We so often forgive with chains attached. " I forgive you but...." then we turn around and tell everyone how generous we are. This says to forgive unconditionally. I was thinking about that and decided that would be so much easier than keeping record of every wrong ever done to me. How much less stress if you looked at everything as a clean slate.
