Jesús sana en sábado a un enfermo
(Mt 12.9-14; Lc 6.6-11)
1 Jesús entró otra vez en la sinagoga. Había allí un hombre que tenía una mano tullida, 2 y espiaban a Jesús para ver si lo sanaría en sábado y tener así algo de qué acusarle.t
3 Jesús dijo al hombre de la mano tullida:
–Levántate y ponte ahí en medio.
4 Luego preguntó a los demás:
–¿Qué está permitido hacer en sábado: el bien o el mal? ¿Salvar una vida o destruirla?t
Ellos se quedaron callados.
5 Jesús miró entonces con enojo a los que le rodeaban y, entristecido porque no querían entender, dijo a aquel hombre:
–Extiende la mano.
El hombre la extendió, y la mano le quedó sana.
6 Pero los fariseos, en cuanto salieron, comenzaron junto con los del partido de Herodest a hacer planes para matar a Jesús.A orillas del lago de Galilea
7 Jesús, seguido por mucha gente de Galilea, se fue con sus discípulos a la orilla del lago. 8 Al oir hablar de las grandes cosas que hacía, acudieron también a verle muchos de Judea, de Jerusalén, de Idumea, del lado oriental del Jordán y de la región de Tiro y Sidón.t 9 Por eso, Jesús encargó a sus discípulos que le tuvieran preparada una barca, para evitar que la multitud le apretujara.
10 Porque había sanado a tantos, que todos los enfermos se echaban sobre él para tocarle.t
11 Y cuando los espíritus impuros le veían, se ponían de rodillas delante de él y gritaban:
–¡Tú eres el Hijo de Dios!t
12 Pero Jesús les ordenaba con severidad que no hablaran de él públicamente.t2. Los secretos del reino de Dios (3.13–6.6a)
Jesús escoge a los doce apóstoles
(Mt 10.1-4; Lc 6.12-16)
13 Después subió Jesús a un cerro y llamó a quienes le pareció conveniente. Una vez reunidos, 14 eligió a doce de ellos para que le acompañasen y para enviarlos a anunciar el mensaje. Los llamó apóstolest 15 y les dio autoridad para expulsar a los demonios. 16 Estos son los doce que escogió: Simón, a quien puso por nombre Pedro;t 17 Santiago y su hermano Juan, hijos de Zebedeo, a los que llamó Boanerges (es decir, “Hijos del Trueno”);t 18 Andrés, Felipe, Bartolomé, Mateo, Tomás, y Santiago hijo de Alfeo; Tadeo,t Simón el cananeot
19 y Judas Iscariote, el que traicionó a Jesús.Acusación contra Jesús

20 Después entró Jesús en una casa,t y se juntó de nuevo tanta gente que ni siquiera podían comer él y sus discípulos.
21 Al saber que estaba allí, los parientest de Jesús acudieron a llevárselo, pues decían que se había vuelto loco.
22 También los maestros de la ley que habían llegado de Jerusalén decían: “Beelzebú, el propio jefe de los demonios, es quien ha dado a este hombre poder para expulsarlos.”t
23 Jesús los llamó y les puso un ejemplo, diciendo: “¿Cómo puede Satanás expulsar al propio Satanás? 24 Un país dividido en bandos enemigos no puede mantenerse, 25 y una casa dividida no puede mantenerse.
26 Pues bien, si Satanás se divide y se levanta contra sí mismo, no podrá mantenerse: habrá llegado su fin.
27 “Nadie puede entrar en la casa de un hombre fuerte y robarle sus bienes, si antes no lo ata. Solamente así podrá robárselos.
28 “Os aseguro que Dios perdonará a los hombres todos los pecados y todo lo malo que digan;
29 pero el que ofenda con sus palabras al Espíritu Santo no tendrá perdón, sino que será culpable para siempre.”t
30 Esto lo dijo Jesús porque afirmaban que tenía un espíritu impuro.tLa madre y los hermanos de Jesús

31 Entre tanto, llegaron la madre y los hermanos de Jesús, pero se quedaron fuera y mandaron llamarle.
32 La gente que estaba sentada alrededor de Jesús le avisó:
–Tu madre, tus hermanos y tus hermanast están fuera y te buscan.
33 Él les contestó:
–¿Quiénes son mi madre y mis hermanos?
34 Y mirando a los que estaban sentados a su alrededor, añadió:
–Estos son mi madre y mis hermanos. 35 Todo el que hace la voluntad de Dios, ese es mi hermano, mi hermana y mi madre.
Mark 3
Healing a Withered Hand
1 Thent Jesust entered the synagogues again, and a man was there who had a withereds hand.2 They watcheds Jesust closely to see if he would heal him on the Sabbath,s so that they could accuse him.3 So he said to the man who had the withered hand, “Stand up among all these people.”ts4 Thent he said to them, “Is it lawful to do good on the Sabbath, or evil, to save a life or destroy it?” But they were silent.5 After looking aroundt at them in anger, grieved by the hardness of their hearts,t he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored.s
6 Sot the Phariseess went out immediately and began plotting with the Herodians,ts as to how they could assassinatet him.
Crowds by the Sea
7 Thent Jesus went away with his disciples to the sea, and a great multitude from Galilee followed him.t And from Judea,8 Jerusalem,s Idumea, beyond the Jordan River,t and around Tyres and Sidonss a great multitude came to him when they heard about the things he had done.9 Because of the crowd, he told his disciples to have a small boat ready for him so the crowdt would not press toward him.10 For he had healed many, so that all who were afflicted with diseases pressed toward him in order to touch him.11 And whenever the unclean spiritss saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, “You are the Son of God.”
12 Butt he sternly ordered them not to make him known.s
Appointing the Twelve Apostles
13 Nowt Jesus went up the mountaints and called for those he wanted, and they came to him.14 Het appointed twelve (whom he named apostless),s so that they would be with him and he could send them to preach15 and to have authority to cast out demons.16 He appointed twelve:s To Simons he gave the name Peter;17 to James and his brother John, the sons of Zebedee,t he gave the name Boanerges (that is, “sons of thunder”);18 and Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew,s Matthew, Thomas,s James the son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus,s Simon the Zealot,t
19 and Judas Iscariot,s who betrayed him.t
Jesus and Beelzebul
20 Nowt Jesust went home, and a crowd gathered so that they were not able to eat.21 When his familysts heard this they went out to restrain him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.”22 The experts in the lawt who came down from Jerusalems said, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,”ts and, “By the rulert of demons he casts out demons.”23 Sot he called them and spoke to them in parables:s “How can Satan cast out Satan?24 Ifs a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom will not be able to stand.25 If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.26 And if Satan rises against himself and is divided, he is not able to stand and his end has come.27 But no one is able to enter a strong man’ss house and steal his property unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can thoroughly plunder his house.s28 I tell you the truth,t people will be forgiven for all sins, even all the blasphemies they utter.t29 But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, but is guilty of an eternal sin”s
30 (because they said, “He has an unclean spirit”s).
Jesus’ True Family
31 Thent Jesus’t mother and his brotherss came. Standingt outside, they sent word to him, to summon him.32 A crowd was sitting around him and they said to him, “Look, your mother and your brotherss are outside looking for you.”33 He answered them and said, “Who are my mother and my brothers?”t34 And looking at those who were sitting around him in a circle, he said, “Heret are my mother and my brothers!
35 For whoever does the will of God ist my brother and sister and mother.”
