Ìbéèrè Nípa Àṣẹ Tí Jesu Ń Lò

(Mat 21:23-27; Mak 11:27-33)

1 O si ṣe, ni ijọ kan li ọjọ wọnni, bi o ti nkọ́ awọn enia ni tẹmpili ti o si nwasu ihinrere, awọn olori alufa, ati awọn pẹlu awọn agbagbà dide sí i, 2 Nwọn si wi fun u pe, Sọ fun wa, aṣẹ wo ni iwọ fi nṣe nkan wọnyi? tabi tali o fun ọ li aṣẹ yi? 3 O si dahùn o si wi fun wọn pe, Emi pẹlu yio si bi nyin lẽre ọ̀rọ kan; ẹ sọ fun mi. 4 Baptismu ti Johanu, lati ọrun wá ni tabi lọdọ enia? 5 Nwọn si ba ara wọn gbèro wipe, Bi awa ba wipe, Lati ọrun wá ni; on o wipe, Ẽṣe ti ẹnyin kò fi gbà a gbọ́? 6 Ṣugbọn bi awa ba si wipe, Lati ọdọ enia; gbogbo enia ni yio sọ wa li okuta; nitori nwọn gbagbọ pe, woli ni Johanu. 7 Nwọn si dahùn wipe, nwọn kò mọ̀ ibiti o ti wá.

8 Jesu si wi fun wọn pe, Njẹ emi ki yio wi fun nyin aṣẹ ti emi fi nṣe nkan wọnyi.

9 Nigbana li o bẹ̀rẹ si ipa owe yi fun awọn enia pe; ọkunrin kan gbìn ọgba ajara kan, o si fi ṣe agbatọju fun awọn àgbẹ, o si lọ si àjo fun igba pipẹ. 10 Nigbati o si di akokò, o rán ọmọ-ọdọ rẹ̀ kan si awọn àgbẹ na, ki nwọn ki o le fun u ninu eso ọgba ajara na: ṣugbọn awọn àgbẹ lù u, nwọn si rán a pada lọwọ ofo. 11 O si tún rán ọmọ-ọdọ miran: nwọn si lù u pẹlu, nwọn si jẹ ẹ nìya, nwọn si rán a pada lọwọ ofo. 12 O si tún rán ẹkẹta: nwọn si ṣá a lọgbẹ pẹlu, nwọn si tì i jade. 13 Nigbana li oluwa ọgba ajara wipe, Ewo li emi o ṣe? emi o rán ọmọ mi ayanfẹ lọ: bọya nigbati nwọn ba ri i, nwọn o ṣojuṣaju fun u. 14 Ṣugbọn nigbati awọn àgbẹ na ri i, nwọn ba ara wọn gbèro pe, Eyi li arole: ẹ wá, ẹ jẹ ki a pa a, ki ogún rẹ̀ ki o le jẹ ti wa. 15 Bẹ̃ni nwọn si ti i jade sẹhin ọgba ajara, nwọn si pa a. Njẹ kili oluwa ọgba ajara na yio ṣe si wọn? 16 Yio wá, yio si pa awọn àgbẹ wọnni run, yio si fi ọgba ajara na fun awọn ẹlomiran. Nigbati nwọn si gbọ́, nwọn ni, Ki a má ri i. 17 Nigbati o si wò wọn, o ni, Ewo ha li eyi ti a ti kọwe pe, Okuta ti awọn ọmọle kọ̀ silẹ, on na li a sọ di pàtaki igun ile? 18 Ẹnikẹni ti o ba ṣubu lù okuta na yio fọ́; ṣugbọn ẹnikẹni ti o ba ṣubu lù, yio lọ̀ ọ lulú.

19 Awọn olori alufa ati awọn akọwe nwá ọna ati mu u ni wakati na; ṣugbọn nwọn bẹ̀ru awọn enia: nitoriti nwọn mọ̀ pe, o pa owe yi mọ wọn.

