Markus 3
1 Han gjekk inn i synagogen att. Der var det ein mann som hadde ei visna hand. 2 Og dei heldt auge med Jesus om han ville lækja mannen på sabbaten, så dei kunne få noko å klaga han for. 3 Men han sa til mannen med den visne handa: «Reis deg og kom fram!» 4 t Så spurde han dei andre: «Kva har ein lov til på sabbaten? Å gjera godt eller gjera vondt, berga liv eller drepa?» Men dei svara ikkje. 5 t Då såg han på dei som stod omkring, harm og sorgfull fordi dei hadde så harde hjarte. Og han sa til mannen: «Rett fram handa!» Mannen så gjorde, og handa hans vart god att.
6 tt Men farisearane gjekk ut, og saman med herodianarane tok dei straks til å leggja planar mot Jesus for å ta livet av han.Folket flokkar seg kring Jesus

7 Så drog Jesus med læresveinane sine ned til sjøen, og ein stor folkehop frå Galilea følgde han. Og frå Judea 8 t og Jerusalem, frå Idumea og landet bortanfor Jordan og frå bygdene kring Tyros og Sidon kom dei til han i store flokkar, for dei hadde høyrt om alt han gjorde. 9 t Då sa han til læresveinane at dei skulle halda ein båt klar for han, om folket skulle trengja for hardt innpå han. 10 t For han lækte mange, så alle som hadde plager, trengde seg fram for å røra ved han. 11 Og når dei ureine åndene såg han, kasta dei seg ned for han og ropa: «Du er Guds Son!»
12 t Men han truga dei og forbaud dei strengt å gjera kjent kven han var.Jesus kallar dei tolv apostlane

13 Så gjekk Jesus opp i fjellet. Han kalla til seg dei han ville, og dei kom til han. 14 tt Han peika ut tolv, {{som han òg kalla apostlar,}} for at dei skulle vera med han, og for at han kunne senda dei ut for å forkynna 15 og ha makt til å driva ut vonde ånder. 16 tt {{Han peika ut dei tolv:}} Det var Simon, som han kalla Peter, 17 Jakob, son til Sebedeus, og Johannes, bror hans – desse to kalla han Boanerges, det tyder toresøner – 18 t og Andreas, Filip og Bartolomeus, Matteus, Tomas og Jakob, son til Alfeus, Taddeus, Simon Kananeos

20 t Med det same han kom heim, strøymde folk på nytt saman, så Jesus og læresveinane ikkje eingong fekk tid til å eta.
21 Då hans eigne fekk høyra det, fór dei av stad for å ta hand om han. «Han må vera reint ifrå seg», sa dei.
22 t t Men dei skriftlærde som var komne frå Jerusalem, sa: «Beelsebul har fare i han! Det er ved hjelp av herskaren over dei vonde åndene at han driv dei vonde åndene ut.» 23 t Då kalla han dei til seg og tala til dei i likningar: «Korleis kan Satan driva ut Satan? 24 Kjem eit rike i strid med seg sjølv, kan det riket ikkje bli ståande, 25 og kjem eit hus i strid med seg sjølv, kan det huset ikkje bli ståande. 26 Har no Satan sett seg opp mot seg sjølv og er komen i strid med seg sjølv, kan han ikkje stå seg. Det er ute med han.
27 t Men ingen kan gå inn i huset til den sterke og røva det han eig, om han ikkje først har bunde den sterke. Då kan han plyndra huset hans.
28 t Sanneleg, eg seier dykk: Alt skal menneska få tilgjeving for, både synder og spott, kor mykje dei enn spottar.
29 t Men den som spottar Den heilage ande, får i all æve ikkje tilgjeving, men er skuldig i evig synd.»
30 t Dette sa han fordi dei hadde sagt: «Han har ei urein ånd i seg.»Jesu sanne familie

31 t Då kom Jesu mor og syskena hans. Dei vart ståande utanfor, men sende bod inn og bad han koma ut. 32 t Det sat ein stor flokk omkring han, og dei sa til han: «Mor di og brørne dine {{og systrene dine}} står utanfor og spør etter deg.» 33 t Jesus svara: «Kven er mor mi og syskena mine?» 34 Og han såg på dei som sat omkring han, og sa: «Sjå, her er mor mi og syskena mine! 35 Den som gjer Guds vilje, er bror min, syster mi og mor mi.»
MARK 3
A Man with a Paralyzed Hand
(Matthew 12.9-14; Luke 6.6-11)
1 The next time Jesus went into the synagogue, a man with a paralyzed hand was there.
2 The Phariseest wanted to accuse Jesus of doing something wrong, and they kept watching to see if Jesus would heal him on the Sabbath.
3 Jesus told the man to stand up where everyone could see him.
4 Then he asked, “On the Sabbath should we do good deeds or evil deeds? Should we save someone's life or destroy it?” But no one said a word.
5 Jesus was angry as he looked around at the people. Yet he felt sorry for them because they were so stubborn. Then he told the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He did, and his bad hand was healed.
6 The Pharisees left. And at once they started making plans with Herod's followerst to kill Jesus.Large Crowds Come to Jesus
7 Jesus led his disciples down to the shore of the lake. Large crowds followed him from Galilee, Judea, 8 and Jerusalem. People came from Idumea, as well as other places east of the Jordan River. They also came from the region around the towns of Tyre and Sidon. All of these crowds came because they had heard what Jesus was doing.
9 t He even had to tell his disciples to get a boat ready to keep him from being crushed by the crowds.
10 After Jesus had healed many people, the other sick people begged him to let them touch him. 11 And whenever any evil spirits saw Jesus, they would fall to the ground and shout, “You are the Son of God!”
12 But Jesus warned the spirits not to tell who he was.Jesus Chooses //His Twelve Apostles

13 Jesus decided to ask some of his disciples to go up on a mountain with him, and they went. 14 Then he chose twelve of them to be his apostles, t so they could be with him. He also wanted to send them out to preach 15 and to force out demons. 16 Simon was one of the twelve, and Jesus named him Peter. 17 There were also James and John, the two sons of Zebedee. Jesus called them Boanerges, which means “Thunderbolts.” 18 Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus were also apostles. The others were Simon, known as the Eager One, t

20 Jesus went back home, t and once again such a large crowd gathered that there was no chance even to eat.
21 When Jesus' family heard what he was doing, they thought he was crazy and went to get him under control.
22 t Some teachers of the Law of Moses came from Jerusalem and said, “This man is under the power of Beelzebul, the ruler of demons! He is even forcing out demons with the help of Beelzebul.”
23 Jesus told the people to gather around him. Then he spoke to them in riddles and said:
How can Satan force himself out? 24 A nation whose people fight each other won't last very long. 25 And a family that fights won't last long either.
26 So if Satan fights against himself, that will be the end of him.
27 How can anyone break into the house of a strong man and steal his things, unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can take everything.
28 I promise you that any of the sinful things you say or do can be forgiven, no matter how terrible those things are.
29 t But if you speak against the Holy Spirit, you can never be forgiven. That sin will be held against you forever.
30 Jesus said this because the people were saying that he had an evil spirit in him.Jesus' Mother and Brothers

31 Jesus' mother and brothers came and stood outside. Then they sent someone with a message for him to come out to them.
32 The crowd sitting around Jesus told him, “Your mother and your brothers and sisterst are outside and want to see you.”
33 Jesus asked, “Who is my mother and who are my brothers?” 34 Then he looked at the people sitting around him and said, “Here are my mother and my brothers. 35 Anyone who obeys God is my brother or sister or mother.”
