Pověřování kněží

1 „A toto s nimi uděláš, abys je posvětil pro kněžskou službu: Vezmi jednoho mladého býčka a dva berany bez vady, 2 dále nekvašený chléb, nekvašené bochánky zadělané olejem a nekvašené placky pomazané olejem; uděláš je z jemné pšeničné mouky. 3 Vložíš je do jednoho koše a v tom koši je budeš obětovat spolu s tím býčkem a oběma berany.

4 Potom přivedeš Árona a jeho syny ke vchodu do Stanu setkávání a omyješ je vodou. 5 Vezmeš kněžská roucha a oblékneš Áronovi suknici, plášť patřící k efodu, efod i náprsník a opášeš ho tkaným pásem efodu. 6 Na hlavu mu nasadíš turban a na turban připevníš korunu svatosti. 7 Nakonec vezmeš olej pomazání, vyliješ mu jej na hlavu a pomažeš ho.

8 Přivedeš jeho syny a oblékneš jim suknice. 9 Přepášeš je šerpami, Árona i jeho syny, a uvážeš jim pokrývky hlavy. Kněžství jim připadne věčným ustanovením. Takto pověříš Árona a jeho syny kněžstvím:

10 Přivedeš před Stan setkávání býčka a Áron a jeho synové mu vloží ruce na hlavu. 11 Býčka pak před Hospodinem u vchodu do Stanu setkávání zabiješ. 12 Vezmeš trochu býčkovy krve a prstem jí potřeš rohy oltáře. Všechnu zbývající krev vyliješ k patě oltáře. 13 Vezmeš všechen tuk přikrývající vnitřnosti, jaterní lalok, obě ledviny i s tukem, který je na nich, a necháš to dýmat na oltáři. 14 Maso z toho býčka, jeho kůži a výkaly však spálíš na ohni venku za táborem. Je to oběť za hřích.

15 Potom vezmeš prvního berana a Áron a jeho synové mu vloží ruce na hlavu. 16 Berana zabiješ, vezmeš jeho krev a pokropíš jí oltář ze všech stran. 17 Potom berana rozsekáš na díly. Vnitřnosti a nohy omyješ a přiložíš k ostatním dílům a hlavě. 18 Celého berana pak necháš dýmat na oltáři. Je to zápalná oběť Hospodinu, příjemná vůně, ohnivá oběť Hospodinu.

19 Potom vezmeš druhého berana a Áron a jeho synové mu vloží ruce na hlavu. 20 Berana zabiješ, vezmeš trochu jeho krve a potřeš jí lalůček Áronova ucha, lalůček pravého ucha jeho synů, palec jejich pravé ruky a palec jejich pravé nohy. Zbytkem krve pokropíš oltář ze všech stran. 21 Poté vezmeš trochu krve, která bude na oltáři, a trochu oleje pomazání a postříkáš tím Árona a jeho roucha a s ním i jeho syny a jejich roucha. Tak bude posvěcen on i jeho roucha a s ním i jeho synové a jejich roucha.

22 Potom z berana vezmeš tučné části – ocas, tuk přikrývající vnitřnosti, jaterní lalok, obě ledviny i s tukem, který je na nich – a pravou kýtu, neboť je to beran pověření. 23 Z koše nekvašeného pečiva, který je před Hospodinem, vezmeš jeden pecen chleba, jeden chlebový bochánek zadělaný olejem a jednu placku. 24 To všechno vložíš Áronovi a jeho synům do dlaní, aby to zvedáním nabízeli Hospodinu. 25 Potom to přijmeš z jejich rukou a necháš to dýmat na oltáři spolu se zápalnou obětí, aby to bylo příjemnou vůní před Hospodinem. Je to ohnivá oběť Hospodinu.

26 Z berana Áronova pověření pak vezmeš hrudí a budeš je zvedáním nabízet Hospodinu. To bude tvůj podíl. 27 Hrudí pozvedání i kýtu odevzdání posvětíš. To, co se pozvedá a odevzdává z berana pověření, náleží Áronovi a jeho synům. 28 Áron a jeho synové to budou věčným ustanovením přijímat od synů Izraele, neboť je to obětní příspěvek. Ten bude mezi syny Izraele vybírán z jejich pokojných obětí jako jejich příspěvek Hospodinu.

