We work so hard to get the things we want. Sleepless nights and shifts on the weekends so that we can have those things that define success in this world. The bling bling bling that we think makes us something.

But really what have we earned? Nothing that will last. The Tv's break the games get lost. The termites destroy the house our water beds leak and all for what.....

We work so hard at getting the things we want and desire, but we also work towards something else. We don't even know we're working for it, but evvery day we earn something else other than the trappings of success and luxury. What are we earning you ask? Death! Yeah you head me right. Every time we live for ourselves and not for God; everytime we choose the world over god; everytime i lift up my comfort over what God desires; i sin and my sin is the currency that pays the way for me to get into hell.

The wages of sin is death. If you have ever committed a sin or done something you knew you should not have done then, my friend, you have paid you way to hell. You deserve it.

That's the bad news!

Here's the god news!!!!!!!!!!

When we sin we deserve hell, but God is not happy with that arrangement. Why? I don't know except that for some reason he loves you and he loves me The Bible tells us that he is unwiilling that any should perish.

So we have earned eternal damnationa and an eternal seperation for God, but God in his love offered us a gift. The greatest gift anyone would or could ever receive. The Gift is eternal life in Christ Jesus. That means we have been offered a gift that pulls us into the very presence of God for all eternity. WOW!!!

That gift is offered through Jesus Christ. His death and resurrection on the cross accomplished what we could not. Salvation!!!!!!!!

So stop yourself from achieving hell and receive eternal life instead. Accept God's free gift. Accept Christ as your savior today
