1 Ma gi onwe-gi, nēkwu ihe nile kwesiri ozizí ahu nke nēnye ezi ndu: 2 si ka agadi-ndikom nwe anya-udo, kwesiri nsọpuru, nwe uche zuru okè, nwe ezi ndu nime okwukwe-ayi, nime ihu-n'anya, nime ntachi-obi: 3 otú ahu ka agadi-ndinyom di nsọ n'omume-ha, ghara ibu ndi nēbo ebubo ugha, ghara kwa ibu orù nke iṅubiga manya ókè, ka ha buru ndi nēzí ihe ọma; 4 ka ha we me ka ndi bu umu-ab͕ọghọ nwe uche zuru okè ibu ndi nāhu di-ha n'anya, ndi nāhu umu-ha n'anya, 5 ndi uche-ha zuru okè, ndi di ọcha, ndi nālu ọlu n'ulo, ezi madu, ndi nēdo onwe-ha n'okpuru di nke aka ha, ka ewe ghara ikwulu okwu Chineke: 6 otú ahu nāriọ umu-okorọbia ka ha nwe uche zuru okè: 7 n'ihe nile nēme onwe-gi ihe-atù nke ọlu ọma; nime ozizí-gi nēgosi emebighi-emebi, ikwesi-nsọpuru, 8 okwu nke nēnye ezi ndu, nke anāpughi ima ikpe; ka ewe me onye nọ n'akuku ndi nēmegide emegide ihe-ihere n'iru, ebe ọ nēnweghi ihe nādighi nma ikwu bayere ayi. 9 Nāriọ ndi-orù ka ha nēdo onwe-ha n'okpuru ndi-nwe-ha, ka ha buru ndi nēme ihe gātọ ha ezi utọ n'ihe nile; ghara ikwu okwu imegide ha; 10 ghara itutu aka, kama ka ha nēgosi ezib͕o ikwesi-ntukwasi-obi nile; ka ha we chọ ozizí nke Onye-nzọputa-ayi Chineke nma n'ihe nile. 11 N'ihi na egosiri amara nke Chineke, nēwetara madu nile nzọputa, 12 nādọ ayi aka na nti ka ayi we ju asọpurughi-Chineke na agu ihe ọjọ di n'uwa, we di ndu uche zuru okè na nke ezi omume na nke isọpuru-Chineke n'oge di ub͕u a; 13 nēche olile-anya ahu di ngọzi na ngosi nke ebube nke Chineke uku ahu, Nke bu kwa Onye-nzọputa-ayi, Jisus Kraist;
14 Onye nyere Onwe-ya n'ihi ayi, ka O we b͕aputa ayi n'imebi-iwu nile, sachakwara Onwe-ya otù ndi nke gābu ndi nke aka Ya, ndi obi-ha nānuru ọlu ọma ọku.
15 Nēkwu ihe ndia, were kwa ha nādusi ọdu ike, were kwa ha nātu madu nmehie-ha n'anya, n'inye iwu nile. Ka madu ọ bula ghara ilelì gi anya.
Titus 2
1 But speak thou the things which befit the sound doctrine:2 that aged men be temperate, grave, sober-minded, sound in faith, in love, in patience:3 that aged women likewise be reverent in demeanor, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good;4 that they may train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children,5 to be sober-minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed:6 the younger men likewise exhort to be sober-minded:7 in all things showing thyself an ensample of good works; in thy doctrine showing uncorruptness, gravity,8 sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of us.9 Exhort servants to be in subjection to their own masters, and to be well-pleasing to them in all things; not gainsaying;10 not purloining, but showing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.11 For the grace of God hath appeared, bringing salvation to all men,12 instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world;13 looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a people for his own possession, zealous of good works.15 These things speak and exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