29 Áronova svatá roucha připadnou po něm jeho synům, aby v nich bývali pomazáni a pověřeni. 30 Syn, který se stane knězem po něm, je bude oblékat po sedm dní, kdy bude vcházet do Stanu setkávání, aby konal službu ve svatyni.

31 Onoho berana pověření vezmeš a jeho maso uvaříš na svatém místě. 32 Áron a jeho synové budou u vchodu do Stanu setkávání jíst maso z toho berana s chlebem, který je v koši. 33 Budou to jíst jen ti, kdo byli těmito obětmi očištěni, kdo byli pověřeni a posvěceni. Nepovolaný to jíst nebude, neboť je to svaté. 34 Jestliže z masa oběti pověření nebo z toho chleba něco zůstane až do rána, spálíš ty zbytky na ohni. Nebude se to jíst, neboť je to svaté.

35 Takto naložíš s Áronem a s jeho syny, přesně jak jsem ti přikázal. Budeš je pověřovat kněžstvím po sedm dní. 36 Každý den budeš pro smíření obětovat býčka za hřích. Vykonáš na oltáři obřad smíření, abys jej očistil od hříchu, a pomažeš jej, aby byl posvěcen. 37 Po sedm dní budeš očišťovat oltář, abys jej posvětil. Tak bude oltář svatosvatý. Cokoli se dotkne oltáře, bude svaté.

38 Toto pak budeš každodenně a stále obětovat na oltáři: dva roční beránky. 39 Jednoho beránka budeš obětovat ráno a druhého za soumraku. 40 S prvním beránkem obětuješ také desetinu efy jemné mouky zadělané čtvrtkou hinu vytlačeného oleje a jako úlitbu čtvrtku hinu vína. 41 Druhého beránka budeš obětovat za soumraku spolu s moučnou obětí a úlitbou tak jako ráno. Bude to příjemná vůně, ohnivá oběť Hospodinu.

42 Toto ať je po všechna vaše pokolení stálá zápalná oběť před Hospodinem u vchodu do Stanu setkávání. Tam se s vámi budu setkávat, abych tam s tebou mluvil. 43 Tam se budu setkávat se syny Izraele, a tak bude to místo posvěceno mou slávou.

44 Posvětím Stan setkávání i oltář, také Árona a jeho syny posvětím, aby mi konali kněžskou službu. 45 Budu přebývat uprostřed synů Izraele a budu jejich Bohem. 46 A poznají, že já jsem Hospodin, jejich Bůh, který je vyvedl z Egypta, abych přebýval uprostřed nich. Já jsem Hospodin, jejich Bůh.“

The Consecration of Aaron and His Sons

1 s “Now this is whatt you are to do for them to consecrate them so that they may minister as my priests. Take a youngt bull and two rams without blemish;t2 ands bread made without yeast, and perforated cakes without yeast mixed with oil, and wafers without yeast spreadt with oil – you are to make them usingt fine wheat flour.

3 You are to put them in one basket and presentt them in the basket, along witht the bull and the two rams.
4 “You are to presentt Aaron and his sons at the entrance of the tent of meeting. You are to washs them with water5 and take the garments and clothe Aaron with the tunic,t the robe of the ephod, the ephod, and the breastpiece; you are to fasten the ephod on him by using the skillfully woven waistband.t6 You are to put the turban on his head and put the holy diadems on the turban.7 You are to take the anointing oil and pour it on his head and anoint him.s8 You are to present his sons and clothe them with tunics

9 and wrap the sashes around Aaron and his sonss and put headbands on them, and so the ministry of priesthood will belong to them by a perpetual ordinance. Thus you are to consecratet Aaron and his sons.
10 “You are to present the bull at the front of the tent of meeting, and Aaron and his sons are to putt their hands on the heads of the bull.11 You are to kill the bull before the Lord at the entrance to the tent of meeting12 and take some of the blood of the bull and put it on the horns of the altars with your finger; all the rest oft the blood you are to pour out at the base of the altar.13 You are to take all the fat that covers the entrails, and the lobet that is above the liver, and the two kidneys and the fat that is on them, and burn themts on the altar.14 But the meat of the bull, its skin, and its dung you are to burn upt outside the camp.s It is the purification offering.s15 “You are to take one ram, and Aaron and his sons are to lay their hands on the ram’s head,16 and you are to kill the ram and take its blood and splash it all around on the altar.17 Then you are to cut the ram into pieces and wash the entrails and its legs and put them on its pieces and on its head

