Gálatas 6

Ayudémonos unos a otros

1 Hermanos, es posible que alguno de ustedes caiga en la trampa del pecado. Ustedes, que son guiados por el Espíritu, acérquense a él y ayúdenle a corregir su error. Pero ¡ojo!, háganlo con humildad pues ustedes también pueden caer en tentación.2 Ayúdense cuando se encuentren en problemas, pues así estarán cumpliendo la ley de Cristo.3 Si alguno se cree muy importante cuando en realidad no lo es, se está engañando a sí mismo.4 Cada uno debe evaluar sus propios actos y estar satisfecho de sus logros sin compararse con los demás.

5 Que cada uno cumpla sus propias responsabilidades.

6 El que está aprendiendo el mensaje de Dios debe compartir lo que tiene con el que le está enseñando.
7 No se engañen ustedes mismos, porque de Dios no se burla nadie. Uno cosecha lo que siembra.8 Quienes siembran únicamente para complacer a sí mismos sólo cosecharán de ello la destrucción. Pero el que siembra para agradar al Espíritu, cosechará la vida eterna.9 No debemos cansarnos de hacer el bien. Si no nos rendimos, tendremos una buena cosecha en el momento apropiado.

10 Siempre que podamos, hagamos el bien a todos, especialmente a los que pertenecen a la familia de la fe.

Pablo termina su carta

11 Les escribo de mi puño y letra. ¡Miren con qué letras tan grandes les estoy escribiendo!12 Hay quienes los están obligando a circuncidarset para que ellos sean aceptados por los demás. Tienen miedo de ser perseguidos si siguen solamente la cruz de Cristo.13 Esos hombres que tienen la circuncisión no obedecen completamente la leyt; sin embargo, quieren que ustedes sean circuncidados. Así ellos podrán presumir de haberlos obligado a ustedes a llevar esa marca en el cuerpo.14 Espero que yo nunca presuma de esas cosas. Sólo quiero presumir de la cruz de nuestro Señor Jesucristo. A través de Cristo, el mundo ha sido crucificado para mí y yo para el mundo.15 En realidad tener la circuncisión o no tenerla, no significa nada. Lo que de verdad importa es la nueva creación que Dios está haciendo.

16 Que la paz y la compasión de Dios estén con todos los que ajusten su vida a esta norma y con todo el pueblo de Dios.t

17 Por lo demás, les pido que no me causen más sufrimientos, porque tengo cicatrices en mi cuerpo que muestran que pertenezco a Jesús.
18 Hermanos, que nuestro Señor Jesucristo los bendiga en abundancia. Así sea.t

Galatians 6

Bear One Another's Burdens

1 Brethren, even if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted.2 Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.4 But each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason for boasting in regard to himself alone, and not in regard to another.5 For each one will bear his own load.

6 The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him. 7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.9 Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.10 So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.

11 See with what large letters I am writing to you with my own hand.12 Those who desire to make a good showing in the flesh try to compel you to be circumcised, simply so that they will not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.13 For those who tare circumcised do not even keep the Law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised so that they may boast in your flesh.14 But may it never be that I would boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.15 For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.16 And those who will walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God.

17 From now on let no one cause trouble for me, for I bear on my body the brand-marks of Jesus.

18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brethren. Amen.
