Galatským 6

1 Bratří, byl-li by zachvácen člověk v nějakém pádu, vy duchovní napravte takového v duchu tichosti, prohlédaje každý sám k sobě, abys snad i ty nebyl pokoušín.2 Jedni druhých břemena neste a tak plňte zákon Kristův.3 Nebo zdá-li se komu, že by něco byl, nic nejsa, takového vlastní mysl jeho svodí.4 Ale díla svého zkus jeden každý, a takť sám v sobě chválu míti bude, a ne v jiném.5 Neb jeden každý své břímě ponese.6 Sdílejž se pak ten, kterýž naučení přijímá v slovu Páně, s tím, od kohož naučení béře, vším svým statkem.7 Nemylte se, Bůhť nebude oklamán; nebo cožkoli rozsíval by člověk, toť bude i žíti.8 A kdož rozsívá tělu svému, z těla žíti bude porušení; ale kdož rozsívá Duchu, z Duchať žíti bude život věčný.9 Činíce pak dobře, neoblevujme; nebo časem svým budeme žíti, neustávajíce.10 A protož dokudž čas máme, čiňme dobře všechněm, a zvláště nejvíce pak domácím víry11 Hle, jaký jsem vám list napsal svou rukou.12 Ti, kteříž chtějí tvární býti podle těla, nutí vás, abyste se obřezovali, jediné aby protivenství pro kříž Kristův netrpěli.13 Nebo ani sami ti, kteříž se obřezují, nezachovávají Zákona, ale chtí, abyste se obřezovali proto, aby se tělem vaším chlubili.14 Ale ode mne odstup to, ať abych se v čem chlubil, jediné v kříži Pána našeho Jezukrista, skrze něhož jest mi svět ukřižován, a já světu.15 Nebo v Kristu Ježíši ani obřízka nic neplatí, ani neobřízka, ale nové stvoření.16 A kteříkoli tohoto pravidla následují, pokoj přijde na ně a milosrdenství, i na lid Boží Izraelský.17 Dále pak žádný mi nečiň zaměstknání, já zajisté jízvy Pána Ježíše nosím na těle svém.18 Milost Pána Ježíše Krista budiž s duchem vaším, bratří. Amen.

Galatians 6

Support One Another

1 Brothers and sisters,t if a persont is discovered in some sin,t you who are spirituals restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness.t Pay close attentiont to yourselves, so that you are not tempted too.2 Carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.4 Let each one examinet his own work. Then he can take pridet in himself and not compare himself witht someone else.

5 For each one will carryt his own load.
6 Now the one who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with the one who teachest it.7 Do not be deceived. God will not be made a fool.t For a persont will reap what he sows,8 because the person who sows to his own flesht will reap corruptiont from the flesh,t but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.9 So we must not grow wearyt in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we do not give up.t

10 So then,t whenever we have an opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who belong to the family of faith.t

Final Instructions and Benediction

11 See what big letters I make as I write to you with my own hand!
12 Those who want to make a good showing in external matterst are trying to force you to be circumcised. They do sot only to avoid being persecuteds for the cross of Christ.13 For those who are circumcised do not obey the law themselves, but they want you to be circumcised so that they can boast about your flesh.t14 But may I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whicht the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.15 Fors neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts fort anything; the only thing that matters is a new creation!t

16 And all who will behavet in accordance with this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on the Israel of God.t

17 From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear the marks of Jesus on my body.t

18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ bet with your spirit, brothers and sisters.t Amen.
