ユダの手紙 1

一

1 イエス・キリストに仕えているヤコブの兄弟ユダから、各地のクリスチャンの皆さんへ。　あなたがたは、神様に選ばれ、イエス・キリストに守られている人たちです。　2 どうか、神様の恵みと平安と愛とが、ますます豊かに与えられますように。
3 愛する皆さん。　私は前々から、神様が与えてくださった救いについて、幾つかのことを手紙で書き送りたいと願っていました。　ところが、今、それとは別のことを書き送らなければならなくなったのです。　それは、かつて、神様を信じるすべての者に与えられた真理のことばを守るために、勇敢に戦ってほしいということです。　4 こう言うのも、実は、神様を恐れない教師連中が、あなたがたの中に忍び込んで来たからです。　彼らの主張はこうです。　「クリスチャンとなったからには、もう神様のさばきなど、くよくよ考える必要はない。　何でも自由に、やりたいことをやればいい。」　こんな連中は、ずっと昔から、聖書に書かれているとおりの運命をたどるのです。彼らは、私たちのただ一人の支配者であり主である、イエス・キリストに、背を向けてしまったのです。
5 私の答えはこうです。　あなたがたには、とっくに、わかりきっていることでしょうが、念のためにくり返します。――主は、イスラエルの全民衆をエジプトから救い出し、そのあとで、主に信頼せず従いもしなかった者を、一人残らず殺してしまわれた、という事実です。　6 また、もう一つ、心にとめてほしいことがあります。　それは、かつては汚れなく、きよい存在であったにもかかわらず、自ら堕落し、罪に落ちていった、あの御使いたちのことです。　神様は、そんな御使いを、審判の日まで鎖につなぎ、暗黒の牢獄に閉じ込めてしまわれました。　7 それからまた、ソドムとゴモラ、およびその周辺の町々に起こったことも、忘れてはなりません。　この町々は、同性愛など、あらゆる種類の肉欲でいっぱいの、悪徳の町であり、そのため、刑罰の火で焼き滅ぼされたのです。　そしてこのことは、罪人を罰するための地獄が実在することを、後世の人々に知らせる警告となったのです。
8 それにもかかわらず、偽教師は臆面もなく、邪悪で不道徳な生活にふけっています。　みだらな行為によって自分の肉体を汚し、上に立てられている権威ある者をあざ笑い、さらに、栄誉を受けた者をさえ、ばかにしているのです。　9 御使いとして最高の権威を持つミカエルでさえ、モーセの体について悪魔と言い争った時、あえて、悪魔をののしったり、あざけったりはせず、「主が、おまえを戒めてくださるように」と言っただけではありませんか。　10 それなのに、あの偽教師たちときたら、自分にもわからないことを、片っぱしからあざけったり、ののしったりしています。　まるで動物のように、したいほうだいのことをして、自分のたましいを、永遠の滅びへと追いやっているのです。
11 災いが、彼らに下りますように。　弟殺しのカインと同じ道をたどっているからです。　また、バラムと似て、金のためなら、どんなことでも平気でするからです。　彼らはコラのように、神様に従わず、そののろいを受けて死ぬのです。
12 こういう連中が、教会での愛の会食に加われば、大きな汚点を残します。　彼らは、他人のことなどおかまいなしに、大声で笑ったり、ふざけたりしながら、むさぼり食うのです。　まるで、からからに乾ききった大地の上を、一滴の雨も降らせずに通り過ぎる、雲みたいです。　おおいに期待させるだけで、何の役にも立たないのです。　また、収穫の時期になっても、実一つつけない木に似ています。　その状態は、ただの死ではなく、二重の死を意味します。　彼らは、根こそぎ引き抜かれて、焼かれるしかないのですから。
13 彼らがあとに残すものと言えば、海岸に打ち寄せる荒波が残していく、汚ないあぶくのような、恥と不名誉だけです。　彼らは、一見、夜空に輝く星のように見えますが、その行く手には、神様が用意された永遠の暗やみがあるだけです。
14 最初の人アダムとは近い年代に生きたエノクも、こういう連中のことを知っていて、「ごらんなさい。　主が幾百万の聖なる者と共に来られます。　15 主は、全世界の人を自分の前に立たせて、正当な刑罰を宣告されます。　その時、彼らの神様に対する恐るべき反逆行為の数々と、神様に刃向かうことばのいっさいが、明るみに出されるのです」と言っています。　16 このような連中は、いつも不平を言うだけで、決して満足しません。　ただ欲望のままに、どんな悪事でも平気で行ない、大口をたたいて、自慢ばかりに明け暮れます。　もし、彼らが少しでも人を敬うとすれば、相手から何かをもらおうという魂胆がある時だけです。
17 愛する皆さん。　主イエス・キリストの使徒たちから教えられたことを、思い出しなさい。　18 つまり、終末の時代には、あざける者たちが現われるはずではありませんか。　彼らの生きがいは、思いつくかぎりの悪を行なうことです。　19 彼らはこの世の悪を愛し、人々をあおりたてて議論をしかけ、分裂させます。　彼らの心の中には、聖霊様が住んでおられないのです。
20 しかし、愛する皆さん。　あなたがたは、今のきよい信仰を土台として、自分の生活を、いっそうしっかりと打ち立てなければなりません。　そして、聖霊様の力と励ましを受けて、祈る習慣を身につけなさい。
21 いつも、神様の愛のうちにいなさい。　そうすれば、神様から祝福がいただけます。　主イエス・キリストが下さろうとしておられる永遠のいのちを、忍耐強く待ち望みなさい。　22 逆らって議論をしかけてくる人々を、あたたかく迎え、疑う人々に、心から同情しなさい。　23 ある人々を、地獄の火からつかみ出すようにして、救ってやりなさい。　あるいは、親切にして、人々が主を見いだすよう、助けてやりなさい。　ただし、彼らの罪に引きずられてしまっては、元も子もありません。　罪人である彼らには同情しても、罪そのものは、たとい、粒ほどのものでも憎みなさい。
24-25 ただ一人の神様であられ、私たちを主イエス・キリストによって救ってくださる方に、すべての栄光がありますように。　偉大さと尊厳と、あらゆる力と権威とは、初めから神様のものです。　今も、これから後も、いついつまでも、神様のものです。　神様はまた、あなたがたを、つまずいたり、倒れたりしないように守り、罪のない完全な者とし、永遠の喜びの声をあげて、栄光に輝く神様の前に立てるようにしてくださるのです。　アーメン。

