ใคร_คือ_ผู้_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_ที่สุด

1 ใน_เวลา_นั้น พวก_ศิษย์_ได้_มา_ถาม_พระ_เยซู_ว่า “ใคร_เป็น_ใหญ่_ที่สุด_ใน_อาณา_จักร_แห่ง_สวรรค์_ครับ”

2 พระ_เยซู_เรียก_เด็ก_เล็กๆ_คน_หนึ่ง_ให้_มา_ยืน_อยู่_ท่าม_กลาง_พวก_ศิษย์

3 แล้ว_พระองค์_พูด_กับ_พวก_เขา_ว่า “เรา_จะ_บอก_ให้_รู้_ว่า ถ้า_พวก_คุณ_ไม่_ยอม_เปลี่ยน_ตัว_เอง_ให้_เป็น_เหมือน_เด็ก_เล็กๆ คุณ_จะ_ไม่_มี_วัน_ได้_เข้า_ไป_ใน_อาณา_จักร_แห่ง_สวรรค์_เลย

4 ดัง_นั้น_ใคร_ก็_ตาม_ที่_ทำ_ตัว_อ่อน_น้อม_ถ่อม_ตน_เหมือน_เด็ก_เล็กๆ_คน_นี้ ก็_จะ_เป็น_ผู้ที่_ยิ่ง_ใหญ่_ที่สุด_ใน_อาณา_จักร_แห่ง_สวรรค์

5 ใคร_ก็_ตาม_ที่_ต้อนรับ_เด็ก_เล็กๆ_อย่าง_นี้_เพราะ_เห็น_แก่_เรา คน_นั้น_ก็_ได้_ต้อนรับ_เรา_ด้วย

6 ระหว่าง_การ_ทำ_ให้_คน_ที่_ต่ำต้อย_คน_หนึ่ง_ใน_พวก_นี้_ที่_ไว้วางใจ_ใน_เรา หลง_ไป_ทำ_บาป กับ_การ_ถูก_ถ่วง_น้ำ_โดย_มี_หิน_โม่_แป้ง_ผูก_คอ_ไว้ อย่าง_หลัง_นี้_ก็_ยัง_จะ_ดี_กว่า

7 โลก_นี้_มัน_น่า_ละอาย_จริงๆ_เพราะ_สิ่ง_ต่างๆ_ที่_มา_ยั่ว_ยุ_ให้_คน_ทำ_บาป เรื่อง_อย่าง_นี้_หนี_ไม่_พ้น_หรอก ต้อง_เกิด_ขึ้น_แน่ แต่_คน_ที่_ก่อ_เรื่อง_แบบ_นี้_ขึ้น_มา_น่า_ละอาย_จริงๆ

8 ดัง_นั้น ถ้า_มือ_หรือ_ขา_ของ_คุณ_เอง_ทำ_ให้_คุณ_ทำ_บาป ตัด_มัน_ทิ้ง_เลย เพราะ_มือ_ด้วน_หรือ_ขา_ด้วน แล้ว_มี_ชีวิต_แท้_ตลอด_ไป ยัง_ดี_กว่า_มี_มือ_หรือ_ขา_ครบ_ทั้ง_สอง_ข้าง แต่_ถูก_โยน_ลง_ใน_ไฟ_ที่_ไม่_มี_วัน_ดับ

9 ถ้า_ตา_ของ_คุณ_ทำ_ให้_คุณ_ทำ_บาป ควัก_มัน_ทิ้ง_เลย เพราะ_เหลือ_ตา_ข้าง_เดียว_แล้ว_มี_ชีวิต_แท้_ตลอด_ไป ก็_ยัง_ดี_กว่า_มี_ตา_ครบ_ทั้ง_สอง_ข้าง แต่_ต้อง_ถูก_โยน_ลง_ใน_ไฟ_นรก

10 ระวัง_ให้_ดี อย่า_ดูถูก_คน_ที่_ต่ำ_ต้อย_พวก_นี้_ของ_เรา_แม้_แต่_คน_เดียว เรา_จะ_บอก_ให้_รู้_ว่า ที่_บน_สวรรค์_นั้น ทูต_ประจำ_ตัว_ของ_พวก_เขา_เฝ้า_อยู่_ต่อ_หน้า_พระบิดา_ของ_เรา_เสมอ

13 เมื่อ_เขา_พบ_แกะ_ตัว_นั้น_แล้ว เรา_จะ_บอก_ให้_รู้_ว่า เขา_จะ_ดีใจ_ที่_ได้_พบ_แกะ_ตัว_นั้น_มาก_กว่า_ที่_มี_แกะ_เก้า_สิบ_เก้า_ตัว_ที่_ไม่_ได้_หาย_ไป_ไหน

14 พระบิดา_ของ_พวก_คุณ_ที่_อยู่_บน_สวรรค์_ก็_เหมือน_กัน ไม่_อยาก_ให้_คน_ที่_ต่ำต้อย_พวก_นี้_ของ_เรา_สัก_คน_หลง_หาย_ไป

