James 1

1  t Surat James, ulunt Allah Taala enggau ulunt Tuhan Jesus Kristus:
Ngagai dua belas raban bansat ke diau ngachir di serata dunya.

Pengarap Enggau Penemu-dalam

2  t Menyadi, lebuh kita dituntung mayuh macham penguji, kita patut gaga ati, 3 laban kita nemu, lebuh pengarap kita diuji, iya ngadaka ati ti tan. 4 Lalu awakka ati ti tan nya nembuka pengawa iya, ngambika kita nyadi orang ke besai tuai sereta nyadi pemadu badas, nadai kurang utai. 5 t Enti kita nadai penemu-dalam, pinta ngagai Allah Taala ke meri enggau gerah mudah sereta enda mansik penyalah, lalu utai nya deka diberi ngagai kita. 6 Tang pinta ngena pengarap, enggau ati ti enda kakang, laban orang ke kakang ati nya baka gelumbang ti di tasik, ti dipuput lalu dikebuka ribut. 7 Orang nya enda tau ngarapka diri deka nerima sebarang utai ari Tuhan.

8 laban iya ati dua ati tiga, enda tetap ati dalam semua utai ti dikereja iya.

Penyeranta Enggau Pengaya

9 Awakka menyadit ke baruh pendiau temegahka diri ke diberi Allah Taala pangkat ti tinggi, 10 t lalu awakka orang ke kaya temegahka diri ke baruh pendiau, laban orang ke kaya deka lesap baka bungai rumput.

11 Laban mata panas niki, hari lalu angat, lalu ngelayuka rumput. Bungai rumput nya labuh, lalu pemajik iya nadai agi. Baka nya meh orang ke kaya deka lesap lebuh sida benung ngereja pengawa sida.

Diabas Enggau Diuji

12 Beberekat meh orang ke tan natka penguji, laban lebuh iya tan diuji, iya deka nerima makota pengidup ti udah disemaya Tuhant ke orang ke rinduka Iya. 13 t Orang ke kena laban penguji, enda tau nyebut, “Aku diuji Allah Taala,” laban Allah Taala enda ulih diuji penyai, lalu Iya Empu enda nguji orang. 14 Tang kitai diuji pengingin kitai empu, ti ngumpan lalu manjuk kitai;

15 udah nya, lebuh pengingin nya udah ngandung, iya ngadaka dosa, lalu dosa, lebuh iya udah chukup tuai, ngadaka pemati.
16 Menyadi ke dikerinduka aku, anang nejuka diri kena tipu. 17 Semua pemeri ti menyana, ti pemadu badas endang datai ari atas magang, nurun ari Apai penampak ke enda berubah, ke enda mindah kin kitu baka ayuk.

18 Ari peneka Iya Empu Iya udah ngadaka kitai, ulih jaku pemendar, ngambika kitai nyadi lumur satu ari semua utai ti idup ti digaga Iya.

Ninga Lalu Ngereja

19  t Kita, menyadi ke dikerinduka aku, enda tau enda nemu tu: genap iku orang enda tau enda jampat mending, lubah mansutka jaku, lubah ringat, 20 laban pengeringat kita enda ulih mansutka pengelurus ti dikedekaka Allah Taala.

21 Nya alai buai semua ulah ti kamah enggau semua penyai ti balat mayuh ba kita, lalu terima enggau ati ti baruh jaku ti ditanam, ti bisi kuasa nyelamatka semengat kita.
22 Tang anang semina mendingka jaku nya, lalu nipu diri empu. Kereja utai ti diasuh jaku nya. 23 Laban enti orang semina mending lalu enda ngereja utai ti diasuh jaku nya, sida nya baka orang ke meda gamal diri empu ba cheremin; 24 laban sida meda gamal diri, lalu mupuk, lalu tekala nya enda ingatka gamal diri agi.

25 Tang orang ke merening ngagai adat ti pemadu badas, adat pengelepas, lalu majak ngasika adat nya, lalu ukai semina mending lalu udah nya enda ingatka adat nya agi, tang ngereja utai ti diasuh adat nya, orang nya deka diberekatka dalam semua utai ti dikereja iya.
26 Enti orang ngumbai diri orang ke bepengarap, lalu enda nagang dilah diri, tang nipu diri empu, pengarap sida nya nadai guna. 27 Pengarap ti tuchi, ti bendar di mua Allah Taala ti Apai nya: ngintu orang ke patu balu, ke merinsa, sereta ngintu diri tuchi ari penyai dunya.

James 1

1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are of the Dispersion, greeting.2 Count it all joy, my brethren, when ye fall into manifold temptations;3 Knowing that the proving of your faith worketh patience.4 And let patience have its perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, lacking in nothing.5 But if any of you lacketh wisdom, let him ask of God, who giveth to all liberally and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.6 But let him ask in faith, nothing doubting: for he that doubteth is like the surge of the sea driven by the wind and tossed.7 For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord;8 a doubleminded man, unstable in all his ways.9 But let the brother of low degree glory in his high estate:10 and the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.11 For the sun ariseth with the scorching wind, and withereth the grass: and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his goings.12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation; for when he hath been approved, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord promised to them that love him.13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempteth no man:14 but each man is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed.15 Then the lust, when it hath conceived, beareth sin: and the sin, when it is fullgrown, bringeth forth death.16 Be not deceived, my beloved brethren.17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.18 Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.19 Ye know this, my beloved brethren. But let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:20 for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.21 Wherefore putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deluding your own selves.23 For if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror:24 for he beholdeth himself, and goeth away, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.25 But he that looketh into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and so continueth, being not a hearer that forgetteth but a doer that worketh, this man shall be blessed in his doing.26 If any man thinketh himself to be religious, while he bridleth not his tongue but deceiveth his heart, this man’s religion is vain.27 Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
