MARKOS 10
Ezkontza eta dibortzioa
(Mt 19,1-9; Lk 16,18)
1 Jesus, handik irtenik, Judeako mugetan sartu zen, Jordan ibaiaz beste aldera igaroz. Berriro jende-multzo handiak bildu zitzaizkion ondora eta bera, ohi zuen bezala, irakasten hasi zitzaien. 2 Fariseu batzuek hurbildu eta, zertan harrapatuko, gizonak bere emaztea uztea zilegi ote zuen galdetu zioten.t
3 Hark erantzun zien:
— Zer agindu zizuen horretaz Moisesek?
4 Eta haiek:
—Moisesek, dibortzio-agiria idatzi eta emaztea uzteko baimena eman zigun.t
5 Jesusek esan zien:
—Jainkoaren gauzetan itsu zaretelakot eman zizuen lege hori Moisesek. 6 Baina, munduaren hasieratik, Jainkoak gizaseme eta emakume egin zituen;t 7 horregatik, gizasemeak bere aita-amak utziko ditu eta emazteari elkartuko zaiot,t 8 eta biak bat izango dira. Beraz, aurrerantzean ez dira bi, bat baino.
9 Horrela bada, Jainkoak uztartu duena ez beza gizakiak aska.
10 Gero, etxean, arazo berari buruz galdegin zioten ikasleek.t
11 Jesusek esan zien:
—Bere emaztea utzi eta beste bat hartzen duenak adulterio egiten du lehenengoaren aurka;t
12 eta bere senarra utzi eta beste bat hartzen duen emakumeak adulterio egiten du era berean.Jesus eta haurrak
(Mt 19,13-15; Lk 18,15-17)
13 Beste batean, haurrak eraman zizkioten Jesusi, uki zitzan; ikasleek, berriz, haserre egiten zieten. 14 Hori ikustean, Jesus haserretu egin zen eta esan zien: «Utzi haurrei niregana etortzen, ez galarazi, horrelakoek baitute Jainkoa errege.
15 Benetan diotsuet: Jainkoaren erreinua haur batek bezala onartzen ez duena ez da inola ere bertan sartuko».t
16 Eta haurtxoak magalean hartu eta bedeinkatu egiten zituen, eskuak ezarriz.tJesusek aberatsari dei
(Mt 19,16-22; Lk 18,18-23)
17 Bidean abiatzera zihoala, gizon bat etorri zitzaion lasterka eta, aurrean belaunikaturik, galdetu zion:
—Maisu ona, zer egin behar dut betiko bizia ondaretzat jasotzeko?
18 Jesusek erantzun zion:
—Zergatik esaten didazu ona? Inor ez da ona Jainkoa besterik.
19 Badakizkizu aginduak: Ez hil inor, ez egin adulteriorik, ez ostu, ez egin gezurrezko testigantzarik, ez egin kalterik, ohoratu aita-amak.t
20 Hark, orduan:
—Maisu, gazte-gaztetandik bete izan dut hori guztia.
21 Jesus maitasunez begira jarri zitzaion eta esan zion:
—Gauza bat falta zaizu bakarrik: zoaz, saldu daukazun guztia eta eman behartsuei, zeure aberastasuna zeruan izan dezazun; gero, zatoz eta jarraitu niri.t
22 Hitz hauek entzutean, ilun jarri zen gizona eta atsekabez joan, ondasun handien jabe baitzen.Aberastasuna salbamenerako oztopo
(Mt 19,23-26; Lk 18,24-27)
23 Inguruan begiratuz, Jesusek esan zien bere ikasleei:
—Bai nekez sartuko direla aberatsak Jainkoaren erreinuan!t
24 Harriturik utzi zituen ikasleak esaldi honek. Baina Jesusek, berriro ere:
—Ene semeok, zaila da benetan Jainkoaren erreinuan sartzeat.
25 Orratzaren begitik gamelua igarotzea errazago, aberatsa Jainkoaren erreinuan sartzea baino.
26 Ikasleek, gero eta nahasiago, honela zioten beren artean:
—Nor salba daiteke, orduan?
