1 ¡Oh Señor, cómo se han multiplicado mis adversarios! Muchos se levantan contra mí.

2 Muchos dicen de mi: "Para él no hay salvación en Dios." (Selah)
3 Pero Tú, oh Señor, eres escudo en derredor mío, Mi gloria, y el que levanta mi cabeza.4 Con mi voz clamé al Señor, Y El me respondió desde Su santo monte. (Selah)5 Yo me acosté y me dormí; Desperté, pues el Señor me sostiene.

6 No temeré a los diez millares de enemigos Que se han puesto en derredor contra mí.
7 ¡Levántate, Señor! ¡Sálvame, Dios mío! Porque Tú hieres a todos mis enemigos en la mejilla; Rompes los dientes de los impíos.8 La salvación es del Señor. ¡ Sea sobre Tu pueblo Tu bendición! (Selah)

A psalm of David, written when he fled from his son Absalom.

1 Lord, how numerous are my enemies!
Many attack me.

2 Many say about me,
“God will not deliver him.” (Selah)

3 But you, Lord, are a shield that protects me;
you are my glory and the one who restores me.

4 To the Lord I cried out,
and he answered me from his holy hill. (Selah)

5 I rested and slept;
I awoke, for the Lord protects me.

6 I am not afraid of the multitude of people
who attack me from all directions.

7 Rise up,Lord!
Deliver me, my God!
Yes, you will strike all my enemies on the jaw;
you will break the teeth of the wicked.

8 The Lord delivers;
you show favor to your people. (Selah)
