Even if we aren't going to be in a leader position in a church, we can still apply all of these thoughts into our daily living, because husbands and fathers are leaders. They lead their household, which should be dedicated to God, therefore is God's House.

I think we just need to keep in mind that our wifes and children are lead by our example as men. When people look at a household the first impression is usually the father's impression, unless there is none. We have to set the Godly example that Jesus has brought forth. It's a very difficult task, but God gives us the strength and ability to do so.
