1 Ya mere ebe aguru ayi na ndi ezi omume site n'okwukwe, ayi na Chineke di n'udo site n'aka Onye-nwe-ayi Jisus Kraist; 2 Onye ayi sitewo-kwa-ra n'aka-Ya nwe nkpọbata-ayi n'okwukwe-ayi nime amara nka ayi nēguzo nime ya; ayi nānya kwa isi, nādabere n'olile-anya nke otuto Chineke. 3 Ma ọ bughi nání nka, kama ayi nānya kwa isi nime nkpab͕u-ayi nile: ebe ayi matara na nkpab͕u nāluta ntachi-obi; 4 ntachi-obi ahu nāluta kwa ọnwunwa; ọnwunwa ahu nāluta kwa olile-anya: 5 Olile-anya ahu emeghi kwa ka ihere me ayi; n'ihi na awusaworo ihu-n'anya nke Chineke n'obi-ayi site n'aka Mọ Nsọ Nke enyere ayi. 6 N'ihi na mb͕e ayi nọ nādighi ike, mb͕e oge-Ya ruru Kraist nwuru n'ihi ndi nādighi-asọpuru Chineke. 7 N'ihi na ọ di ike na otù onye gānwu n'ihi onye ezi omume: n'ihi na ma eleghi anya otù onye gēnwe anya-ike ọbuná inwu n'ihi ezi madu. 8 Ma Chineke nēme ka ihu-n'anya nke aka Ya n'ebe ayi nọ puta ìhè, n'ihi na, mb͕e ayi nọ nābu ndi-nmehie, Kraist nwuru n'ihi ayi. 9 Ya mere nke kariri ri nne, ebe agusiri ayi na ndi ezi omume ub͕u a nime ọbara-Ya, agāzọputa ayi n'iwe Chineke site n'aka-Ya. 10 N'ihi na asi na, mb͕e ayi bu ndi-iro, esitere n'ọnwu Ọkpara-Ya me ka ayi na Chineke di n'otù: nke kariri ri nne bu, ebe emesiri ka ayi na Chineke di n'otù, na agāzọputa ayi nime ndu-Ya;
11 ma ọ bughi nání nka, kama ayi nānya kwa isi na Chineke site n'aka Onye-nwe-ayi Jisus Kraist, Onye ayi siworo n'aka-Ya nata ime-ka-adi-n'otù a ub͕u a.
12 N'ihi nka, dika nmehie si n'aka otú madu ba n'uwa, dika ọnwu si n'aka nmehie ba kwa; ọnwu we si otú a gabiga rue madu nile, n'ihi na madu nile mehiere: 13 n'ihi na rue mb͕e iwu biara nmehie di n'uwa: ma adighi-agu nmehie mb͕e iwu nādighi. 14 Otú ọ di, ọnwu si n'oge Adam buru eze rue oge Moses, ọbuná ichiri ndi nēmehieghi n'oyiyi nke njehie Adam, onye bu ihe-atù nke Onye ahu gaje ibia. 15 Ma dika ndahie ahu si di, ọ bughi otú a ka onyinye-amara si di kwa. N'ihi na asi na ọra madu nwuru site na ndahie nke otù onye ahu, amara Chineke, na onyinye ahu nke di nime amara nke otù Madu ahu, Jisus Kraist, babigara ókè kari ri nne rue ọra madu. 16 Onyinye ahu abughi kwa dika o sitere n'aka otù onye nke mehiere: n'ihi na ikpé sitere n'otù onye bia weta amam-ikpe, ma onyinye-amara ahu sitere n'ọtutu ndahie bia weta ọlu igu madu na ndi ezi omume. 17 N'ihi na asi na ọnwu si n'aka otù onye ahu buru eze, site na ndahie nke otù onye ahu; ndi nānata nbabiga-ókè nke amara ahu na nke onyinye ahu, bú ezi omume, gābu kari eze ri nne na ndu site n'aka otù Onye ahu, bú Jisus Kraist. 18 Ya mere otú a, dika ikpé ahu sitere n'otù ndahie bia rue madu nile iwetara ha amam-ikpe; ọbuná otú a ka onyinye-amara ahu sitere n'otù ọlu ezi omume bia rue madu nile igu ha na ndi ezi omume ka ha nata ndu. 19 N'ihi na dika edoro ọra madu na ndi-nmehie site n'aṅaghi-nti nke otù madu ahu, ọbuná otú a ka agēdo ọra madu na ndi ezi omume site n'iṅa-nti nke otù Onye ahu. 20 Iwu we b͕ebà, ka ndahie ahu we rie nne; ma n'ebe nmehie riri nne, n'ebe ahu ka amara babigara ókè nke-uku kari: 21 ma, dika nmehie si buru eze n'onwu, ka amara we buru kwa eze otú a site n'ezi omume rue ndu ebighi-ebi site n'aka Jisus Kraist Onye-nwe-ayi.
Romans 5
1 Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;2 through whom also we have had our access by faith into this grace wherein we stand; and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.3 And not only so, but we also rejoice in our tribulations: knowing that tribulation worketh stedfastness;4 and stedfastness, approvedness; and approvedness, hope:5 and hope putteth not to shame; because the love of God hath been shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given unto us.6 For while we were yet weak, in due season Christ died for the ungodly.7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: for peradventure for the good man some one would even dare to die.8 But God commendeth his own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, shall we be saved from the wrath of God through him.10 For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, shall we be saved by his life;11 and not only so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.12 Therefore, as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin; and so death passed unto all men, for that all sinned:--13 for until the law sin was in the world; but sin is not imputed when there is no law.14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the likeness of Adam’s transgression, who is a figure of him that was to come.15 But not as the trespass, so also is the free gift. For if by the trespass of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God, and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound unto the many.16 And not as through one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment came of one unto condemnation, but the free gift came of many trespasses unto justification.17 For if, by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; much more shall they that receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one, even Jesus Christ.18 So then as through one trespass the judgment came unto all men to condemnation; even so through one act of righteousness the free gift came unto all men to justification of life.19 For as through the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one shall the many be made righteous.20 And the law came in besides, that the trespass might abound; but where sin abounded, grace did abound more exceedingly:21 that, as sin reigned in death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
