہ ہمارے خُداوند یِسُو ع مسِیح کا خُدا جو جلال کا باپ ہے تُمہیں اپنی پہچان میں حِکمت اور مُکاشفہ کی رُوح بخشے۔ 18 اور تُمہارے دِل کی آنکھیں رَوشن ہو جائیں تاکہ تُم کو معلُوم ہو کہ اُس کے بُلانے سے کَیسی کُچھ اُمّید ہے اور اُس کی مِیراث کے جلال کی دَولت مُقدّسوں میں کَیسی کُچھ ہے۔ 19 اور ہم اِیمان لانے والوں کے لِئے اُس کی بڑی قُدرت کیا ہی بے حد ہے ۔ اُس کی بڑی قُوّت کی تاثِیر کے مُوافِق۔ 20 جو اُس نے مسِیح میں کی جب اُسے مُردوں میں سے جِلا کر اپنی د ہنی طرف آسمانی مقاموں پر بِٹھایا۔ 21 اور ہر طرح کی حُکومت اور اِختیار اور قُدرت اور رِیاست اور ہر ایک نام سے بُہت بُلند کِیا جو نہ صِرف اِس جہان میں بلکہ آنے والے جہان میں بھی لِیا جائے گا۔ 22 اور سب کُچھ اُس کے پاؤں تلے کر دِیا اور اُس کو سب چِیزوں کا سردار بنا کر کلِیسیا کو دے دِیا۔ 23 یہ اُس کا بدن ہے اور اُسی کی معمُوری جو ہر طرح سے سب کا معمُور کرنے والا ہے۔
Ephesians 1
The Blessings of Redemption
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,
To the saints who are tat Ephesus and who are faithful in Christ Jesus:2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before tHim. In love5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will,6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace8 which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight9 He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him10 with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him11 also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will,12 to the end that we who were the first to hope in tChrist would be to the praise of His glory.13 In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation-having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise,14 who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory.
15 For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and tyour love for all the saints,16 do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers;17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,19 and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might20 which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church,23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