27 Jesusek begira-begira jarri eta esan zien:
—Gizakientzat bai ezinezko, baina Jainkoarentzat ez, dena baitezake Jainkoak.tDena utzi duten ikasleen saria
(Mt 19,27-30; Lk 18,28-30)
28 Orduan, Pedrok esan zion Jesusi:
—Hara, guk dena utzi dugu zuri jarraitzeko.t
29 Jesusek erantzun:
—Benetan diotsuet: Niregatik eta berri onagatik etxea, senideak, ama, aita, seme-alabak eta lurrak uzten dituenak, 30 orain, mundu honetan, ehun halako etxe, senide, ama, seme-alaba eta lur jasoko du, erasoaldiekin batera; eta gero, datorren munduan, betiko bizia.
31 Orain lehenengo diren asko azkeneko izango dira orduan, eta orain azkeneko direnak lehenengo.tJesusek nekaldi-piztuerak hirugarrenez iragarri
(Mt 20,17-19; Lk 18,31-34)
32 Jerusalemerako bidean gora zihoazen, eta Jesus aurretik. Txunditurik zeuden; jarraitzen ziotenak beldurrez zihoazen. Berriro Hamabiak beregana bildu, eta zer gertatuko zitzaion adierazten hasi zitzaien: 33 «Hara, Jerusalemera igotzen ari gara, eta Gizonaren Semea apaizburuen eta lege-maisuen eskuetara emango dute; heriotzara kondenatuko dute eta atzerritarren eskuetara emango;t
34 hauek iseka egingo diote eta listua botako, zigortu eta hil egingo; baina handik hiru egunera piztu egingo da».Zebedeoren semeen handinahia
(Mt 20,20-23)
35 Santiago eta Joanek, Zebedeoren semeek, Jesusengana hurbildu eta esan zioten:
—Maisu, eskatuko dizuguna zuk ematea nahi genuke.
36 Jesusek galdetu zien:
—Zer nahi duzue, bada, niregandik?
37 Eta haiek:
—Zu zeure aintzara heltzean, bata zure eskuinean eta bestea ezkerrean jar gaitezela.t
38 Jesusek esan zien:
—Ez dakizue zer eskatzen ari zareten. Gauza al zarete nik edan behar dudan edari saminetik edateko, edo nik murgildu behar dudan uretan murgiltzekot?t
39 —Bai, gauza gara —esan zioten.
Jesusek, orduan:
—Nik edan behar dudan edari saminetik, bai, edango duzue, baita nik murgildu behar dudan uretan murgilduko ere;
40 baina nire eskuin-ezkerretan eseri ahal izate hori, ez dago nire esku inori ematea; Jainkoak norentzat prestatua duen, hari emango zaio.Zerbitzua ikasleen lege
(Mt 20,24-28; Lk 22,24-27)
41 Beste hamarrak, hori entzutean, Santiago eta Joanen aurka haserre jarri ziren. 42 Jesusek dei egin eta esan zien: «Dakizuenez, herrien buruzagi direnek menpean hartzen dituzte herriak, eta handi-mandiek beren agintea ezartzen diete. 43 Zuen artean, ordea, ez du horrela izan behar. Zuen artean handien izan nahi duena izan bedi zuen zerbitzari.t 44 Eta zuen artean lehenengo izan nahi duena izan bedi guztion morroi.
45 Zeren Gizonaren Semea ere ez da etorri zerbitzatua izatera, zerbitzari izatera baizik, bere bizia guztien alde ordainsaritzat ematera».tJesusek itsua sendatu Jerikon
(Mt 20,29-34; Lk 18,35-43)
46 Jerikora iritsi ziren. Eta Jesus bere ikasleekin eta jendetza handiarekin hiritik irteterakoan, Bartimeo itsua, Timeoren semea, eskean zegoen bide-ertzean eserita.
47 Jesus Nazaretarra zela jakitean, oihuka hasi zen:
—Daviden Semea, Jesus, erruki zakizkit!t
48 Askok gogor egiten zioten, isilarazteko; baina hark areago oihu:
—Daviden Semea, erruki zakizkit!
49 Jesusek gelditu eta hari dei egiteko agindu zuen. Dei egin zioten itsuari, esanez:
—Izan bihotz! Jaiki, deika ari zaik.
50 Bere soingainekoa jaurtiz, salto batean zutitu eta Jesusengana joan zen.
51 Jesusek galdegin zion:
—Zer nahi duzu niregandik?
Itsuak erantzun:
—Berriro ikustea, Jaunat.
52 Jesusek esan zion:
—Zoaz, zeure sinesmenak sendatu zaitu.
