Aim for harmony...
I will have to give a personal account to God, as will you. There's no reason to waste time judging or being critical of others. This verse says to make sure that we don't become a stumbling block to a fellow Christian. God wants us to aim for peace and harmony in the church and try to BUILD EACH OTHER UP!