เมื่อ_มี_คน_ทำ_ผิด_ต่อ_เรา

15 ถ้า_พี่_น้อง_ทำ_บาป_ต่อ_คุณt ก็_ให้_ไป_ชี้แจง_ความ_ผิด_ของ_เขา_ตัว_ต่อ_ตัว ถ้า_เขา_ฟัง คุณ_ก็_ได้_เขา_กลับ_มา_เป็น_พี่_น้อง_อีก

16 แต่_ถ้า_เขา_ไม่_ยอม_ฟัง ก็_ให้_พา_อีก_คน_หรือ_สอง_คน_ไปหา_เขา_ด้วย_กัน เพื่อ_จะ_ได้_มี_พยาน_รู้เห็น_สอง_หรือ_สาม_คน

17 ถ้า_เขา_ยัง_ไม่_ยอม_ฟัง_อีก ก็_ให้_เอา_เรื่อง_นี้_ไป_บอก_หมู่_ประชุม_ของ_พระเจ้า และ_ถ้า_เขา_ยัง_ไม่_ฟัง_แม้_แต่_หมู่_ประชุม_ของ_พระเจ้า ก็_ให้_ทำ_กับ_เขา_เหมือน_กับ_เป็น_คน_นอก_ศาสนา_หรือ_คน_เก็บ_ภาษี

18 เรา_จะ_บอก_ให้_รู้_ว่า อะไร_ก็_ตาม_ที่_พวก_คุณ_ห้าม_ใน_โลก_นี้ พระเจ้า_ที่_อยู่_บน_สวรรค์_ก็_จะ_ห้าม_ด้วย และ_อะไร_ก็_ตาม_ที่_พวก_คุณ_ยอม_ใน_โลก_นี้ พระเจ้า_ที่_อยู่_บน_สวรรค์_ก็_จะ_ยอม_ด้วย

19 เรา_จะ_บอก_ให้_รู้_อีก_ว่า ถ้า_พวก_คุณ_ที่_อยู่_ใน_โลก_นี้_สอง_คน เห็น_ด้วย_กัน_ที่_จะ_ขอ_สิ่ง_ใด_สิ่ง_หนึ่ง พระบิดา_ของ_เรา_ที่_อยู่_บน_สวรรค์_ก็_จะ_ทำ_ให้

20 เพราะ_ที่_ไหน_ก็_ตาม ที่_มี_สอง_หรือ_สาม_คน_มา_อยู่_รวม_กัน_เพราะ_เป็น_ศิษย์_ของ_เรา เรา_ก็_จะ_อยู่_กับ_พวก_เขา_ที่_นั่น”

เรื่อง_การ_ให้_อภัย

21 เปโตร_ก็_เข้า_มา_ถาม_พระ_เยซู_ว่า “อาจารย์_ครับ เมื่อ_พี่_น้อง_ทำ_บาป_ต่อ_ผม ผม_ควร_จะ_อภัย_ให้_กี่_ครั้ง_ดี_ครับ สัก_เจ็ด_ครั้ง_เลย จะ_ดี_ไหม_ครับ”

22 พระ_เยซู_ตอบ_ว่า “ใคร_บอก_ว่า_แค่_เจ็ด_ครั้ง ต้อง_เป็น_เจ็ด_สิบ_เจ็ด_ครั้ง”t

23 “เพราะ_อย่าง_นี้_แหละ อาณา_จักร_แห่ง_สวรรค์_ถึง_เปรียบ_เหมือน_กับ_กษัตริย์_องค์_หนึ่ง ที่_ต้อง_การ_จะ_สะสาง_หนี้_ที่_พวก_ทาส_ติด_ค้าง_อยู่

24 เมื่อ_เริ่ม_คิด_บัญชี ทาส_คน_หนึ่ง_ที่_เป็น_หนี้_กษัตริย์_อยู่_ห้า_สิบ_ล้าน_เหรียญ_เงินt ก็_ถูก_พา_ตัว_เข้า_มา

25 แต่_เขา_ไม่_มี_เงิน_พอที่_จะ_จ่าย_หนี้ กษัตริย์_จึง_สั่ง_ให้_เอา_ตัว_ทาส_คน_นี้ รวม_ทั้ง_ภรรยา_และ_ลูกๆ_ตลอด_จน_ข้าว_ของ_ทุก_อย่าง_ของ_เขา_ไป_ขาย เพื่อ_เอา_เงิน_มา_ใช้_หนี้

26 คน_นั้น_จึง_คุก_เข่า_ลง_อ้อน_วอน_กษัตริย์_ว่า ‘ขอ_เวลา_ผม_หน่อย_เถอะ_ครับ แล้ว_จะ_ใช้_หนี้_ให้_ทั้ง_หมด’

