This passage helps me remember that when I feel beat down and alone because someone has wronged me or maybe because things just aren't going my way to just give it to God and simply ask for peace. He desires to heal us and be near because of the amazing relationship we can have with Him and all we have to do when we feel alone or crushed in spirit is cry out and he will deliver us! Powerful stuff! Totally jacks me up for the one true God!
