ヨハネの黙示録 22

二二

1 それから御使いは、いのちの水の川を、見せてくれました。　それは水晶のように透き通り、神様と小羊との王座から流れ出て、　2 都の大通りの中央を貫いていました。　川の両岸には、十二種の実をつける、いのちの木が生えていました。　その木には、それぞれひと月ごとに実がなりました。　その葉は、世界中の病気に効く薬草として使われました。
3 都の中に、のろわれたものは何一つありません。　神様と小羊との王座があって、神様に仕える者たちが礼拝しているからです。　4 彼らは、神様と顔を合わせることができます。　その額には、神様の名が書き込まれていますから。　5 また、都には夜がありません。　ですから、明かりも太陽もいりません。　神である主が、光そのものだからです。　人々は永遠に支配し続けるのです。
6-7 御使いは、私にこう告げました。　「『わたしはすぐに来る』という約束は真実で、信じるに足ることばです。　預言者に、将来の出来事を予告された神様は、それがいよいよ実現するのを知らせようと、御使いをあなたに遣わされたのです。　このことを信じ、この書物に記されているすべてを信じる人は幸いです。」
8 以上の一連の出来事を見聞きした私ヨハネは、それらを示してくれた御使いの前にひれ伏して、礼拝しようとしました。　9 ところが彼は、前回同様、それを拒んだのです。　「そんなことをしてはいけません。　私は、イエス様に仕える者にすぎません。　あなたや、あなたの兄弟である預言者たちや、この書物の真理に心をとめるすべての人々と同じなのです。　ただ神様だけを礼拝しなさい。」
10 それから御使いは、私に指示しました。　「あなたが書きとめたことを隠しておいてはいけません。　いよいよ、それらが現実となるからです。　11 その時が来ると、不正な者はますます不正を重ね、汚れた者はますます汚れるでしょう。　反対に、正しい者はますます正しい行ないに励み、きよい者はますますきよくなるのです。」
わたしはすぐに来る！
12 「ごらんなさい。　わたしはすぐに戻って来ます。　同時に、各自の行ないにふさわしい報いをもたらします。　13 わたしは初めであり、終わりです。　最初であり、最後です。　14 都の門から入る資格と、いのちの木の実を食べる権利とを受けたいと、自分の衣服を洗っている人は幸いです。
15 都の外には、神様から離れた者、魔術師、不道徳な者、人殺し、偶像礼拝者、好んでうそをつく者、偽りを行なう者がうごめいています。　16 わたし、イエスは、これらすべてを諸教会に知らせるため、あなたがたに使者を送りました。　わたしはダビデの根であり、その子孫です。　また、ひときわ輝く明けの明星です。　17 聖霊様と花嫁は、『来てください』と言っています。　これを聞く人々は、同じように『来てください』と言いなさい。　のどが渇いている人〔求めている人〕は、だれでも来なさい。　そして、いのちの水を、ただで飲みなさい。
18 わたしは、この書物を読むすべての人に、厳かに宣言します。ここに書かれていることに、一語でも書き加える人がいれば、神様はその人に、この書物にあるとおりの災いを下されます。　19 また反対に、この預言の書物から一語でも取り除く人がいれば、神様はその人から、いのちの木の実を食べる権利ばかりか、きよい都に入る権利をも取り上げるでしょう。
20 これらを知らせてくださった方が、はっきり宣言します。　『そうです。　わたしはすぐに戻って来ます。』」
アーメン、主イエスよ。　来てください。
21 主イエス・キリストの恵みが、あなたがた一同と共にありますように。　アーメン。

Revelation 22

1 And he showed me a river of water of life, bright as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,2 in the midst of the street thereof. And on this side of the river and on that was the tree of life, bearing twelve manner of fruits, yielding its fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.3 And there shall be no curse any more: and the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be therein: and his servants shall serve him;4 and they shall see his face; and his name shall be on their foreheads.5 And there shall be night no more; and they need no light of lamp, neither light of sun; for the Lord God shall give them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.6 And he said unto me, These words are faithful and true: and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angels to show unto his servants the things which must shortly come to pass.7 And behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he that keepeth the words of the prophecy of this book.8 And I John am he that heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel that showed me these things.9 And he saith unto me, See thou do it not: I am a fellow-servant with thee and with thy brethren the prophets, and with them that keep the words of this book: worship God.10 And he saith unto me, Seal not up the words of the prophecy of this book; for the time is at hand.11 He that is unrighteous, let him do unrighteousness still: and he that is filthy, let him be made filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him do righteousness still: and he that is holy, let him be made holy still.12 Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to render to each man according as his work is.13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.14 Blessed are they that wash their robes, that they may have the right to come to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city.15 Without are the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one that loveth and maketh a lie.16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things for the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright, the morning star.17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And he that heareth, let him say, Come. And he that is athirst, let him come: he that will, let him take the water of life freely.18 I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any man shall add unto them, God shall add unto him the plagues which are written in this book:19 and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the tree of life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this book.20 He who testifieth these things saith, Yea: I come quickly. Amen: come, Lord Jesus.21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with the saints. Amen.
