EPHESUS 4

Ndi Darŭm Kristus

1 Aku adi mbŭh dog jer sabab aku bituan di Tuhan, mite angān udip nanyam ka atur aran pimudip adi Tapa mbŭh nggen di angān di andu Ayŭh bagan angān. 2 t Angān an siraru pirapat adŭp ngan, duduh ngga daya, ka sabar ngga daya. Turung dingan ngan ngga pinyirindu. 3 Ngga sibisa bisa ngan, ngga damai adi ngabŭt angān, magŭng pimudip ngan adi udip darŭm ndi pekat adi Roh Kudus mbŭh nggen di angān. 4 Agi ndi pŭrŭng ka agi ndi Roh, nimun agi ndi pingarap adi taŭn mbŭh sabab-i Tapa bagan angān. 5 Agi ndi Tuhan, ndi pinyabah, ndi baptisa;

6 Agi ndi Tapa adi Sama sopŭrŭg manusia, adi Tuhan sopŭrŭg, nyiraja so sopŭrŭg, ka rŭŭ darŭm sopŭrŭg daya.
7 Niap naan ata mbŭh kambat pinyirasi-mandis adi brinyam ngga anŭ adi ko Kristus nggen.

8 t Sak adi nang Surat-kudus,
“Kan Ayŭh maad ka sambu,
Ayŭh taban bara daya-takap ngga adŭp-I;
Ayŭh nggen pinganggen di manusia.”
9 Ani meh rati-i “Ayŭh maad ka sambu”? Rati-i, Ayŭh diŭ mūn ka rasan ong ati adi siabo tŭrŭp.t 10 Jadi sianŭ adi mūn ka sagān agi sianŭ adi maad ka sambu ka yŭn adi siabo bigatung so sopŭrŭg rangit, ndŭg ka sopŭrŭg-i mbŭh brisi ngga adŭp-I. 11 Ayŭh inŭh adi “nggen pinganggen di manusia”; Ayŭh tijuan kada daya da jadi pinyuruh, adi bŭkŭn jadi nabi, adi bŭkŭn jadi pinyuse Agah Kana, adi bŭkŭn jadi pingingat eklisia ka gurū. 12 Ayŭh ndai simŭnŭ ngga sidia sopŭrŭg daya adi Tapa mbŭh mien yŭn kraja pingandai Kristen, ngga pijog pŭrŭng Kristus. 13 Jadi ata meh, re mandŭg tikuruk jadi ndi darŭm pinyabah ngga darŭm pinyipuan pasar Anak Tapa; ata re jadi daya adi sukup mirati, ndŭg ka mbŭh sukup brimun ngga Kristus. 14 Ka ata dŭh re tia mun anak-anya, udah anyut kamati kamanŭ da sabak ajar daya pinipu, adi taban daya ka aran pimudip adi sarah ngga akar tipu adi ngara nimbu. 15 Pak minyu kayuh adi sawŭ ngga atin adi puno ngga pinyirindu, ndŭg ka ata jadi sukup tuuh darŭm pikir-kira di tadŭ tadŭ kayuh ka jadi nimun Kristus adi ubak eklisia.

16 t Di ribo kuasa-I sopŭrŭg utung pŭrŭng adi dŭh brimun jadi birasŭk, ka ndi pŭrŭng pŭrŭng ganan mbŭh dog tubu ngga tiap tiap bukuh adi ko dog sidia. Jadi kan ndi sakap pŭrŭng nyiraja nanyam patut, ndi pŭrŭng pŭrŭng ganan anŭ dŭ dŭ masang buang kambang sabab pinyirindu.