Owó-Orí fún Kesari

(Mat 22:15-22; Mak 12:13-17)


20 Nwọn si nṣọ ọ, nwọn si rán awọn amí ti nwọn jẹ ẹlẹtan fi ara wọn pe olõtọ enia, ki nwọn ki o le gbá ọ̀rọ rẹ̀ mu, ki nwọn ki o le fi i le agbara ati aṣẹ Bãlẹ. 21 Nwọn si bi i, wipe, Olukọni, awa mọ̀ pe, iwọ a ma sọrọ fun ni, iwọ a si ma kọ́-ni bi o ti tọ, bẹ̃ni iwọ kì iṣojuṣaju ẹnikan ṣugbọn iwọ nkọ́-ni li ọ̀na Ọlọrun li otitọ. 22 O tọ́ fun wa lati mã san owode fun Kesari, tabi kò tọ́? 23 Ṣugbọn o kiyesi arekereke wọn, o si wi fun wọn pe Ẽṣe ti ẹnyin fi ndán mi wò? 24 Ẹ fi owo-idẹ kan hàn mi. Aworan ati akọle ti tani wà nibẹ? Nwọn si da a lohùn pe, Ti Kesari ni. 25 O si wi fun wọn pe, Njẹ ẹ fi ohun ti iṣe ti Kesari fun Kesari, ati ohun ti iṣe ti Ọlọrun fun Ọlọrun.

26 Nwọn kò si le gbá ọ̀rọ rẹ̀ mu niwaju awọn enia: ẹnu si yà wọn si idahùn rẹ̀, nwọn si pa ẹnu wọn mọ́.

Ìbéèrè nípa Ajinde Òkú

(Mat 22:23-33; Mak 12:18-27)


27 Awọn Sadusi kan si tọ̀ ọ wá, awọn ti nwọn nwipe ajinde okú kò si: nwọn si bi i, 28 Wipe, Olukọni, Mose kọwe fun wa pe, Bi arakunrin ẹnikan ba kú, li ailọmọ, ti o li aya, ki arakunrin rẹ̀ ki o ṣu aya rẹ̀ lopó, ki o le gbe iru dide fun arakunrin rẹ̀. 29 Njẹ awọn arakunrin meje kan ti wà: ekini gbé iyawo, o si kú li ailọmọ. 30 Ekeji si ṣu u lopó, on si kú li ailọmọ. 31 Ẹkẹta si ṣu u lopó; gẹgẹ bẹ̃ si li awọn mejeje pẹlu: nwọn kò si fi ọmọ silẹ, nwọn si kú. 32 Nikẹhin gbogbo wọn, obinrin na kú pẹlu. 33 Njẹ li ajinde okú, aya titani yio ha ṣe ninu wọn? nitori awọn mejeje li o sá ni i li aya. 34 Jesu si dahùn o wi fun wọn pe, Awọn ọmọ aiye yi a ma gbeyawo, nwọn a si ma fà iyawo fun-ni. 35 Ṣugbọn awọn ti a kà yẹ lati jogún aiye na, ati ajinde kuro ninu okú, nwọn kì igbeyawo, nwọn kì si ifà iyawo fun-ni: 36 Nitori nwọn kò le kú mọ́; nitoriti nwọn ba awọn angẹli dọgba; awọn ọmọ Ọlọrun si ni nwọn, nitori nwọn di awọn ọmọ ajinde. 37 Niti pe a njí awọn okú dide, Mose tikararẹ̀ si ti fihàn ni igbẹ́, nigbati o pè Oluwa ni Ọlọrun Abrahamu, ati Ọlọrun Isaaki, ati Ọlọrun Jakọbu. 38 Bẹni on kì iṣe Ọlọrun awọn okú, bikoṣe ti awọn alãye: nitori gbogbo wọn wà lãye fun u. 39 Nigbana li awọn kan ninu awọn akọwe da a lohùn, wipe, Olukọni iwọ wi rere.

40 Nwọn kò si jẹ bi i lẽre òrọ kan mọ́.

Ìbéèrè Nípa Ọmọ Dafidi

(Mat 22:41-46; Mak 12:35-37)


41 O si wi fun wọn pe, Ẽṣe ti nwọn fi nwipe, Ọmọ Dafidi ni Kristi? 42 Dafidi tikararẹ̀ si wi ninu iwe Psalmu pe, OLUWA wi fun Oluwa mi pe, Iwọ joko li ọwọ́ ọtún mi, 43 Titi emi o fi sọ awọn ọtá rẹ di apoti itisẹ rẹ.

44 Njẹ bi Dafidi ba pè e li Oluwa; on ha si ti ṣe jẹ ọmọ rẹ̀?

Jesu Bá Àwọn Akọ̀wé Wí

(Mat 23:1-36; Mak 12:38-40)


45 O si wi fun awọn ọmọ-ẹhin rẹ̀ li etí gbogbo enia pe, 46 Ẹ mã kiyesara lọdọ awọn akọwe, ti nwọn fẹ lati mã rìn li aṣọ gigùn, ti nwọn si fẹ ikí-ni li ọjà, ati ibujoko ọlá ninu sinagogu, ati ipò ọla ni ibi àse; 47 Awọn ti o jẹ ile awọn opó run, ti nwọn si ngbadura gìgun fun aṣehàn: awọn wọnyi na ni yio jẹbi pọ̀ju.

