1 ใน_ฐานะ_ที่_ผม_เป็น_นักโทษ_เพราะ_เห็นแก่_องค์_เจ้า_ชีวิต ผม_ขอ_อ้อน_วอน_ให้_พวก_คุณ_ใช้_ชีวิต_ให้_สม_กับ_ที่_พระเจ้า_ได้_เรียก_พวก_คุณ_มา

2 คือ_ให้_สุภาพ_อ่อน_น้อม_อยู่_เสมอ รวม_ทั้ง_ให้_ใจเย็น_ๆและ_อดทน_ต่อ_กัน_และ_กัน_ด้วย_ความ_รัก

3 ให้_พยายาม_สุด_ความ_สามารถ_ที่_จะ_รักษา_ความ_เป็น_น้ำหนึ่ง_ใจ_เดียว_กัน_ที่_ได้_รับ_จาก_พระ_วิญญาณ ด้วย_การ_ใช้_สันติสุข_เป็น_เชือก_ผูกมัด_พวก_คุณ_ไว้_ด้วย_กัน

4 มี_เพียง_กาย_เดียว_และ_พระ_วิญญาณ_เดียว เหมือน_ที่_พระเจ้า_เรียก_พวก_คุณ_มา_ให้_มี_ความ_หวัง_เดียว

5 มี_องค์_เจ้า_ชีวิต_องค์_เดียว ความ_เชื่อ_เดียว พิธี_จุ่ม_น้ำ เดียว

6 และ_มี_พระเจ้า_องค์_เดียว ผู้_เป็น_พระบิดา_ของ_ทุก_สิ่ง อยู่_เหนือ_ทุก_สิ่ง อยู่_ทั่ว_ทุก_สิ่ง และ_อยู่_ใน_ทุก_สิ่ง

7 พวก_เรา_แต่_ละ_คน_ได้_รับ_ของ_ขวัญ_ตาม_ความ_เมตตา_ของ_พระคริสต์

8 นั่น_เป็น_เหตุ_ที่_พระ_คัมภีร์_ถึง_ได้_พูด_ว่า

“เมื่อ_พระองค์_ขึ้น_ไป_อยู่_ที่_สูง
พระองค์_ก็_เอา_เชลย_สงคราม_ไป_ด้วย_และ_พระองค์_ก็_ได้_แจก_ของ_ขวัญ_ให้_กับ_มนุษย์” (สดุดี 68:18)

9 ที่_พูด_ว่า “พระองค์_ขึ้น_ไป” ก็_แสดง_ว่า_พระองค์_เคย_ลง_มา_ที่_โลก_เบื้อง_ล่าง_นี้

10 พระองค์_ที่_ลง_มา_ก็_เป็น_องค์_เดียว_กับ_ที่_ขึ้น_ไป_สูง_กว่า_สวรรค์_ทั้งปวง เพื่อ_พระองค์_จะ_ได้_เต็ม_ไป_ใน_ทุก_สิ่ง_ทุก_อย่าง

11 พระ_เยซู_ได้_แจก_ของ_ขวัญ_คือ พวก_ศิษย์_เอก ของ_พระองค์ พวก_ผู้_พูด_แทน_พระเจ้า พวก_ผู้_ประกาศ_ข่าว_ดี_และ_พวก_ผู้เลี้ยง_ที่_สอน

12 เพื่อ_คน_พวก_นี้ จะ_ได้_เตรียม_คน_ของ_พระเจ้า_ให้_สามารถ_ทำ_งาน_รับใช้ ซึ่ง_จะ_เสริม_สร้าง_กาย_ของ_พระคริสต์_ให้_แข็งแกร่ง_ขึ้น_เรื่อยๆ

13 จน_กว่า_พวก_เรา_ทั้ง_หมด_จะ_เป็น_น้ำหนึ่ง_ใจ_เดียว_กัน_ใน_ความ_เชื่อ และ_ใน_ความ_รู้_เกี่ยว_กับ_พระบุตร_ของ_พระเจ้า แล้ว_เรา_จะ_ได้_โต_เป็น_ผู้ใหญ่_เต็มที่ คือ_เป็น_เหมือน_กับ_พระคริสต์_ทุก_ประการ