18 and burnt the whole ram on the altar. It is a burnt offerings to the Lord, a soothing aroma; it is an offering made by firet to the Lord.s
19 “You are to take the second ram, and Aaron and his sons are to lay their hands on the ram’s head,20 and you are to kill the ram and take some of its blood and put it on the tip of the right ear of Aaron, on the tip of the right ear of his sons, on the thumb of their right hand, and on the big toe of their right foot,s and then splash the blood all around on the altar.

21 You are to take some of the blood that is on the altar and some of the anointing oil and sprinkle itt on Aaron, on his garments, on his sons, and on his sons’ garments with him, so that he may be holy,t he and his garments along with his sons and his sons’ garments.
22 “You are to take from the ram the fat, the fat tail, the fat that covers the entrails, the lobet of the liver, the two kidneys and the fat that is on them, and the right thigh – for it is the ram for consecrationt –23 and one round flat cake of bread, one perforated cake of oiled bread, and one wafer from the basket of bread made without yeast that is before the Lord.24 You are to put all theset in Aaron’s handst and in his sons’ hands, and you are to wave them as a wave offeringt before the Lord.25 Then you are to take them from their hands and burnt themt on the altar for a burnt offering, for a soothing aroma before the Lord. It is an offering made by fire to the Lord.26 You are to take the breast of the ram of Aaron’s consecration; you are to wave it as a wave offering before the Lord, and it is to be your share.27 You are to sanctify the breast of the wave offering and the thigh of the contribution,s which were waved and lifted up as a contribution from the ram of consecration, from what belongs to Aaron and to his sons.

28 It is to belong to Aaron and to his sons from the Israelites, by a perpetual ordinance, for it is a contribution. It is to be a contribution from the Israelites from their peace offerings, their contribution to the Lord.
29 “The holy garments that belong to Aaron are to belong to his sons after him, so that they may be anointedt in them and consecratedt in them.

30 The priest who succeeds himt from his sons, when he first comest to the tent of meeting to minister in the Holy Place, is to wear them for seven days.t
31 “You are to take the ram of the consecration and cookt its meat in a holy place.s32 Aaron and his sons are to eat the meat of the ram and the bread that was in the basket at the entrance of the tent of meeting.33 They are to eat those things by which atonement was madet to consecrate and to set them apart, but no one elset may eat them, for they are holy.

34 If any of the meat from the consecration offeringst or any of the bread is left overt until morning, then you are to burn upt what is left over. It must not be eaten,t because it is holy.
35 “Thus you are to do for Aaron and for his sons, according to all that I have commanded you; you are to consecrate themt fort seven days.36 Every day you are to prepare a bull for a purification offeringt for atonement.s You are to purget the altar by making atonementt for it, and you are to anoint it to set it apart as holy.

37 For seven dayst you are to make atonement for the altar and set it apart as holy. Then the altar will be most holy.t Anything that touches the altar will be holy.s
38 “Now this is what you are to preparet on the altar every day continually: two lambs a year old.39 The first lamb you are to prepare in the morning, and the second lamb you are to prepare around sundown.t40 With the first lamb offer a tenth of an ephaht of fine flour mixed with a fourth of a hint of oil from pressed olives, and a fourth of a hin of wine as a drink offering.

41 The second lamb you are to offer around sundown; you are to prepare for it the same meal offering as for the morning and the same drink offering, for a soothing aroma, an offering made by fire to the Lord.
42 “This will be a regulart burnt offering throughout your generations at the entrance of the tent of meeting before the Lord, where I will meett with you to speak to you there.

43 There I will meett with the Israelites, and it will be set apart as holy by my glory.ts
44 “So I will set apart as holyt the tent of meeting and the altar, and I will set apart as holy Aaron and his sons, that they may minister as priests to me.45 I will residet among the Israelites, and I will be their God,

46 and they will know that I am the Lord their God, who brought them out from the land of Egypt, so that I may reside among them. I am the Lord their God.
