Jesus gives specific directions here... who to go to... what to do... how to go... when to enter and when to leave! What would that look like today? We spend so much time doing things... being busy! He gave us specifics... eat w/ them, heal them, depend on them!

vs. 9-10= basically he is telling us to work for our food... the work, described above, if done correctly and w/ passion will render your living! But I think what is most key here... is the point of dependancy... doesn't that change how we approach our "audience"? I think it does... it makes us take those opportunities seriously.

Think about this... a "door to door" salesman understands the power of opportunity. If you are walking around all day and getting doors slammed in your face... when someone actually lets you in... you are prepared to take advantage of the opportunity! There exists a sense of desperation again... cause you are depending on the "host" to let you in!