14 ทั้ง_นี้_ก็_เพื่อ_เรา_จะ_ได้_ไม่_เป็น_เหมือน_เด็ก_เล็กๆ_อีก_ต่อ_ไป หรือ_เหมือน_คลื่น_ที่_ถูก_ซัด_ไป_ซัด_มา หรือ_ถูก_พัด_ไป_ทาง_โน้น_ที_ทาง_นี้_ที_ด้วย_คำ_สอน_ใหม่ๆ_และ_ด้วย_เล่ห์เหลี่ยม_และ_กล_อุบาย_ต่างๆ_ของ_พวก_ผู้สอน_เท็จ

15 แต่_ให้_พวก_เรา_พูด_ความ_จริง_ด้วย_ความ_รัก และ_ให้_โต_ขึ้น_เป็น_เหมือน_พระ_คริสต์_ใน_ทุกๆ_ทาง พระคริสต์_คือ_ศีรษะ

16 ที่_ร่าง_กาย_ทุก_ส่วน_ต้อง_พึ่งพา_และ_ทั้ง_ร่าง_ก็_ยึด_ติด_สนิท_กัน_ด้วย_เส้น_เอ็น_ทุกๆ_เส้น เมื่อ_อวัยวะ_ต่างๆ_ทำ_หน้าที่_ของ_มัน_เอง_แล้ว พระคริสต์_ทำ_ให้_ร่าง_กาย_ทั้ง_หมด_เจริญ_เติบ_โต_และ_แข็งแรง_ขึ้น_ด้วย_ความ_รัก

แบบ_อย่าง_ที่_คุณ_ควร_เป็น

17 ใน_ฐานะ_ตัวแทน_ของ_องค์_เจ้า_ชีวิต ผม_ขอ_บอก_พวก_คุณ_ว่า ต่อ_จาก_นี้_ไป อย่า_ใช้_ชีวิต_เหมือน_กับ_คน_ที่_ไม่_รู้_จัก_พระเจ้า ที่_คิด_แต่_เรื่อง_ไร้_สาระ

18 ความ_คิด_ของ_เขา_มืด_มัว_ไป_เพราะ_ความ_โง่_เขลา_และ_จิต_ใจ_ที่_ดื้อ_รั้น ทำ_ให้_ถูก_แยก_ออก_จาก_ชีวิต_ที่_มา_จาก_พระเจ้า

19 พวก_เขา_ไม่_มี_ความ_ละอาย_ต่อ_บาป_อีก_แล้ว ปล่อย_ตัว_มัวเมา_ใน_กาม ทำ_เรื่อง_ลามก_ทุก_อย่าง_โดย_ไม่_ยับยั้ง_ชั่ง_ใจ

20 แต่_นั่น_ไม่_ใช่_สิ่ง_ที่_คุณ_ได้_เรียนรู้_เกี่ยว_กับ_พระคริสต์

21 จริงๆ_แล้ว คุณ_เคย_ได้_ยิน_เรื่อง_ของ_พระองค์_และ_ได้_รับ_คำ_สอน_เกี่ยว_กับ_พระองค์ สิ่ง_ที่_คุณ_เรียนรู้_มา_นั้น_สอดคล้อง_กับ_ความ_จริง_ที่_พระเจ้า_ได้_เปิดเผย_ใน_พระ_เยซู

22 คำ_สอน_นั้น_บอก_ให้_พวก_คุณ_กำจัด_ตัว_ตน_เก่าๆ_ที่_ถูก_ตัณหา_ชัก_นำ_ให้_หลง_และ_เสื่อม_ไป

23 คำ_สอน_นั้น_ยัง_สอน_ให้_คุณ_ยอม_ให้_พระเจ้า_สร้าง_ความ_คิด_และ_จิต_ใจ_ของ_คุณ_ขึ้น_มา_ใหม่

24 คำ_สอน_นี้_ยัง_บอก_อีก_ว่า_ให้_สวม_คน_ใหม่_นั้น_ที่_พระเจ้า_สร้าง_ขึ้น_มา_เป็น_เหมือน_พระองค์ เพื่อ_จะ_ได้_มี_ชีวิต_ที่_พระเจ้า_ชอบ_ใจ เป็น_ชีวิต_ที่_บริสุทธิ์ ตาม_ความ_จริง_ที่_เรา_สอน_นั้น

