Apocalipsis 22

1 Luego el ángel me mostró el río del agua que da vida. Era tan brillante como el cristal y salía del trono de Dios y del Cordero.2 Corría en medio de la calle de la ciudad. A cada lado del río estaba el árbol de la vida que produce fruto cada mes, es decir doce veces al año; sus hojas se usan para sanar a todas las naciones.3 No habrá en la ciudad nada que Dios considere inaceptable. Allí estará el trono de Dios y del Cordero, y los que sirven a Dios lo adorarán.4 Verán su rostro y el nombre de él estará en la frente de ellos.

5 Nunca más se hará de noche ni se necesitará la luz de una lámpara o del sol. El Señor Dios les dará su luz y reinarán para siempre.
6 Entonces el ángel me dijo: «Estas palabras son verdaderas y dignas de confianza. El Señor, el Dios que inspira a los profetas, ha enviado a su ángel para que mostrara a sus siervos lo que pronto tiene que suceder:

7 "¡Oigan! Voy a llegar pronto. Afortunadot el que hace caso de las palabras de la profecía que está en este libro"».
8 Yo soy Juan, el que vio y oyó todas estas cosas. Cuando las vi y las escuché, me arrodillé para adorar al ángel que me las había mostrado.

9 Pero él me dijo: «¡No hagas eso! Yo sólo soy un siervo de Dios como tú y tus hermanos los profetas, y todos los que toman en cuenta lo que dice este libro. Adora a Dios».
10 También me dijo: «No mantengas en secreto las palabras de la profecía que está en este libro, porque está cerca el tiempo en que se van a cumplir.

11 Deja que el que hace el mal, siga haciendo el mal; que el impuro, siga siendo impuro; que el justo, siga practicando la justicia; y que el santot, siga siendo santo.
12 »¡Estén alerta porque vengo pronto! Traeré conmigo la recompensa que cada cual merece por lo que ha hecho.

13 Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega,t el Primero y el Último, el Principio y el Fin.
14 »Afortunados los que lavan sus ropast para tener derecho a comer del árbol de la vida y entrarán por las puertas de la ciudad.

15 Afuera de la ciudad quedarán los perversost: los que practican la brujería, los que cometen pecados sexuales, los asesinos, los que adoran falsos dioses y todos a los que les gustan e inventan mentiras.

16 »Yo, Jesús, he enviado a mi ángel para que les cuente todo esto a las iglesiast. Soy el descendiente de la familia de Davidt, soy la brillante estrella de la mañana».

17 El Espíritu y la novia del Cordero dicen: «¡Ven!» Que todos los que escuchen también digan: «¡Ven!» Que todo el que tenga sed y quiera, venga y beba gratis del agua de la vida.
18 Tenga cuidado todo el que escuche las palabras de la profecía de este libro. A quien le añada algo, Dios le añadirá a él las plagas escritas en este libro.

19 Si alguien le quita algo a las palabras de la profecía de este libro, Dios le quitará su parte del árbol de la vida y de la ciudad santa que se nombran aquí.

20 Jesús, el que da testimoniot de que estas palabras son ciertas, dice: «Sí, vengo pronto».Así sea.t ¡Ven, Señor Jesús!

21 Que el generoso amort del Señor Jesús esté con todos.

Revelation 22

The River and the Tree of Life

1 Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of tthe Lamb,2 in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve t kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.3 There will no longer be any curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will serve Him;4 they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.5 And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever.

6 And he said to me, "These words are faithful and true"; and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show to His bond-servants the things which must soon take place.

7 "And behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."

8 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me these things.9 But he *said to me, "Do not do that. I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brethren the prophets and of those who heed the words of this book. Worship God."

The Final Message

10 And he *said to me, "Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near.11 Let the one who does wrong, still do wrong; and the one who is filthy, still be filthy; and let the one who is righteous, still practice righteousness; and the one who is holy, still keep himself holy."

12 "Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done.13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end."

14 Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city.15 Outside are the dogs and the sorcerers and the immoral persons and the murderers and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.

16 "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star."

17 The Spirit and the bride say, "Come." And let the one who hears say, "Come." And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.

18 I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book;19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book.

20 He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming quickly." Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with tall. Amen.