27 กษัตริย์_เกิด_ความ_สงสาร_เขา ก็_เลย_ยก_หนี้_ให้_และ_ปล่อย_ตัว_ไป

28 เมื่อ_ทาส_คน_นี้_ออก_ไป ก็_ไป_เจอ_เพื่อน_ทาส_ด้วย_กัน_ที่_เป็น_หนี้_เขา_อยู่_หนึ่ง_ร้อย_เหรียญ_เงิน เขา_ก็_เข้า_ไป_บีบ_คอ_เพื่อน_ทาส_คน_นั้น_และ_สั่ง_ว่า ‘ใช้_หนี้_มา_เดี๋ยว_นี้’

29 เพื่อน_ทาส_ที่_เป็น_ลูกหนี้ ได้_คุก_เข่า_ลง_อ้อน_วอน_ว่า ‘ขอ_เวลา_ผม_อีก_สัก_หน่อย_เถอะ_ครับ แล้ว_จะ_ใช้_หนี้_ให้’

30 แต่_เขา_ไม่_ยอม กลับ_สั่ง_ให้_จับ_เพื่อน_ทาส_คน_นั้น_ไป_ขัง_คุก_จน_กว่า_จะ_ใช้_หนี้_ให้_ทั้ง_หมด

31 เมื่อ_ทาส_คน_อื่นๆ_เห็น_ว่า_เกิด_อะไร_ขึ้น ก็_รู้สึก_สลดใจ จึง_ไป_เล่า_เรื่อง_ที่_เกิด_ขึ้น_ให้_กษัตริย์_ฟัง

32 กษัตริย์_เรียก_ทาส_คน_นั้น_มา_หา และ_พูด_ว่า ‘ไอ้_ทาส_ชาติ_ชั่ว ข้า_ได้_ยก_หนี้_ให้_เอ็ง_ทั้ง_หมด_เพราะ_เอ็ง_อ้อน_วอน_ข้า

33 เอ็ง_ก็_ควร_จะ_สงสาร_เพื่อน_ทาส_คน_อื่นๆ_ของ_เอ็ง เหมือน_อย่าง_ที่_ข้า_สงสาร_เอ็ง_ด้วย_ไม่_ใช่_หรือ’

34 กษัตริย์_โกรธ_มาก ก็_เลย_ส่ง_ทาส_คน_นี้_เข้า_คุก_และ_ให้_ลงโทษ_จน_กว่า_เขา_จะ_ใช้_หนี้_หมด

35 พระบิดา_ของ_เรา_ที่_อยู่_บน_สวรรค์_จะ_ทำ_อย่าง_นั้น_กับ_คุณ_เหมือน_กัน ถ้า_คุณ_ไม่_ยอม_ยกโทษ_ให้_กับ_พี่_น้อง_ด้วย_ใจ_จริงๆ”

Matthew 18

Rank in the Kingdom

1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and said, "Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"2 And He called a child to Himself and set him before them,3 and said, "Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.4 Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.5 And whoever receives one such child in My name receives Me;6 but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.

Stumbling Blocks

7 "Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks! For it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to that man through whom the stumbling block comes!

8 "If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than to have two hands or two feet and be cast into the eternal fire.9 If your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it from you. It is better for you to enter life with one eye, than to have two eyes and be cast into the fiery hell.

10 "See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of My Father who is in heaven.11 [tFor the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost.]

Ninety-nine Plus One

12 "What do you think? If any man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go and search for the one that is straying?13 If it turns out that he finds it, truly I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine which have not gone astray.14 So it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones perish.

Discipline and Prayer

15 "If your brother sinst, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.16 But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY FACT MAY BE CONFIRMED.17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.18 Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.

19 "Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.20 For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst."

Forgiveness

21 Then Peter came and said to Him, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him? Up to seven times?"22 Jesus *said to him, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.

23 "For this reason the kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who wished to settle accounts with his slaves.24 When he had begun to settle them, one who owed him tten thousand talents was brought to him.25 But since he did not have the means to repay, his lord commanded him to be sold, along with his wife and children and all that he had, and repayment to be made.26 So the slave fell to the ground and prostrated himself before him, saying, 'Have patience with me and I will repay you everything.'27 And the lord of that slave felt compassion and released him and forgave him the debt.28 But that slave went out and found one of his fellow slaves who owed him a hundred tdenarii; and he seized him and began to choke him, saying, 'Pay back what you owe.'29 So his fellow slave fell to the ground and began to plead with him, saying, 'Have patience with me and I will repay you.'30 But he was unwilling and went and threw him in prison until he should pay back what was owed.31 So when his fellow slaves saw what had happened, they were deeply grieved and came and reported to their lord all that had happened.32 Then summoning him, his lord *said to him, 'You wicked slave, I forgave you all that debt because you pleaded with me.33 Should you not also have had mercy on your fellow slave, in the same way that I had mercy on you?'34 And his lord, moved with anger, handed him over to the torturers until he should repay all that was owed him.35 My heavenly Father will also do the same to you, if each of you does not forgive his brother from your heart."
