God shows no favoritism in his giving of grace and forgiveness. How hard or how long you've "worked in God's field" or how long you've been following Christ does not relate to how God will treat you in comparison to someone who is young in their walk of faith. As leaders, we should celebrate this! Knowing that no matter where you came from or how long you've been "working in his field" the same outpouring of grace, forgiveness, provision, mercy, and love is available to everybody. Is there a situation in your life when you've been able to celebrate this attribute of God in your life? Think about how if felt to know a God who's goodness is unmatched. Let's allow this goodness to flow through us. Let's work to avoid being "stingy" like those who worked the longest. God does this not to be unfair, but "Because I am Generous"
