وصايا للفئات المختلفة من المؤمنين

1 وأمّا أنتَ فتكلَّمْ بما يَليقُ بالتَّعليمِ الصَّحيحِ: 2 أنْ يكونَ الأشياخُ: صاحينَ، ذَوي وقارٍ، مُتَعَقِّلينَ، أصِحّاءَ في الإيمانِ والمَحَبَّةِ والصَّبرِ. 3 كذلكَ العَجائزُ: في سيرَةٍ تليقُ بالقَداسَةِ، غَيرَ ثالِباتٍ، غَيرَ مُستَعبَداتٍ للخمرِ الكَثيرِ، مُعَلِّماتٍ الصَّلاحَ، 4 لكَيْ يَنصَحنَ الحَدَثاتِ أنْ يَكُنَّ مُحِبّاتٍ لرِجالِهِنَّ ويُحبِبنَ أولادَهُنَّ، 5 مُتَعَقِّلاتٍ، عَفيفاتٍ، مُلازِماتٍ بُيوتهُنَّ، صالِحاتٍ، خاضِعاتٍ لرِجالِهِنَّ، لكَيْ لا يُجَدَّفَ علَى كلِمَةِ اللهِ. 6 كذلكَ عِظِ الأحداثَ أنْ يكونوا مُتَعَقِّلينَ، 7 مُقَدِّمًا نَفسَكَ في كُلِّ شَيءٍ قُدوَةً للأعمالِ الحَسَنَةِ، ومُقَدِّمًا في التَّعليمِ نَقاوَةً، ووقارًا، وإخلاصًا، 8 وكلامًا صَحيحًا غَيرَ مَلومٍ، لكَيْ يُخزَى المُضادُّ، إذ ليس لهُ شَيءٌ رَديءٌ يقولُهُ عنكُمْ. 9 والعَبيدَ أنْ يَخضَعوا لسادَتِهِمْ، ويُرضوهُم في كُلِّ شَيءٍ، غَيرَ مُناقِضينَ، 10 غَيرَ مُختَلِسينَ، بل مُقَدِّمينَ كُلَّ أمانَةٍ صالِحَةٍ، لكَيْ يُزَيِّنوا تعليمَ مُخَلِّصِنا اللهِ في كُلِّ شَيءٍ. 11 لأنَّهُ قد ظَهَرَتْ نِعمَةُ اللهِ المُخَلِّصَةُ لجميعِ النّاسِ، 12 مُعَلِّمَةً إيّانا أنْ نُنكِرَ الفُجورَ والشَّهَواتِ العالَميَّةَ، ونَعيشَ بالتَّعَقُّلِ والبِرِّ والتَّقوَى في العالَمِ الحاضِرِ، 13 مُنتَظِرينَ الرَّجاءَ المُبارَكَ وظُهورَ مَجدِ اللهِ العظيمِ ومُخَلِّصِنا يَسوعَ المَسيحِ، 14 الّذي بَذَلَ نَفسَهُ لأجلِنا، لكَيْ يَفديَنا مِنْ كُلِّ إثمٍ، ويُطَهِّرَ لنَفسِهِ شَعبًا خاصًّا غَيورًا في أعمالٍ حَسَنَةٍ. 15 تكلَّمْ بهذِهِ، وعِظْ، ووبِّخْ بكُلِّ سُلطانٍ. لا يَستَهِنْ بكَ أحَدٌ.

Titus 2

Conduct Consistent with Sound Teaching

1 But as for you, communicate the behavior that goes witht sound teaching.2 Older men are to be temperate, dignified, self-controlled,t sound in faith, in love, and in endurance.s3 Older women likewise are to exhibit behavior fitting for those who are holy, not slandering, not slaves to excessive drinking, but teaching what is good.4 In this wayt they will traint the younger women to love their husbands, to love their children,5 to be self-controlled,t pure, fulfilling their duties at home,t kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the messaget of God may not be discredited.t6 Encourage younger men likewise to be self-controlled,t7 showing yourself to be an example of good works in every way. In your teaching show integrity, dignity,8 and a sound message that cannot be criticized, so that any opponent will be at a loss,t because he has nothing evil to say about us.9 Slavest are to be subject to their own masters in everything,t to do what is wanted and not talk back,

10 not pilfering, but showing all good faith,t in order to bring credit tot the teaching of God our Savior in everything.
11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people.t12 It trains ust to reject godless wayst and worldly desires and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age,13 as we wait for the happy fulfillment of our hope in the glorious appearingt of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.t14 Het gave himself for us to set us free from every kind of lawlessness and to purify for himself a people who are truly his,t who are eager to do good.t

15 So communicate these things with the sort of exhortation or rebuket that carries full authority.t Don’t let anyone look downt on you.