Une berean ikusmena etorri zitzaion berriro, eta Jesusen ondoren zihoan bidean.t
Mark 10
Divorce
1 Thent Jesust left that place and went to the region of Judea ands beyond the Jordan River.t Again crowds gathered to him, and again, as was his custom, he taught them.2 Then some Phariseesss came, and to test himt they asked, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce hist wife?”ts3 He answered them,t “What did Moses command you?”4 They said, “Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of dismissal and to divorce her.”ts5 But Jesus said to them, “He wrote this commandment for you because of your hard hearts.t6 But from the beginning of creation hesmade them male and female.s7 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother,s8 and the two will become one flesh.ss So they are no longer two, but one flesh.
9 Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
10 In the house once again, the disciples asked him about this.11 Sot he told them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her.
12 And if she divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.”s
Jesus and Little Children
13 Nowt people were bringing little children to him for him to touch,t but the disciples scolded those who brought them.st14 But when Jesus saw this, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the little children come to me and do not try to stop them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.s15 I tell you the truth,t whoever does not receives the kingdom of God like a childs will nevert enter it.”
16 After he took the children in his arms, he placed his hands on them and blessed them.
The Rich Man
17 Nowt as Jesusts was starting out on his way, someone ran up to him, fell on his knees, and said, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”s18 Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good?s No one is good except God alone.19 You know the commandments: ‘Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not give false testimony,do not defraud, honor your father and mother.’”s20 The mant said to him, “Teacher, I have wholeheartedly obeyedt all these lawsts since my youth.”s21 As Jesus looked at him, he felt love for him and said, “You lack one thing. Go, sell whatever you have and give the moneyt to the poor, and you will have treasures in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
22 But at this statement, the mant looked sad and went away sorrowful, for he was very rich.t
23 Thent Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!”24 The disciples were astonished at these words. But again Jesus said to them,t “Children, how hard it iss to enter the kingdom of God!25 It is easier for a camels to go through the eye of a needles than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.”26 They were even more astonished and saidt to one another, “Thent who can be saved?”s
27 Jesus looked at them and replied, “This is impossible for mere humans,t but not for God; all things are possible for God.”
28 Peter began to speak to him, “Look,s we have left everything to follow you!”t29 Jesus said, “I tell you the truth,t there is no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for my sake and for the sake of the gospel30 who will not receive in this aget a hundred times as much – homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, fields, all with persecutionst – and in the age to come, eternal life.s
31 But many who are first will be last, and the last first.”
Third Prediction of Jesus’ Death and Resurrection
32 They were on the way, going up to Jerusalem.s Jesus was going ahead of them, and they were amazed, but those who followed were afraid. He took the twelve aside again and began to tell them what was going to happen to him.33 “Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and experts in the law.t They will condemn him to death and will turn him over to the Gentiles.
34 They will mock him, spit on him, flogt him severely, and kill him. Yett after three days,s he will rise again.”
The Request of James and John
35 Thent James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to him and said, “Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever we ask.”36 He said to them, “What do you want me to do for you?”37 They said to him, “Permit one of us to sit at your right hand and the other at your left in your glory.”38 But Jesus said to them, “You don’t know what you are asking! Are you able to drink the cup I drink or be baptized with the baptism I experience?”t39 They said to him, “We are able.”s Then Jesus said to them, “You will drink the cup I drink, and you will be baptized with the baptism I experience,
40 but to sit at my right or at my left is not mine to give. It is for those for whom it has been prepared.”s
41 Nowt when the other tent heard this,t they became angry with James and John.42 Jesus called them and said to them, “You know that those who are recognized as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those in high positions use their authority over them.43 But it is not this way among you. Instead whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant,44 and whoever wants to be first among you must be the slavet of all.
45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransoms for many.”
Healing Blind Bartimaeus
46 They came to Jericho.s As Jesust and his disciples and a large crowd were leaving Jericho, Bartimaeus the son of Timaeus, a blind beggar, was sitting by the road.47 When he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to shout,t “Jesus, Son of David,s have mercys on me!”48 Many scoldedt him to get him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” Sot they called the blind man and said to him, “Have courage! Get up! He is calling you.”50 He threw off his cloak, jumped up, and came to Jesus.51 Thent Jesus said to him,t “What do you want me to do for you?” The blind man replied, “Rabbi,t let me see again.”t
52 Jesus said to him, “Go, your faith has healed you.” Immediately he regainedt his sight and followed him on the road.