Jude 1

1 Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are called, beloved in God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ:2 Mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied.3 Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of our common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints.4 For there are certain men crept in privily, even they who were of old written of beforehand unto this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.5 Now I desire to put you in remembrance, though ye know all things once for all, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.6 And angels that kept not their own principality, but left their proper habitation, he hath kept in everlasting bonds under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, having in like manner with these given themselves over to fornication and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.8 Yet in like manner these also in their dreamings defile the flesh, and set at nought dominion, and rail at dignities.9 But Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing judgment, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.10 But these rail at whatsoever things they know not: and what they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason, in these things are they destroyed.11 Woe unto them! For they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for hire, and perished in the gainsaying of Korah.12 These are they who are hidden rocks in your love-feasts when they feast with you, shepherds that without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn leaves without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;13 Wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness hath been reserved forever.14 And to these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones,15 to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have ungodly wrought, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their lusts (and their mouth speaketh great swelling words), showing respect of persons for the sake of advantage.17 But ye, beloved, remember ye the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;18 That they said to you, In the last time there shall be mockers, walking after their own ungodly lusts.19 These are they who make separations, sensual, having not the Spirit.20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,21 keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.22 And on some have mercy, who are in doubt;23 and some save, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.24 Now unto him that is able to guard you from stumbling, and to set you before the presence of his glory without blemish in exceeding joy,25 to the only God our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and power, before all time, and now, and for evermore. Amen.