Pimudip Bauh darŭm Kristus

19 Ngara dŭh biyŭn atin mangŭh; ngara nurut barang masam pinyiripong pŭrŭng buang dŭh ngang ndai pingandai adi dŭh tatu.
20 Dŭh-i anŭ adi angān birajar pasar Kristus! 21 Angān tatu ko dingah pasar Ayŭh, ka darŭm angān jadi pinunda-I angān mbŭh trima ajar adi sawŭ pasar Jesus. 22 t Jadi taran meh pimudip ngan adi amba, adi bada angān mun adi mbŭh, anŭ inŭh rusak da pinyiraan ngga pingandai tipu-i. 23 Atin ngga pikir-kira ngan an dog ngubah da sukup bauh,

24 t ka adŭp ngan dŭh siŭn dŭh an kasŭk pimudip adi bauh, adi dog napa nunda ka gayŭn Tapa ka nandŭng adŭp-i darŭm pimudip adi sawŭ, anŭ inŭh adi tŭnggŭn buang kudus.
25  t Dŭhnyah tia kadong! Barang naan dŭh siŭn dŭh nang kayuh adi sawŭ di dingan adi samah sabah di Jesus, sabab sopŭrŭg ta mbŭh samah darŭm ndi pŭrŭng Kristus. 26 t Kambŭi angān baji, dŭhnyah bada baji ngan bada angān bidosa; ka dŭhnyah baji ndŭg batŭh andu simŭdŭp. 27 Jaga meh siŭn dŭhnyah nggen pluang di Siarap. 28 Daya adi pinaku, dŭhnyah-i tia naku pak nyiraja ngga nyiran adŭp-i pakai aran adi batur, siŭn-i dapŭd nggen di daya adi sirata. 29 Dŭhnyah pinganang adi pirusak ruah so baba ngan, pak pinganang adi biguna adi pijog buang adi nggen pinurung, isa kayuh adi angān nang taban pinyikana di ngara adi dingah. 30 Ka dŭhnyah bada Roh Kudus susah; amai Roh Kudus inŭh tandā angān mbŭh daya Tapa, adi jamen Andu re mandŭg adi ngga Tapa re nggen pinyirupas di angān. 31 Dŭhnyah bidendam, gŭtŭh, puan kah baji. Dŭhnyah tia bikaii puan kah bakit daya. Dŭhnyah tia tiru di daya. 32 t Pak, mandis ngga dingan ngan, ka apun dingan ngan nimun Tapa so Kristus mbŭh apun angān.

Ephesians 4

Live in Unity

1 I, therefore, the prisoner for the Lord,t urge you to livet worthily of the calling with which you have been called,s2 with all humility and gentleness,t with patience, bearing witht one another in love,3 making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you too were called to the one hope of your calling,5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.8 Therefore it says, “When he ascended on high he capturedtcaptives; he gave gifts to men,"s9 Now what is the meaning of “he ascended,” except that he also descendeds to the lower regions,s namely, the earth?t10 He, the very onet who descended, is also the one who ascended above all the heavens, in order to fill all things.11 It was het who gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,s12 to equipt the saints for the work of ministry, that is,t to build up the body of Christ,13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God – a mature person, attaining tot the measure of Christ’s full stature.t14 Sot we are no longer to be children, tossed back and forth by waves and carried about by every wind of teaching by the trickery of people who craftily carry out their deceitful schemes.t15 But practicing the truth in love,t we will in all things grow up into Christ, who is the head.

16 From him the whole body grows, fitted and held togethert through every supporting ligament.t As each one does its part, the body grows in love.

Live in Holiness

17 So I say this, and insistt in the Lord, that you no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futilityt of their thinking.t18 They are darkened in their understanding,t being alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardness of their hearts.19 Because they are callous, they have given themselves over to indecency for the practice of every kind of impurity with greediness.s20 But you did not learn about Christ like this,21 if indeed you heard about him and were taught in him, just as the truth is in Jesus.22 You were taught with reference to your former way of life to lay asidet the old man who is being corrupted in accordance with deceitful desires,23 to be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

24 and to put on the new man who has been created in God’s imaget – in righteousness and holiness that comes from truth.t
25 Therefore, having laid aside falsehood, each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor,s for we are members of one another.26 Be angry and do not sin;s do not let the sun go down on the cause of your anger.t27 Do not give the devil an opportunity.28 The one who steals must steal no longer; rather he must labor, doing good with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with the one who has need.29 You must let no unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but only what is beneficial for the building up of the one in need,t that it may give grace to those who hear.30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.31 You must put away every kind of bitterness, anger, wrath, quarreling, and evil, slanderous talk.

32 Instead,s be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave you.t
