3 ชีวิต_กับ_พระองค์_ตลอด_ไป_นั้น_ก็_คือ_การ_รู้จัก_พระองค์ ผู้_เป็น_พระเจ้า_เที่ยง_แท้_องค์_เดียว และ_รู้จัก_พระ_เยซูคริสต์_ผู้ที่_พระองค์_ส่ง_มา

4 ลูก_ได้_ทำ_ให้_คน_ใน_โลก_นี้_เห็น_ความ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_ของ_พระองค์_โดย_ได้_ทำ_งาน_ทุก_อย่าง_ที่_พระองค์_ให้_ลูก_ทำ_จน_เสร็จ_หมด_แล้ว

5 พระบิดา ตอน_นี้_ขอ_ให้_ลูก_ได้_รับ_ความ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_กลับ_มา_เหมือน_เดิม_อีก_ครั้ง_ต่อหน้า_พระองค์ คือ_ความ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_ที่_ลูก_มี_ร่วม_กับ_พระองค์_ก่อน_ที่_จะ_มี_โลก_นี้

10 ทุก_อย่าง_ของ_ลูก_ก็_เป็น_ของ_พระองค์ และ_ทุก_อย่าง_ของ_พระองค์_ก็_เป็น_ของ_ลูก คน_เหล่า_นี้_ทำ_ให้_โลก_เห็น_ความ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_ของ_ลูก

11 ลูก_จะ_ไม่_อยู่_ใน_โลก_นี้_อีก_แล้ว แต่_พวก_เขา_ยัง_อยู่_ใน_โลก_นี้ ลูก_กำลัง_จะ_ไปหา_พระองค์ พระบิดา_ผู้_ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ขอ_โปรด ใช้_อำนาจ_ที่_พระองค์_ให้_ลูก_นั้น_คุ้ม_ครอง_เขา_ด้วย เพื่อ_ที่_พวก_เขา_จะ_เป็น_อัน_หนึ่ง_อัน_เดียว_กัน_เหมือน_กับ_ที่_พระองค์_และ_ลูก_เป็น_อัน_หนึ่ง_อัน_เดียว_กัน

12 เมื่อ_ลูก_ยัง_อยู่_กับ_พวก_เขา ลูก_ได้_ดูแล_คุ้ม_ครอง_พวก_เขา_ด้วย_อำนาจ_ของ_พระองค์_ที่_พระองค์_ให้_กับ_ลูก ลูก_ได้_ปกป้อง_พวก_เขา_ไว้ และ_ไม่_มี_ใคร_หลง_หาย_ไป_เลย_สัก_คน ยกเว้น_คน_เดียว_ที่_ต้อง_พินาศ_เพื่อ_จะ_ได้_เป็น_จริง_ตาม_ที่_พระคัมภีร์_เขียน_ไว้

15 ลูก_ไม่_ได้_ขอ_ให้_พระองค์_เอา_พวก_เขา_ออก_ไป_จาก_โลก_นี้ แต่_ลูก_ขอ_ให้_พระองค์_คุ้ม_ครอง_พวก_เขา_ให้_พ้น_จาก_มารร้าย_ตัว_นั้น

16 พวก_เขา_ไม่_ได้_เป็น_ของ_โลก_เหมือน_กับ_ที่_ลูก_ไม่_ได้_เป็น_ของ_โลก

17 คำ_สอน_ของ_พระองค์_เป็น_ความ_จริง ขอ_ให้_คำ_สอน_นี้_ทำ_ให้_พวก_เขา_เป็น_คน_ของ_พระองค์_แต่_ผู้_เดียว

20 อย่าง_ไรก็_ตาม ลูก_ไม่_ได้_อธิษฐาน_ให้_คน_พวก_นี้_เท่า_นั้น แต่_ลูก_ยัง_อธิษฐาน_ให้_คน_ที่_จะ_เชื่อ_ใน_ตัว_ลูก_โดย_ผ่าน_ทาง_คำ_สอน_ของ_พวก_เขา_ด้วย

21 ลูก_ขอ_ให้_พวก_เขา_ทั้ง_หมด_เป็น_อัน_หนึ่ง_อัน_เดียว_กัน เหมือน_กับ_พระองค์_พระบิดา_อยู่_ใน_ตัว_ลูก และ_ลูก_อยู่_ใน_พระองค์ ขอ_ให้_พวก_เขา_อยู่_ใน_พวก_เรา_ด้วย เพื่อ_โลก_จะ_ได้_เชื่อ_ว่า_พระองค์_ส่ง_ลูก_มา

