1 I słyszałem głos wielki z kościoła, mówiący siedmiu Aniołom: Idźcie, a wylejcie siedm czasz zapalczywości Bożej na ziemię.2 I wyszedł pierwszy Anioł, a wylał czaszę swoję na ziemię; i wyrzucił się zły i szkodliwy wrzód na ludzi, którzy mieli piętno bestyi i na tych, którzy się kłaniali obrazowi jej.3 I wylał wtóry Anioł czaszę swoję na morze, i stało się jakoby krew umarłego, a każda dusza żywa zdechła w morzu.4 I wylał trzeci Anioł czaszę swoję na rzeki i źródła wód, i obróciły się w krew.5 I słyszałem Anioła wód mówiącego: Sprawiedliwyś jest, Panie! któryś jest i któryś był, i święty, żeś to rozsądził.6 Ponieważ krew świętych i proroków wylewali, dałeś im też krew pić; bo tego są godni.7 I słyszałem drugiego od ołtarza mówiącego: Zaiste, Panie, Boże wszechmogący! prawdziwe i sprawiedliwe są sądy twoje.8 Potem czwarty Anioł wylał czaszę swoję na słońce, i dano mu moc trapić ludzi gorącością ognia.9 I byli upaleni ludzie gorącością wielką, i bluźnili imię Boga, który ma moc nad temi plagami; wszakże nie pokutowali, aby mu chwałę dali.10 Tedy wylał piąty Anioł czaszę swoję na stolicę bestyi; i stało się królestwo jej zaćmione, i żwali języki swoje od boleści.11 I bluźnili Boga niebieskiego dla boleści swoich i dla wrzodów swoich; wszakże nie pokutowali z uczynków swoich.12 I wylał szósty Anioł czaszę swoję na onę wielką rzekę Eufrates i wyschła woda jej, aby zgotowana była droga królom od wschodu słońca.13 I widziałem z ust smokowych i z ust bestyi, i z ust fałszywego proroka trzy nieczyste duchy wychodzące, podobne żabom.14 Albowiem są duchy dyjabelskie, czyniące cuda, które wychodzą do królów ziemi i na wszystek okrąg świata, aby ich zgromadzili na wojnę onego wielkiego dnia Boga wszechmogącego.15 Oto idę jako złodziej: Błogosławiony, który czuje i strzeże szat swoich, aby nie chodził nago i nie widziano sromoty jego.16 I zgromadził ich na miejsce, które zowią po żydowsku Armagieddon.17 Tedy wylał siódmy Anioł czaszę swoję na powietrze; i wyszedł głos wielki z kościoła niebieskiego od stolicy, mówiący: Stało się.18 I stały się głosy i gromy, i błyskawice; i stało się wielkie trzęsienie ziemi, jakiego nigdy nie było, jako są ludzie na ziemi, trzęsienia ziemi tak wielkiego.19 I stało się ono miasto wielkie na trzy części rozerwane, i miasta narodów upadły; i Babilon on wielki przyszedł na pamięć przed obliczem Bożem, aby mu dał kielich wina zapalczywości gniewu swojego.20 I wszystkie wyspy uciekły, i góry nie są znalezione.21 I wielki grad jako cetnarowy spadł z nieba na ludzi, i bluźnili ludzie Boga dla plagi gradu, iż plaga jego była bardzo wielka.

REVELATION 16

The Bowls of God's Anger

1 From the temple I heard a voice shout to the seven angels, “Go and empty the seven bowls of God's anger on the earth.”

2  t The first angel emptied his bowl on the earth. At once ugly and painful sores broke out on everyone who had the mark of the beast and worshiped the idol.

3 The second angel emptied his bowl on the sea. At once the sea turned into blood like that of a dead person, and every living thing in the sea died.
4  t The third angel emptied his bowl into the rivers and streams. At once they turned to blood.

5 Then I heard the angel, who has power over water, say,
“You have always been,
and you always will be
the holy God.
You had the right
to judge in this way.

6 They poured out the bloodt
of your people
and your prophets.
So you gave them blood
to drink as they deserve!”

7 After this, I heard
the altar shout,
“Yes, Lord God All-Powerful,
your judgments are honest
and fair.”
8 The fourth angel emptied his bowl on the sun, and it began to scorch people like fire.

9 Everyone was scorched by its great heat, and all of them cursed the name of God who had power over these terrible troubles. But no one turned to God and praised him.
10  t The fifth angel emptied his bowl on the throne of the beast. At once darkness covered its kingdom, and its people began biting their tongues in pain.

11 And because of their painful sores, they cursed the God who rules in heaven. But still they did not stop doing evil things.
12  t The sixth angel emptied his bowl on the great Euphrates River, and it completely dried up to make a road for the kings from the east. 13 An evil spirit that looked like a frog came out of the mouth of the dragon. One also came out of the mouth of the beast, and another out of the mouth of the false prophet.

14 These evil spirits had the power to work miracles. They went to every king on earth, to bring them together for a war against God All-Powerful. But that will be the day of God's great victory.

15  t Remember Christ says, “When I come, it will surprise you like a thief! But God will bless you, if you are awake and ready. Then you won't have to walk around naked and be ashamed.”

16  t Those armies came together in a place that in Hebrew is called Armagedon.t
17 As soon as the seventh angel emptied his bowl in the air, a loud voice from the throne in the temple shouted, “It's done!” 18 t There were flashes of lightning, roars of thunder, and the worst earthquake in all history. 19 t The great city of Babylon split into three parts, and the cities of other nations fell. So God made Babylon drink from the wine cup filled with his anger. 20 t Every island ran away, and the mountains disappeared. 21 t Hailstones, weighing about 50 kilograms each, fell from the sky on people. Finally, the people cursed God, because the hail was so terrible.
