Wat jy saai, sal jy maai
1 Broers en susters, wanneer iemand in die een of ander sonde verval, moet julle wat deur die Gees gelei word, daardie persoon nederig reghelp. Wees baie versigtig dat jy nie ook versoek word nie.
2 Help ander gelowiges wat swaarkry, en gee só uitvoering aan Christus se liefdeswet.
3 Julle weet dat mense wat baie van hulleself dink, terwyl hulle niks is nie, hulleself bedrieg.4 Daarom moet julle almal eerder julle eie gedrag toets. Dan kan julle op julleself trots wees, sonder om julle met iemand anders te vergelyk.
5 Ons weet tog: Almal sal oor hulleself verantwoording moet doen.
6 Iemand wat in die woord van God onderrig word, moet dié een wat onderrig gee, in alle goeie dinge laat deel.
7 Moenie 'n fout maak nie. God laat nie met Hom spot nie: Wat mense saai, sal hulle ook maai!8 Hulle wat op die land van hulle sondige geaardheid saai, sal op grond daarvan die dood oes, terwyl hulle wat op die land van die Gees saai, op grond daarvan die ewige lewe sal oes.9 Moet dus nie moeg word om goed te doen nie, want as ons nie tou opgooi nie, sal ons op die regte tyd oes.
10 Terwyl ons die kans het, moet ons dus goeddoen aan alle mense, maar veral aan medegelowiges.
Laaste waarskuwings en groete
11 Julle sien aan die groot letters ek skryf nou met my eie hand.12 Al daardie mense wat julle wil dwing om besny te word, vir hulle gaan dit net om uiterlik die regte indruk te maak sodat hulle nie oor die kruis van Christus vervolg word nie.
13 Hulle wat besny word, leef self nie werklik volgens die wet nie. Hulle wil julle egter laat besny om met dit wat aan julle liggaam gedoen is, te spog.
14 Maar ek - ek wil my op niks anders beroem as die kruis van ons Here Jesus Christus nie. Want daardeur is die wêreld vir my gekruisig, en ek vir die wêreld.15 Dis nie belangrik of iemand besny of nie besny is nie, maar dis belangrik of iemand 'n nuwe mens is.
16 Mag God se vrede en ontferming met almal wees wat volgens hierdie beginsel lewe. Húlle is Gód se Israel!
17 Verder moet niemand vir my nóg moeite aandoen nie. Ek dra al klaar die littekens van Jesus aan my liggaam.

Help Each Other
1 My friends, you are spiritual. So if someone is trapped in sin, you should gently lead that person back to the right path. But watch out, and don't be tempted yourself.
2 You obey the law of Christ when you offer each other a helping hand.
3 If you think you are better than others, when you really aren't, you are wrong. 4 Do your own work well, and then you will have something to be proud of. But don't compare yourself with others.
5 We each must carry our own load.
6 Share every good thing you have with anyone who teaches you what God has said.
7 You cannot fool God, so don't make a fool of yourself! You will harvest what you plant. 8 If you follow your selfish desires, you will harvest destruction, but if you follow the Spirit, you will harvest eternal life. 9 Don't get tired of helping others. You will be rewarded when the time is right, if you don't give up.
10 We should help people whenever we can, especially if they are followers of the Lord.Final Warnings

12 Those people who are telling you to get circumcised are only trying to show how important they are. And they don't want to get into trouble for preaching about the cross of Christ. 13 They are circumcised, but they don't obey the Law of Moses. All they want is to brag about having you circumcised.
14 But I will never brag about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of his cross, the world is dead as far as I am concerned, and I am dead as far as the world is concerned.
15 It doesn't matter if you are circumcised or not. All that matters is that you are a new person.
16 If you follow this rule, you will belong to God's true people. God will treat you with undeserved kindness and will bless you with peace.
17 t On my own body are scars that prove I belong to Christ Jesus. So I don't want anyone to bother me anymore.
