Psalm 149

第149篇

1 主をほめたたえよ。主にむかって新しい歌をうたえ。聖徒のつどいで、主の誉を歌え。2 イスラエルにその造り主を喜ばせ、シオンの子らにその王を喜ばせよ。3 彼らに踊りをもって主のみ名をほめたたえさせ、鼓と琴とをもって主をほめ歌わせよ。4 主はおのが民を喜び、へりくだる者を勝利をもって飾られるからである。5 聖徒を栄光によって喜ばせ、その床の上で喜び歌わせよ。6 そののどには神をあがめる歌があり、その手にはもろ刃のつるぎがある。7 これはもろもろの国にあだを返し、もろもろの民を懲らし、8 彼らの王たちを鎖で縛り、彼らの貴人たちを鉄のかせで縛りつけ、9 しるされたさばきを彼らに行うためである。これはそのすべての聖徒に与えられる誉である。主をほめたたえよ。

Psalm 149

1 Praise the Lord!
Sing to the Lord a new song!
Praise him in the assembly of the godly!

2 Let Israel rejoice in their Creator!
Let the people of Zion delight in their king!

3 Let them praise his name with dancing!
Let them sing praises to him to the accompaniment of the tambourine and harp!

4 For the Lord takes delight in his people;
he exalts the oppressed by delivering them.

5 Let the godly rejoice because of their vindication!
Let them shout for joy upon their beds!

6 May they praise God
while they hold a two-edged sword in their hand,

7 in order to take revenge on the nations,
and punish foreigners.

8 They bind their kings in chains,
and their nobles in iron shackles,

9 and execute the judgment to which their enemies have been sentenced.
All his loyal followers will be vindicated.
Praise the Lord!