22 ลูก_ทำ_ให้_พวก_เขา_มี_เกียรติ_อัน_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่ เหมือน_กับ_ที่_พระองค์_ได้_ทำ_ให้_ลูก_มี_เกียรติ เพื่อ_ว่า_พวก_เขา_จะ_ได้_เป็น_อัน_หนึ่ง_อัน_เดียว_กัน เหมือน_กับ_ที่_ลูก_กับ_พระองค์_เป็น_อัน_หนึ่ง_อัน_เดียว_กัน_ด้วย

23 ที่_เป็น_อัน_หนึ่ง_อัน_เดียว_กัน_หมายถึง_ลูก_อยู่_ใน_พวก_เขา_และ_พระองค์_ก็_อยู่_ใน_ลูก เพื่อ_ว่า_พวก_เขา_จะ_ได้_เป็น_อัน_หนึ่ง_อัน_เดียว_กัน_อย่าง_เต็มที่ เพื่อ_ที่_โลก_จะ_ได้_รู้_ว่า_พระองค์_ส่ง_ลูก_มา และ_รู้_ว่า_พระองค์_รัก_พวก_เขา_เหมือน_กับ_ที่_พระองค์_รัก_ลูก

24 พระบิดา ใน_ที่_ที่_ลูก_อยู่_นั้น ลูก_อยาก_ให้_คน_พวก_นี้_ที่_พระองค์_ให้_กับ_ลูก_อยู่_ที่_นั่น_กับ_ลูก_ด้วย เพื่อ_เขา_จะ_ได้_เห็น_ความ_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_ที่_พระองค์_ให้_กับ_ลูก เพราะ_พระองค์_รัก_ลูก_ก่อน_ที่_พระองค์_จะ_สร้าง_โลก_นี้

25 พระบิดา พระองค์_สัตย์ซื่อ โลก_นี้_ไม่_รู้จัก_พระองค์ แต่_ลูก_รู้จัก_พระองค์ และ_พวก_ศิษย์_เหล่า_นี้_ก็_รู้_ว่า_พระองค์_ส่ง_ลูก_มา

26 ลูก_ทำ_ให้_เขา_รู้จัก_พระองค์ และ_ลูก_ก็_จะ_ทำ_อย่าง_นี้_ต่อ_ไป เพื่อ_ว่า_ความ_รัก_ที่_พระองค์_มี_ต่อ_ลูก_จะ_อยู่_ใน_ตัว_พวก_เขา และ_เพื่อ_ว่า_ลูก_ก็_จะ_อยู่_ใน_ตัว_พวก_เขา_ด้วย”

John 17

The High Priestly Prayer

1 Jesus spoke these things; and lifting up His eyes to heaven, He said, "Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that the Son may glorify You,2 even as You gave Him authority over all flesh, that to all whom You have given Him, He may give eternal life.3 This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.4 I glorified You on the earth, having accomplished the work which You have given Me to do.5 Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.

6 "I have manifested Your name to the men whom You gave Me out of the world; they were Yours and You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word.7 Now they have come to know that everything You have given Me is from You;8 for the words which You gave Me I have given to them; and they received them and truly understood that I came forth from You, and they believed that You sent Me.9 I ask on their behalf; I do not ask on behalf of the world, but of those whom You have given Me; for they are Yours;10 and all things that are Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine; and I have been glorified in them.11 I am no longer in the world; and yet they themselves are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep them in Your name, the name which You have given Me, that they may be one even as We are.12 While I was with them, I was keeping them in Your name which You have given Me; and I guarded them and not one of them perished but the son of perdition, so that the Scripture would be fulfilled.

The Disciples in the World

13 But now I come to You; and these things I speak in the world so that they may have My joy made full in themselves.14 I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.15 I do not ask You to take them out of the world, but to keep them from the evil one.16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.17 Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth.18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.19 For their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they themselves also may be sanctified in truth.

20 "I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in Me through their word;21 that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.

Their Future Glory

22 The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one;23 I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me.24 Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

25 "O righteous Father, although the world has not known You, yet I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me;26 and I have made Your name known to them, and will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them."
