3 Tito pak rozbijí stany k východní straně: Korouhev vojska Judova po houfích svých, a kníže synů Juda Názon, syn Aminadabův,4 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného sedmdesáte čtyři tisíce a šest set.5 Podlé něho pak položí se pokolení Izachar, a kníže synů Izachar Natanael, syn Suar,6 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného padesáte čtyři tisíce a čtyři sta.7 Pokolení Zabulon podlé nich, a kníže synů Zabulon Eliab, syn Helonův,8 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného padesáte sedm tisíců a čtyři sta.9 Summa všech sečtených u vojště Judově sto osmdesáte šest tisíců a čtyři sta, po houfích jejich. Ti napřed potáhnou.

10 Korouhev vojska Rubenova klásti se bude ku poledni po houfích svých, a kníže synů Ruben Elisur, syn Sedeurův,11 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného čtyřidceti šest tisíců a pět set.12 Podlé něho pak položí se pokolení Simeonovo, a kníže synů Simeon Salamiel, syn Surisaddai,13 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného padesáte devět tisíců a tři sta.14 Potom pokolení Gád, a kníže synů Gád Eliazaf, syn Ruelův,15 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného čtyřidceti pět tisíců, šest set a padesáte.16 Summa všech sečtených u vojště Rubenově sto padesáte a jeden tisíců, čtyři sta a padesáte, po houfích svých. A ti za prvními potáhnou.

17 Potom půjde stánek úmluvy s vojskem Levítů u prostřed všeho vojska. Jakýmž pořádkem klásti se budou, takovým potáhnou, každý v svém šiku pod korouhví svou.

18 Korouhev vojska Efraimova po houfích svých bude k západu, a kníže synů Efraimových Elisama, syn Amiudův,19 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného čtyřidceti tisíc a pět set.20 Podlé něho pak položí se pokolení Manassesovo, a kníže synů Manassesových Gamaliel, syn Fadasurův,21 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného třidceti dva tisíce a dvě stě.22 Potom položí se pokolení Beniaminovo, a kníže synů Beniamin Abidan, syn Gedeonův,23 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného třidceti pět tisíců a čtyři sta.24 Summa všech sečtených u vojště Efraimově sto osm tisíců a sto osob, po houfích jejich. A tito za druhými potáhnou.

25 Korouhev vojska Dan bude k straně půlnoční, po houfích svých, a kníže synů Dan Ahiezer, syn Amisaddai,26 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného šedesáte dva tisíce a sedm set.27 Podlé něho položí se pokolení Asser, a kniže Asser Fegiel, syn Ochranův,28 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného čtyřidceti jeden tisíc a pět set.

29 Za nimi pokolení Neftalímovo, a kníže synů Neftalímových Ahira, syn Enanův,30 A u vojště jeho lidu sečteného padesáte tři tisíce a čtyři sta.31 Summa všech sečtených u vojště Dan sto padesáte sedm tisíců a šest set. Oni nazad potáhnou při praporcích svých.

32 Ta jest summa synů Izraelských po domích otců jejich, všech sečtených v celém vojště po houfích jejich, šestkrát sto tisíců, tři tisíce, pět set a padesáte.33 Levítové pak nejsou počítáni mezi syny Izraelské, jakož přikázal Hospodin Mojžíšovi.34 I učinili synové Izraelští všecko; jakž přikázal Hospodin Mojžíšovi, tak rozbijeli stany při korouhvech svých, a tak táhli jeden každý po čeledech svých a po domích otců svých.

2 “Every onet of the Israelites must campt under his standard with the emblems of his family;t they must camp at some distancet around the tent of meeting.s

The Tribes on the East

3 “Now those who will be campingt on the east, toward the sunrise,s are the divisionst of the camp of Judah under their standard. The leader of the people of Judah ist Nahshon son of Amminadab.4 Those numbered in his divisions are 74,600.5 Those who will be camping next to themt are the tribe of Issachar. The leader of the people of Issachar is Nethanel son of Zuar.6 Those numbered in his division are 54,400.7 Next will bet the tribe of Zebulun. The leader of the people of Zebulun is Eliab son of Helon.8 Those numbered in his division are 57,400.

9 All those numbered of the camp of Judah, according to their divisions, are 186,400. They will travelt at the front.

The Tribes on the South

10 “On the south will be the divisions of the camp of Reuben under their standard.t The leader of the people of Reuben is Elizur son of Shedeur.11 Those numbered in his division are 46,500.12 Those who will be camping next to them are the tribe of Simeon. The leader of the people of Simeon is Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai.13 Those numbered in his division are 59,300.14 Next will bet the tribe of Gad. The leader of the people of Gad is Eliasaph son of Deuel.s15 Those numbered in his division are 45,650.

16 All those numbered of the camp of Reuben, according to their divisions, are 151,450. They will travel second.

The Tribe in the Center

17 “Then the tent of meeting with the camp of the Levites will travel in the middle of the camps. They will travel in the same order as they camped, each in his own placet under his standard.

The Tribes on the West

18 “On the west will be the divisions of the camp of Ephraim under their standard. The leader of the people of Ephraim is Elishama son of Amihud.19 Those numbered in his division are 40,500.20 Next to them will be the tribe of Manasseh. 24 All those numbered of the camp of Ephraim, according to their divisions, are 108,100. They will travel third.

The Tribes on the North

25 “On the north will be the divisions of the camp of Dan, under their standards. The leader of the people of Dan is Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai.26 Those numbered in his division are 62,700.27 Those who will be camping next to them are the tribe of Asher. The leader of the people of Asher is Pagiel son of Ocran.28 Those numbered in his division are 41,500.29 Next will bet the tribe of Naphtali. The leader of the people of Naphtali is Ahira son of Enan.30 Those numbered in his division are 53,400.

31 All those numbered of the camp of Dan are 157,600. They will travel last, under their standards.”

32 These are the Israelites, numbered according to their families.t All those numbered in the camps, by their divisions, are 603,550.

33 But the Levites were not numbered among the other Israelites, as the Lord commanded Moses.

34 So the Israelites did according to all that the Lord commanded Moses; that is the wayt they camped under their standards, and that is the way they traveled, each with his clan and family.
