Откровение 16

1 И чух из храма глас голям който казваше на седемте ангели: Идете та излейте на земята чашите на Божията ярост.2 И отиде първият та изля чашата си на земята; и стана струп зъл и лют на онези человеци които имаха белега на звяра, и на онези които се кланяха на неговия образ.3 И вторият ангел изля чашата си в морето; и стана кръв както на мъртвец, и всяка жива душа в морето умря.4 И третият ангел изля чашата си в реките и в изворите водни; и станаха кръв.5 И чух ангела на водите че казваше: Праведен си, Господи, който си, и който си бил, и който си свет, защото си това отсъдил:6 Понеже кръв на светии и на пророци проляха, и кръв им си дал да пият; защото са достойни за това.7 И чух друг ангел от олтаря че казваше: Ей, Господи Боже Вседържителю, истинни и праведни са твоите съдби.8 И четвъртият ангел изля чашата си на слънцето; и даде му се да жеже человеците с огън.9 И опекоха се человеците от голяма жега, и похулиха името на Бога който има власт над тези язви; и не се покаяха да въздадат слава нему.10 И петият ангел изля чашата си върх престола на звяра; и стана царството му потъмняло; и дъвчеха езиците си от болеж,11 и похулиха Бога небеснаго за болежите си и за струпите си, и не се покаяха от делата си.12 И шестият ангел изля чашата си връх голямата река Евфрат; и пресъхна водата й за да се приготви пътът на царете които са от изток на слънцето.13 И видях три нечисти духове подобни на жаби; и те излязваха из устата на змея, и из устата на звяра, и из устата на лъжовния пророк;14 защото са духове бесовски които правят знамения, и които ходят при царете на земята и всичка вселенна, да ги съберат за боя в големия онзи ден на Бога Вседържителя.15 (Ето ида както крадец. Блажен който бди, и варди дрехите си да не ходи гол да гледат срамотата му.)16 И събра ги на мястото нарицаемо по Еврейски Армагедон.17 И седмият ангел изля чашата си на въздуха; и излезе глас голям из храма небесен, от престола, който казваше: Свърши се.18 И бидоха гласове и гръмове и светкавици, и стана трус голям какъвто не е бил от как съществуват человеците на земята, такъв трус, толкоз голям.19 И раздели се великият град на три части, и градовете езически паднаха. И великий Вавилон се помена пред Бога, да му даде чашата на виното от яростта на гнева си.20 И всеки остров изчезна, и планините се не намериха.21 И град голям до един талант тежък падаше от небето върх человеците; и похулиха человеците Бога зарад язвата на града, защото язвата от него бе много голяма.

Revelation 16

The Bowls of God’s Wrath

1 Thent I heard a loud voice from the temple declaring to the seven angels: “Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls containing God’s wrath.”t

2 Sot the first angelt went and poured out his bowl on the earth. Thent ugly and painful sorest appeared on the peoplet who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.

3 Next,t the second angelt poured out his bowl on the sea and it turned into blood, like that of a corpse, and every living creature that was in the sea died.
4 Thent the third angelt poured out his bowl on the rivers and the springs of water, and they turned into blood.

5 Nowt I heard the angel of the waters saying:
“You are justt – the one who is and who was,
the Holy One – because you have passed these judgments,t

6 because they poured out the blood of your saints and prophets,
sot you have given them blood to drink. They got what they deserved!”t

7 Thent I heard the altar reply,t “Yes, Lord God, the All-Powerful,t your judgments are true and just!”
8 Thent the fourth angelt poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was permitted to scorch peoplet with fire.

9 Thust peoplet were scorched by the terrible heat,t yett they blasphemed the name of God, who has ruling authorityt over these plagues, and they would not repent and give him glory.
10 Thent the fifth angelt poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast so thatt darkness covered his kingdom,t and peoplet began to bitet their tongues becauset of their pain.

11 They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their sufferingst and because of their sores,t but neverthelesst they still refused to repentt of their deeds.
12 Thent the sixth angelt poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates and dried up its watert to prepare the wayt for the kings from the east.t13 Thent I saw three unclean spiritss that looked like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

14 For they are the spirits of the demons performing signs who go out to the kings of the eartht to bring them together for the battle that will take place on the great day of God, the All-Powerful.t

15 (Look! I will come like a thief!
Blessed is the one who stays alert and does not loset his clothes so that he will not have to walk around naked and his shameful conditiont be seen.)s

16 Nowt the spiritst gathered the kings and their armiest to the place that is called Armageddonst in Hebrew.
17 Finallyt the seventh angelt poured out his bowl into the air and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying: “It is done!”18 Thent there were flashes of lightning, roaring,t and crashes of thunder, and there was a tremendous earthquake – an earthquake unequaled since humanityt has been on the earth, so tremendous was that earthquake.19 Thet great city was split into three parts and the cities of the nationst collapsed.t Sot Babylon the great was remembered before God, and was given the cupt filled with the wine made of God’s furious wrath.t20 Everyt island fled awayt and no mountains could be found.s

21 And gigantic hailstones, weighing about a hundred poundst each, fell from heavent on people,t but theyt blasphemed God because of the plague of hail, since itt was so horrendous.t
