Llamamiento de Ezequiel

1 Entonces El me dijo: "Hijo de hombre, ponte en pie para que Yo te hable."2 Mientras El me hablaba el Espíritu entró en mí y me puso en pie; y oí al que me hablaba.3 Entonces me dijo: "Hijo de hombre, Yo te envío a los Israelitas, a una nación de rebeldes que se ha rebelado contra Mí; ellos y sus padres se han levantado contra Mí hasta este mismo día.4 A los hijos de duro semblante y corazón empedernido, a quienes te envío, les dirás: 'Así dice el Señor Dios.'5 Tal vez ellos escuchen o dejen de escuchar, porque son una casa rebelde, sabrán que un profeta ha estado entre ellos.6 Y tú, hijo de hombre, no temas; no les temas a ellos ni a sus palabras aunque haya contigo cardos y espinas y te sientes en escorpiones. No temas sus palabras ni te atemorices ante ellos, porque son una casa rebelde.

7 Les hablarás Mis palabras, escuchen o dejen de escuchar, porque son rebeldes.
8 "Y tú, hijo de hombre, escucha lo que te hablo; no seas rebelde como esa casa rebelde. Abre tu boca y come lo que te voy a dar."9 Entonces miré que una mano estaba extendida hacia mí, y en ella había un libro (un rollo).10 El lo desenrolló delante de mí, y estaba escrito por delante y por detrás; y en él estaban escritas lamentaciones, gemidos y ayes.

Ezekiel’s Commission

1 He said to me, “Son of man,s stand on your feet and I will speak with you.”

2 As he spoke to me,s a windt came into me and stood me on my feet, and I heard the one speaking to me.
3 He said to me, “Son of man, I am sending you to the houses of Israel, to rebellious nationss who have rebelled against me; both they and their fathers have revoltedst against me to this very day.4 The peoplet to whom I am sending you are obstinate and hard-hearted,s and you must say to them, ‘This is what the sovereign Lord says.’t5 And as for them,t whether they listent or not – for they are a rebellioust houses – they will know that a prophet has been among them.6 But you, son of man, do not fear them, and do not fear their words – even though brierst and thornsts surround you and you live among scorpions – do not fear their words and do not be terrified of the looks they give you,t for they are a rebellious house!7 You must speak my words to them whether they listen or not, for they are rebellious.

8 As for you, son of man, listen to what I am saying to you: Do not rebel like that rebellious house! Open your mouth and eat what I am giving you.”
9 Then I looked and realized a hand was stretched out to me, and in it was a written scroll.

10 He unrolled it before me, and it had writing on the frontt and back;s written on it were laments, mourning, and woe.