Luke 20

Jesus' Authority Questioned

1 On one of the days while He was teaching the people in the temple and preaching the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes with the elders confronted Him, 2 and they spoke, saying to Him, "Tell us by what authority You are doing these things, or who is the one who gave You this authority?"3 Jesus answered and said to them, "I will also ask you a question, and you tell Me:4 Was the baptism of John from heaven or from men?"5 They reasoned among themselves, saying, "If we say, 'From heaven,' He will say, 'Why did you not believe him?'6 But if we say, 'From men,' all the people will stone us to death, for they are convinced that John was a prophet."7 So they answered that they did not know where it came from.8 And Jesus said to them, "Nor will I tell you by what authority I do these things."

Parable of the Vine-growers

9 And He began to tell the people this parable: "A man planted a vineyard and rented it out to vine-growers, and went on a journey for a long time.10 At the harvest time he sent a slave to the vine-growers, so that they would give him some of the produce of the vineyard; but the vine-growers beat him and sent him away empty-handed.11 And he proceeded to send another slave; and they beat him also and treated him shamefully and sent him away empty-handed.12 And he proceeded to send a third; and this one also they wounded and cast out.13 The owner of the vineyard said, 'What shall I do? I will send my beloved son; perhaps they will respect him.'14 But when the vine-growers saw him, they reasoned with one another, saying, 'This is the heir; let us kill him so that the inheritance will be ours.'15 So they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. What, then, will the owner of the vineyard do to them?16 He will come and destroy these vine-growers and will give the vineyard to others." When they heard it, they said, "May it never be!"17 But Jesus looked at them and said, "What then is this that is written:
'THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED,
THIS BECAME THE CHIEF CORNER stone'?
18 Everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces; but on whomever it falls, it will scatter him like dust."

Tribute to Caesar

19 The scribes and the chief priests tried to lay hands on Him that very hour, and they feared the people; for they understood that He spoke this parable against them.20 So they watched Him, and sent spies who pretended to be righteous, in order that they might catch Him in some statement, so that they could deliver Him to the rule and the authority of the governor.21 They questioned Him, saying, "Teacher, we know that You speak and teach correctly, and You are not partial to any, but teach the way of God in truth.22 Is it lawful for us to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?"23 But He detected their trickery and said to them,24 "Show Me a tdenarius. Whose likeness and inscription does it have?" They said, "Caesar's."25 And He said to them, "Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's."26 And they were unable to catch Him in a saying in the presence of the people; and being amazed at His answer, they became silent.

Is There a Resurrection?

27 Now there came to Him some of the Sadducees (who say that there is no resurrection),28 and they questioned Him, saying, "Teacher, Moses wrote for us that IF A MAN'S BROTHER DIES, having a wife, AND HE IS CHILDLESS, HIS BROTHER SHOULD MARRY THE WIFE AND RAISE UP CHILDREN TO HIS BROTHER.29 Now there were seven brothers; and the first took a wife and died childless;30 and the second31 and the third married her; and in the same way all seven died, leaving no children.32 Finally the woman died also.33 In the resurrection therefore, which one's wife will she be? For all seven had married her."

34 Jesus said to them, "The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage,35 but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage;36 for they cannot even die anymore, because they are like angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.37 But that the dead are raised, even Moses showed, in the passage about the burning bush, where he calls the Lord THE GOD OF ABRAHAM, AND THE GOD OF ISAAC, AND THE GOD OF JACOB.38 Now He is not the God of the dead but of the living; for all live to Him."39 Some of the scribes answered and said, "Teacher, You have spoken well."40 For they did not have courage to question Him any longer about anything.

41 Then He said to them, "How is it that they say tthe Christ is David's son?42 For David himself says in the book of Psalms,
'THE LORD SAID TO MY LORD,
"SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND,

43 UNTIL I MAKE YOUR ENEMIES A FOOTSTOOL FOR YOUR FEET."'44 Therefore David calls Him 'Lord,' and how is He his son?"

45 And while all the people were listening, He said to the disciples,46 "Beware of the scribes, who like to walk around in long robes, and love respectful greetings in the market places, and chief seats in the synagogues and places of honor at banquets,47 who devour widows' houses, and for appearance's sake offer long prayers. These will receive greater condemnation."
