Apocalipsis 22

1 Y me mostró un río de agua de vida, resplandeciente como cristal, que salía del trono de Dios y del Cordero,2 en medio de la calle de la ciudad. Y a cada lado del río estaba el árbol de la vida, que produce doce clases de fruto, dando su fruto cada mes; y las hojas del árbol eran para sanidad de las naciones.3 Y ya no habrá más maldición; y el trono de Dios y del Cordero estará allí, y sus siervos le servirán.4 Ellos verán su rostro, y su nombre estará en sus frentes.

5 Y ya no habrá más noche, y no tendrán necesidad de luz de lámpara ni de luz del sol, porque el Señor Dios los iluminará, y reinarán por los siglos de los siglos.
6 Y me dijo: Estas palabras son fieles y verdaderas; y el Señor, el Dios de los espíritus de los profetas, envió a su ángel para mostrar a sus siervos las cosas que pronto han de suceder.

7 He aquí, yo vengo pronto. Bienaventurado el que guarda las palabras de la profecía de este libro.
8 Yo, Juan, soy el que oyó y vio estas cosas. Y cuando oí y vi, me postré para adorar a los pies del ángel que me mostró estas cosas.

9 Y me dijo: No hagas eso; yo soy consiervo tuyo y de tus hermanos los profetas y de los que guardan las palabras de este libro. Adora a Dios.
10 También me dijo: No selles las palabras de la profecía de este libro, porque el tiempo está cerca.11 Que el injusto siga haciendo injusticias, que el impuro siga siendo impuro, que el justo siga practicando la justicia, y que el que es santo siga guardándose santo.12 He aquí, yo vengo pronto, y mi recompensa está conmigo para recompensar a cada uno según sea su obra.13 Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega, el primero y el último, el principio y el fin.14 Bienaventurados los que lavan sus vestiduras para tener derecho al árbol de la vida y para entrar por las puertas a la ciudad.

15 Afuera están los perros, los hechiceros, los inmorales, los asesinos, los idólatras y todo el que ama y practica la mentira.

16 Yo, Jesús, he enviado a mi ángel a fin de daros testimonio de estas cosas para las iglesias. Yo soy la raíz y la descendencia de David, el lucero resplandeciente de la mañana.

17 Y el Espíritu y la esposa dicen: Ven. Y el que oye, diga: Ven. Y el que tiene sed, venga; y el que desea, que tome gratuitamente del agua de la vida.
18 Yo testifico a todos los que oyen las palabras de la profecía de este libro: Si alguno añade a ellas, Dios traerá sobre él las plagas que están escritas en este libro;

19 y si alguno quita de las palabras del libro de esta profecía, Dios quitará su parte del árbol de la vida y de la ciudad santa descritos en este libro.

20 El que testifica de estas cosas dice: Sí, vengo pronto. Amén. Ven, Señor Jesús.
21 La gracia del Señor Jesús sea con todos. Amén.

Revelation 22

1 Thent the angelt showed me the river of the water of life – water as clear as crystal – pouring outt from the throne of God and of the Lamb,2 flowing down the middle of the city’st main street.t On each sidet of the river is the tree of life producing twelve kindst of fruit, yielding its fruit every month of the year.t Its leaves are for the healing of the nations.3 And there will no longer be any curse,t and the throne of God and the Lamb will be in the city.t Hist servantst will worshipt him,4 and they will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.

5 Night will be no more, and they will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, because the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever.

A Final Reminder

6 Thent the angelt said to me, “These words are reliablet and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel to show his servantst what must happen soon.”

7 (Look! I am coming soon!
Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy expressed in this book.)s
8 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things,t and when I heard and saw them,t I threw myself downt to worship at the feet of the angel who was showing them to me.9 Butt he said to me, “Do not do this!t I am a fellow servantt with you and with your brothers the prophets, and with those who obeyt the words of this book. Worship God!”10 Thent he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy contained in this book, because the time is near.

11 The evildoer must continue to do evil,t and the one who is morally filthyt must continue to be filthy. Thet one who is righteous must continue to act righteously, and the one who is holy must continue to be holy.”

12 (Look! I am coming soon,
and my reward is with me to payt each one according to what he has done!

13 I am the Alpha and the Omega,
the first and the last,
the beginning and the end!)s
14 Blessed are those who wash their robes so they can have accesst to the tree of life and can enter into the city by the gates.

15 Outside are the dogs and the sorcererst and the sexually immoral, and the murderers, and the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood!t
16 “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star!”t

17 And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say: “Come!” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wants it take the water of life free of charge.
18 I testify to the one who hears the words of the prophecy contained in this book: If anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues describedt in this book.

19 And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of lifes and in the holy city that are described in this book.
20 The one who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all.s
