Apocalipsa 22

1 Atunci mi-a arătat râul apei vieții, scânteind ca și cristalul. El ieșea din tronul lui Dumnezeu și al Mielului,2  trecând prin mijlocul străzii cetății . Pe fiecare mal al râului se afla pomul vieții, care făcea roade de douăsprezece ori, dându-și rodul o dată în fiecare lună. Frunzele pomului erau pentru vindecarea neamurilor.3 Nu va mai fi nimic blestemat acolo. Tronul lui Dumnezeu și al Mielului vor fi în cetatet, iar robii Lui I se vor închina.4 Îi vor vedea fața, iar Numele Lui va fi pe frunțile lor.5 Nu va mai fi noapte, nu vor mai avea nevoie de lumina lămpii și nici de lumina soarelui, pentru că Domnul Dumnezeu îi va lumina. Ei vor domni în vecii vecilor.

6 Mi-a spus: „Aceste cuvinte sunt demne de încredere și adevărate. Domnul, Dumnezeul duhurilor profeților, Și-a trimis îngerul să le arate robilor Săi lucrurile care trebuie să se întâmple în curând.“

Isus vine în curând

7 „Iată, Eu vin curând! Fericet de cel ce păzește cuvintele profeției din această carte!“

8 Eu, Ioan, sunt cel care am auzit și am văzut aceste lucruri. Când le-am auzit și le-am văzut, am căzut să mă închin la picioarele îngerului care mi le-a arătat.9 Dar el mi-a zis: „Vezi să nu faci lucrul acesta! Eu sunt slujitor împreună cu tine, cu frații tăi, profeții, și cu cei ce păzesc cuvintele din cartea aceasta. Lui Dumnezeu să I te închini!“10 Apoi mi-a zis: „Să nu pecetluiești cuvintele profeției din această carte, căci vremea este aproape.11 Cel ce face rău, să facă rău și mai departe; cel întinat să se întineze și mai departe; cel drept să facă dreptate și mai departe; iar cel sfânt să se sfințească și mai departe!“

12 „Iată, Eu vin curând și răsplata Mea este cu Mine, ca să dau fiecăruia după fapta lui.13 Eu sunt Alfa și Omegat, Cel Dintâi și Cel De Pe Urmă, Începutul și Sfârșitul.

14 Ferice de cei ce-și spală hainele, ca să aibă dreptul la pomul vieții și să poată intra pe porți în cetate!15 Afară sunt câiniit, vrăjitorii, cei desfrânați, ucigașii, închinătorii la idoli și oricine iubește și practică minciuna.

16 Eu, Isus, l-am trimis pe îngerul Meu ca să vă adeverească aceste lucruri pentru biserici. Eu sunt Rădăcina și Spița lui David, Steaua strălucitoare de dimineațăt.“17 Duhul și Mireasa zic: „Vino!“, iar cel ce aude să zică: „Vino!“ Cel însetat, să vină; iar cel ce dorește, să ia fără plată apa vieții!

18 Depun mărturie înaintea oricui aude cuvintele profeției din această carte că, dacă cineva adaugă ceva la ele, Dumnezeu îi va adăuga urgiile descrise în această carte;19 și dacă cineva scoate din cuvintele cărții acestei profeții, Dumnezeu îi va lua partea de la pomul vieții și din Cetatea Sfântă, care sunt descrise în această carte.

20 Cel Ce depune mărturie cu privire la aceste lucruri spune: „Da, Eu vin curând.“ Amin! Vino, Doamne Isuse!

21 Harul Domnului Isus să fie cu toți!

REVELATION 22

1  t The angel showed me a river that was crystal clear, and its waters gave life. The river came from the throne where God and the Lamb were seated.

2 t Then it flowed down the middle of the city's main street. On each side of the river are treest that grow a different kind of fruit each month of the year. The fruit gives life, and the leaves are used as medicine to heal the nations.
3  t God's curse will no longer be on the people of that city. He and the Lamb will be seated there on their thrones, and its people will worship God 4 tand will see him face to face. God's name will be written on the foreheads of the people.

5 t Never again will night appear, and no one who lives there will ever need a lamp or the sun. The Lord God will be their light, and they will rule forever.

The Coming of Christ

6 Then I was told:
These words are true and can be trusted. The Lord God controls the spirits of his prophets, and he is the one who sent his angel to show his servants what must happen very soon.

7 Remember, I am coming soon! God will bless everyone who pays attention to the message of this book.

8 My name is John, and I am the one who heard and saw these things. Then after I had heard and seen all this, I knelt down and began to worship at the feet of the angel who had shown it to me.

9 But the angel said,
Don't do that! I am a servant, just like you. I am the same as a follower or a prophet or anyone else who obeys what is written in this book. God is the one you should worship.

10 Don't keep the prophecies in this book a secret. These things will happen soon.

11  t Evil people will keep on being evil, and everyone who is dirty-minded will still be dirty-minded. But good people will keep on doing right, and God's people will always be holy.

12  t Then I was told:
I am coming soon! And when I come, I will reward everyone for what they have done.

13 t I am Alpha and Omega, t the first and the last, the beginning and the end.
14  t God will bless all who have washed their robes. They will each have the right to eat fruit from the tree that gives life, and they can enter the gates of the city.

15 But outside the city will be dogs, witches, immoral people, murderers, idol worshipers, and everyone who loves to tell lies and do wrong.

16  t I am Jesus! And I am the one who sent my angel to tell all of you these things for the churches. I am David's Great Descendant, t and I am also the bright morning star.t

17  t The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!”
Everyone who hears thist should say, “Come!”
If you are thirsty, come! If you want life-giving water, come and take it. It's free!

18  t Here is my warning for everyone who hears the prophecies in this book:
If you add anything to them, God will make you suffer all the terrible troubles written in this book.

19 If you take anything away from these prophecies, God will not let you have part in the life-giving tree and in the holy city described in this book.

20 The one who has spoken these things says, “I am coming soon!”
So, Lord Jesus, please come soon!
21 I pray that the Lord Jesus will be kind to all of you.
