To give up control is a hard thing. Something I struggle with every minute it seems. But when I do, when I hand it all over to Jesus Christ...I feel a weight lifted off of me. I feel at peace.
I worry about many things. My job, my family, my parenting, will I find that someone who will show me what marriage is supposed to be. I thought I found him...now he has moved. Is he coming back, will he realize that he is losing an amazing thing brought together by God?
I need to read this verse every hour. To remind myself that the Lord works in mysterious, wonderous ways. I just need to turn it over to him. He knows my thoughts and fears before I even know them.
Do not be anxious. Turn it all over to Him. He will take care of me. He has not put me in anything that I can not handle.
Turn your fears and cast your concerns to Him. He will lead you. He will lead me.