25 ถ้า_อย่าง_นั้น ให้_เลิก_พูด_โกหก_ซะ “ให้_ต่าง_คน_ต่าง_พูด_ความ_จริง_ต่อ_เพื่อน_ของ_ตน เพราะ_พวก_เรา_เป็น_อวัยวะ_ใน_ร่าง_กาย_เดียว_กัน”t

26 “ถ้า_โกรธ ก็_อย่า_ทำ_บาป”t ควร_กำจัด_ความ_โกรธ_นั้น_ให้_หมด_ไป_ก่อน_ดวง_อาทิตย์_ตก_ดิน

27 อย่า_เปิด_โอกาส_ให้_มาร_เอา_ชนะ_พวก_คุณ_ได้

28 คน_ที่_เคย_ขโมย_มา_ก่อน ก็_ให้_เลิก_ขโมย_ซะ แล้ว_หัน_มา_ทำ_งาน ใช้_มือ_ทำ_สิ่ง_ที่_มี_ประโยชน์ เพื่อ_จะ_ได้_มี_สิ่งของ_ไว้_แจก_คน_ที่_ขัด_สน

29 อย่า_พูด_คำ_หยาบคาย_เลย แต่_ให้_พูด_ใน_สิ่ง_ที่_ดี เพื่อ_จะ_ได้_ให้กำลัง_ใจ_กับ_คน_ที่_ต้อง_การ เพื่อ_มัน_จะ_ได้_เป็น_ประโยชน์_กับ_คน_ที่_ได้_ยิน

30 อย่า_ทำ_ให้_พระ_วิญญาณ_บริสุทธิ์_ของ_พระเจ้า_เสียใจ พระเจ้า_ได้_เอา_พระ_วิญญาณ_นี้_มา_ประทับ_ตรา_พวก_คุณ_ไว้ เพื่อ_แสดง_ว่า_พวก_คุณ_เป็น_ของ_พระเจ้า และ_เพื่อ_รับรอง_ว่า_พระเจ้า_จะ_ปลด_ปล่อย_ให้_พวก_คุณ_เป็น_อิสระ_ใน_วัน_นั้นt

31 กำจัด_สิ่ง_เหล่า_นี้_ให้_หมด_สิ้น_ไป_จาก_พวก_คุณ คือ_ความ_ขมขื่น_ทั้ง_หมด ความ_โกรธ_แค้น การ_ทะเลาะ_วิวาท และ_การ_ใส่ร้าย_ป้าย_สี รวม_ถึง_ความ_ชั่ว_ทุก_ชนิด

32 ให้_เมตตา_ต่อ_กัน เห็น_อก_เห็น_ใจ_กัน และ_อภัย_ให้_กัน_และ_กัน_เหมือน_กับ_ที่_พระเจ้า_ได้_อภัย_ให้_กับ_คุณ_ผ่าน_ทาง_พระคริสต์

Ephesians 4

Unity of the Spirit

1 Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called,2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love,3 being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.4  There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling;5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism,6 one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.

7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ's gift.8 Therefore it says,
"WHEN HE ASCENDED ON HIGH,
HE LED CAPTIVE A HOST OF CAPTIVES,
AND HE GAVE GIFTS TO MEN."9 (Now this expression, "He ascended," what does it mean except that He also had descended into the lower parts of the earth?10 He who descended is Himself also He who ascended far above all the heavens, so that He might fill all things.)11 And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.14 As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,16 from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.

The Christian's Walk

17 So this I say, and affirm together with the Lord, that you walk no longer just as the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,18 being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart;19 and they, having become callous, have given themselves over to sensuality for the practice of every kind of impurity with greediness.20 But you did not learn Christ in this way,21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught in Him, just as truth is in Jesus,22 that, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit,23 and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,24 and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.

25 Therefore, laying aside falsehood, SPEAK TRUTH EACH ONE of you WITH HIS NEIGHBOR, for we are members of one another.26 BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger,27 and do not give the devil an opportunity.28 He who steals must steal no longer; but rather he must labor, performing with his own hands what is good, so that he will have something to share with one who has need.29 Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear.30 Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.32 Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven tyou.
